Championship Roll Call:
World Heavyweight Champion: Angelica Vaughn
Cross-HemisphereSemicircle Champion: Roxy Cotton
Cooperative Champions: Donovan Hastings and Kenzi Grey
Chaos Champion: Le Bord de Dieu
Seven Deadly Sins is in the rear-view mirror, next up on the schedule is the annual Massive Melee event. WIth another successful title defense under her belt, Angelica Vaughn is set to defend against Roxy Cotton at the event, the title shot that Roxy earned by winning the Global Challenge earlier this year. Roxy is a newly crowned champion herself, having captured the Cross-Hemisphere Title at Seven Deadly Sins.
After a show-stealing match at Seven Deadly Sins, Zane Scott and the upstart Wrestley McWrestleface will both appear in tonight’s main event as they face the World Champion in non-title triple threat action. We’ll also see a debut tonight, as Kate Steele has her first match against the veteran Holden Orson.
Your Synergy coverage begins, now…
- Vinegar, Hans, and Jay give us the usual intro that transitions into childish bickering. [/CopyPaste]
“The Siren” Kate Steele enters first to a strong cheer. She darts down the ramp, slapping hands with the fans as her husband follows behind her. Vinegar and Hans discuss how the young lady is making her UGWC debut against the equally popular Holden Orson, although they disagree a bit over how much of a challenge he’ll be for her. Hazel East checks Steele as she settles into her corner and waits for Holden to arrive. He arrives shortly afterward and enters as he always does, although his body language is slightly different than usual. He walks to the ring, seemingly lost in thought and never varies from that as he enters the ring and goes to his corner. Hazel checks him too and calls for the bell.
The second the bell rings, Holden’s head snaps up and he stares right at the debuting “Siren”. The two advance to center ring and lock up. Holden promptly shoves her to the mat but she immediately leaps up and charges back at him. They lock back up and Holden knees her in the side, then elbows her in the side of the head. Vinegar comments on how Holden looks more focused than he has, perhaps even angry. Holden follows the elbow to Kate’s head with a snap suplex, then drops into a mount and begins to assail her with a combination of elbow strikes and open hand strikes to her head. His strikes land with a bit more ferocity than normal, to the point that Hazel has to back Holden off to check on the debuting “Siren”.
Holden paces in his corner before he finally charges out of his corner right before Steele gets to her feet. He runs at her, but she sidesteps him and takes him down face first into the bottom turnbuckle with a sweep. She follows it with a couple of quick martial arts kicks to his back, then pulls him up and lands a few more kicks to his ribs until he’s sagging on the second turnbuckle. She darts across to the opposite ring, then runs and drives her foot into his face with a corner Yakuza Kick. Holden bounces off of the turnbuckle, stumbles out to center ring and is flattened with a spinning heel kick.
She backs up a couple of steps and waits for Holden to pull himself to his feet and hits him with a single knee facebreaker, followed by a standing tornado DDT. She leaps onto the ropes, springs off, spins and connects with a springboard leg drop. She goes for a cover, but he kicks out at one. She pulls him up but suddenly doubles over as he punches her in the stomach. He wraps her up and suplexes her across the ring, then darts at her, scoops her up and throws her across the ring again with a belly to belly suplex. He follows it up with another barrage of hand and leg strikes to her head and neck. He takes a few steps back and waits as she pulls herself to her feet. She staggers out towards him and he levels her with a stiff “Black”. She crumples to the mat and Holden drops down for the pin.
He gets a long two before she kicks out. Holden looks down at her incredulously then yanks her from the mat. He goes for another suplex, but she floats over and slams him down onto the back of his head with a floatover neckbreaker. She rolls him over and locks him in “Shipwrecked”, but Holden uses his greater reach to barely reach the bottom rope and force the break. “Siren” leaps up onto the top rope and waits as Holden pulls himself to his feet. She leaps and connects with “Silence Is Golden”, then hooks his leg. Hazel drops down for the count but Holden kicks out at two-point-nine. She reacts quickly and leaps up onto the turnbuckle again as Holden struggles to his feet. He staggers to his feet and stumbles towards center ring. “Siren” leaps and connects with a second “Silence is Golden”. A short count later, she wins her debut!

Backstage, Zane has some words for the World Champion from his locker room.
As fans wait for the action to continue in the ring during UGWC’s Synergy, they are gifted with an unexpected treat.
Roxy and le Bord start the match off, the announcers calling back to their countless chaotic battles since coming to UGWC. Bordy immediately launches herself at Roxy and hits a slopping bicycle kick that knocks Roxy into the ropes. As she lands in a sitting position, Roxy rebounds and hops over her. She runs to the other side and rebounds again, dropping to a baseball slide into Bordy that nearly knocks her under the rope. Bordy grabs it, however, and slingshots herself over it and on top of Roxy.
Grabbing two fistsful of hair, Bordy begins screaming invective into Roxy’s face as she’s bouncing her head off the mat, Roxy kicking her legs to get free. Kenzi flies into the ring to land a kick between the Chaos Champion’s shoulder blades that knocks her off Roxy. Grey-Lacklan quickly slides back out of the ring to accept a tag from a desperate Cotton.
Kenzi darts back in, dropping a double axe handle smash to the back of Bordy’s neck. She yanks le Bord back to her feet, then hits a Breakout Performance that almost gets the 3 count until Hide dives into her with a massive shoulder dive. After breaking up the pinfall, he barrels across the ring and claps both arms against Roxy’s head, collapsing her off the apron. He turns and sprints back, grabbing his new partner on the way and dragging her into the corner and forcing a tag.
Hide returns to here Kenzi has begun to recover, but pulls her into a gutwrench powerbomb. He lines up three successive knew drops, then a snap suplex. Kenzi scrabbles to get back to her feet as Yamazaki follows up with a belly to back suplex. Hide pulls Kenzi back to her feet, then hits a Wheel of Fortune for the cover!
Right at the 2 count, Roxy drags him out of the ring, catching him off guard to hit a Muff Diver onto his own chain, which she had snuck over and pooled up in a coil at ringside! She lifts Hide back up, and, seeing a trickle of blood over his left eye, mushes his face so that the blood is smeared down his entire face, then shoves him back into the ring. Kenzi has gotten to her knees, and she waits for her mark then hits a Walk of Fame!!
Kenzi immediately drops to cover, Yamazaki, and that brings de Dieu running into the ring. Roxy expected the interference, however, and she cuts Bordy off with hip attack as Kenzi secures the 3 count!

Roxy is still in the ring following the previous match, and she says that she wants to be a fighting champion, issuing an open challenge for her Cross-Semicircle Title. Commentary speculates that Roxy is somehow trying to get out of having to face Angie, meanwhile Ichabod appears on the stage and tells Roxy he has just the opponent for her.
Roxy is appalled at having to face The Manifestation of Panic, but as he lunges at her she takes him down with a drop toe hold and transitions directly into the DTF, and Phobos quickly taps out.
Winner: Roxy Cotton

Roxy glares at Ichabod on the stage, as the Creative Director smiles and applauds.
Pierce makes a show of reminding Raab that the Piercing Weapons beat him at Seven Deadly Sins, taunting him about it until Raab finally socks him in the face. Raab beats him back into the ropes, then whips him across the ring off the far ropes into a spear. Raab hooks the leg but only gets a two count, and Pierce scoots away to the ropes. He tells the referee to keep Raab back as he hooks the ropes with his arms, before quickly scooting forward and kicking the distracted Raab in the knee. Pierce springs to his feet and plants him with a DDT before covering for a two count of his own.
Pierce pulls Raab up into a snap suplex, floats directly into the cover for another two count. Pierce picks Raab up into a scoop slam, and heads to the top rope. He leaps for the Piercing Blow, but Raab rolls out of the way and Pierce crashes to the mat. Raab comes off the ropes and charges, but Pierce gets to his feet and catches him in a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker, but is unable to follow up, still recovering from the missed Piercing Blow.
Pierce steadies himself and sets Raab up in a double underhook, but Raab breaks out and cuts behind Pierce, hitting a release German suplex. Raab follows up with another, and now he is just ragdolling Pierce around the ring. Pierce begs off and Raab stalks him into the corner, but Pierce lunges forward and grabs Raab, pulling him headfirst back into the turnbuckle. Pierce rolls him up with his feet on the ropes, but the referee spots it and stops the count, with Pierce protesting his innocence as he releases the pin.
Pierce turns back into a European Uppercut that spins him around, and gets flung across the ring again, this time by a double arm German suplex. Pierce stumbles up in the corner and Raab handsprings towards him, but Pierce moves out of the way. Pierce lifts Raab for Signing Off, but Raab floats off the back, and as Pierce turns around Raab grabs him by the throat and lifts him into the Iceinator. Raab holds the powerbomb for a pin that gets a two, but as Pierce kicks out Raab transitions directly into the Ice Lock. Pierce struggles for a moment, but with the ropes for away he quickly taps out!

Backstage, Roxy Malone catches up with Konrad Raab.
We see replays of what happened earlier tonight, as commentary reminds us that Roxy attempted to decline her World Title shot and Angie responded by challenging her for the Cross-Hemisphere Title instead.
Angie and Wrestley lock up to start the match and grapple for position, neither able to get an immediate advantage, and Zane steps in and lifts both into a double suplex. Zane delivers a boot to the face of WMcW, tosses Angie with a judo throw, before lifting Wrestley into a fireman’s carry that transitions into a facebreaker across his knees. Zane delivers repeated knee strikes to the grounded Wrestley before shooting the half into a cover, but Angie breaks it up.
Angie comes off the ropes and ducks under a clothesline from Zane before knocking him down with a roundhouse kick. She takes him down with a drop toe hold, he manages to get to his knees but she catches him with a kick to the chest. Wrestley is trying to get up, but Angie drops him to his knees with a kick to him as well, and Angie goes back and forth between both of them as the crowd shouts OBVS with each kick. She delivers several kicks to both men, but Zane eventually catches her leg and takes her down.
Zane picks her up by the throat and looks to hit Piercing Misery, but Wrestley jumps on his back with tries to lock on a sleeper hold. Zane lets go of Angie and snapmares WMcW off him, but Wrestley pops right up and knocks Zane down with a dropkick. McWrestleface proceeds to do a bunch of flippy shit for a few minutes, ping-ponging all over the ring, popping the crowd and angering stuffy traditionalists that don’t consider it real wrestling and live in my mother’s basement.
Zane finally swats Wrestley out of the air with a double handed sledge strike, and he tumbles into a corner. He charges across the ring at Angie, but she takes him down with a drop toe hold, Zane smacking into the turnbuckle. WIth both men slumped in opposite corners, Angie charges and cannonballs into WMcW. She does the same to Zane, but as she runs back for a second on Wrestley, he rolls out of the way and she crashes into the corner.
Wrestley climbs a turnbuckle as Zane stumbles to his feet, and Wrestley leaps and connects with Upside Down. Wrestley follows up with Boy, You Turn Me, a standing shooting star, but Angie immediately connects on him with #Vaughemous, and Angie covers WMcW for the three!
