“The Siren” enters first to a decent pop. “Wrestestock” didn’t go her way and she looks determined to reverse her fortunes tonight. She darts down to the ring, slapping hands as she goes and enters the ring. Hazel East checks her, after which she stands in the ring waiting for her opponents to arrive. She doesn’t have long to wait as UGWC newcomer Ace Sky make his entrance. He runs down to the ring and springs up onto the apron, then over the top rope in what looks like one fluid movement. He lands in the ring to a loud cheer and goes to his corner. He doesn’t get any time to get checked as he’s immediately blasted from behind.
Sky falls to the mat as Rydell drives a series of stiff stomps into his side. He jerks forward as if he’s been hit and wheels around to see Steele standing behind him with a defiant glare on her face. He takes a wild swing at her, but she uses her superior speed and agility to dodge it. He throws another one, but she darts under it and connects with a spinning heel kick. She follows it with a series of Martial Arts kicks that back him towards the corner. She goes to land a final strike to drive him into the corner when “The Shaman of Space” flies by and drills him into the corner with a knee to the chin. “The Siren” looks at “The Shaman of Space” with a look that’s almost surprise, then the two shrug, dart up the turnbuckle, kick off in unison and drive Rydell face first into the mat with a double springboard bulldog.
They both dive on Rydell to cover him and Hazel drops to count, but stops when the two airialists notice that they’re both trying to pin the same person. They both leap to their feet and begin to throw punches and kicks at each other, with each dodging like an action movie. Their display of skill and agility only accelerates from there as they two begin to put up a display of aerial artistry that’s simply breathtaking. It concludes with a sequence that sees Sky go for an enziguri, which Steele ducks under, then grabs him by the feet and tries to flip him off balance, but he lands on his feet. He throws a sweep, which she leaps over and tries to transition into a standing moonsault, which he rolls out from under. She twists herself up and lands on her feet, gets caught in a snapmare and flipped over but lands on her feet again. Sky spins her around, loops his arm around her neck and finally stops her with a quick spinning suplex neckbreaker.
Sky goes for the “Galaxy Leap” but is intercepted on the way down by a sudden and particularly stiff looking “Virus of Life” from Rydell. Rydell pulls Ace up and sneers in his face, then connects with a second “Virus of Life”. He goes for the pin, but only gets a long two before the count is broken up by Steele. She goes to pull him up, but gets hit with a blatant low blow. Steele collapses to the mat in a heap as Hazel admonishes Rydell and threatens to disqualify him if he does it again. He gives her the bird, then turns and tosses Steels from the ring before he turns back to Sky, who’s beginning to stir.
Rydell pulls Sky up and whips him into the ropes. Sky twists, leaps and springs off of them looking for some kind of move, but is stopped dead by a Rydell superkick. Rydell pulls Sky up and shows his power with a spinning neckbreaker and then leaps onto the top rope. Sky begins to stir but doesn’t get a chance to do much as he’s immediately put on his face with a Tornado DDT. He yanks Sky back up, hits him with a jawbreaker, then roughly grabs him by the head and connects with a running bulldog off of the turnbuckle. He leaps up onto the turnbuckle when he’s grabbed from the apron.
Rydell tries to kick Steele away, but she grabs his foot and yanks down right as Sky connects with a springboard knee strike that catches him right in the jaw and sends him tumbling from the turnbuckle. Unfortunately for him, the knee isn’t the only abuse that his jaw takes as he bounces off of the apron on the way to the floor. Steele uses the momentary distraction to join Sky on the turnbuckle. She scoops him up, steps back and drops him head first into the turnbuckle pad with a brainbuster. She pulls him up and connects with a “Punk Driver” that somehow only gets a long two count. Steele looks at him, clearly shocked and impressed. She casts a quick look over her shoulder at the still KOed Rydell, then plants Sky with a second “Punk Driver” for the three and the win!
Winner: Kate Steele
Time: 10:49
Kate Steele celebrates her victory in the ring, as Dave Rydell comes to and picks himself up off the floor, favoring his knee and rubbing his jaw as he glares in at ‘The Siren’.
Hide immediately begins the match by whipping his chain at Konrad, who dodges this way and that to avoid catching a few links to the face. Raab throws a forearm up to allow the chain to wrap around it, and yanks Hide toward him for a standing suplex.
Raab proceeds as if he's not in a match allowing weapons, applying a series of technical maneauvers and holds. Despite Raab's attack not likely drawing blood, and therefore helping his client, Bonecrusher chides Raab loudly. The distraction gives Hide a chance to slide out of the ring and grab a nearby fire extinguisher, which he fires into the ring as Raab turns toward him, engulfing the Iceman in foam.
The commentators point out that being covered in white foam is going to make blood very obvious, and ponder whether this was a clever decision by Hide, or just a lucky side effect. At any rate, he chucks the empty can at Raab, who manages to bat it away before it can cause any damage. Hide hops up onto the apron, but Raab is there to clobber him back off the apron, then leapfrogs over the ropes to drop a knee down on Yamazaki.
He yanks Yamazaki up and whips him into the ring apron a couple of times before rolling him back into the ring. The commentators give him credit for using the outside of the ring in the match but remind us again that this match isn't over until one of the competitors draws blood.
Konrad whips Yamazaki into the corner, following it up with a big splash. He rebounds, then darts across the ring and back for another splash. Once more, but this time Hide is ready, and ducks down for a back body drop that sends Raab over the turnbuckle and crashing into the steel steps on the outside.
Bonecrusher rushes over hopefully, beating the referee there. He's disappointed as Konrad slowly rises and checks his own nose and mouth. There's no blood from the impact!
Hide has slid out of the ring and grabs Raab by the back of the head. He attempts to slam the Iceman's face into the steps, but Raab plants his hands before throwing an elbow back. Hide avoids the strike, but snatches Konrad's arm and pulls him into a crippler right there on the steps!
"Bonecrusher" reminds Hide that a submission is useless in this match, which sends Hide on a hunt for a suitable weapon. Konrad rolls off the other side of the steps and stumbles away in the opposite direction. A few minutes later, Hide comes around the corner of the ring, a large pipe wrench in hand, but is surprised when a chain, HIS chain, whips out from behind and catches him around the ankle and yanking him off his feet.
Poised over the fallen Yamazaki, Raab raises the chain over his head... and pauses. As he's trying to make up his mind to attack, Hide explodes up to his feet! He hits a double knee facebreaker, catching the chain between them and busting Raab's nose! Blood squirts out and the referee calls the match in favor of Yamazaki!
Winners: Hide Yamazaki
Time:. 5:47
With the blood of the previous match still fresh on the mat, we move onto our next match as the self-christened “5’2 Mafia” take on the ad-hoc team of “The Guiding Light” Travis Roberts and “The Embodiment of Fear” Phrixus Deimos. The “Mafia” enters first as if they own the place and storm to the ring like a diminutive invading army. Deimos enters next and is clearly unimpressed by his opponents. His “partner” enters last and after a drawn out entrance, he finally makes it to the ring and his corner. His partner couldn’t look less impressed if he tried.
The match starts with Sarah and Deimos and it’s a bit of an early mismatch as Sarah time away from UGWC shows and Deimos takes advantage of it. He begins the match with a brutal spear after dodging a spinning heel kick. He pulls her up into a fireman’s carry that he turns into a DDT, then bridges over into a crossface submission. Sarah screams out but refuses to submit. Deimos wrenches back on the hold and shifts his arms up so that his hands are across her eyes. Kenzi yells at Referee Brian Chartreuse, who is already in position and tells Deimos to release his hold. Deimos smiles in that way that Deimos has but doesn’t release his hold until Chartreuse is lowering his arm to finish his five count. Deimos yanks Sarah up by her hair, which draws a sharp rebuke from Chartreuse, then drops her to the mat with a vicious looking neckbreaker.
He pulls her up, throws her into her corner and then walks over and slaps his partner on the chest before he steps out. Roberts stares at him incredulously, then places his mouthpiece in and steps into the ring as Kenzi half steps/half limps in. He smiles arrogantly at her and mockingly hops around the ring. Sarah yells at him while Deimos shakes his head. The next couple of minutes consist of Roberts hopping around the ring mockingly, interspersed with moments of him leaping in to pat the small woman on the head. Kenzi tries to engage him, but Roberts won’t commit. He’d clearly rather make fun of her.
After a couple of minutes he gets a little too cocky and a little too close and pays for it by eating an elbow to the face. Unfortunately for Roberts, he staggers into the wrong corner. Kenzi hobbles over and tags in Sarah. The two spend the next couple of minutes working Roberts over. Kenzi’s weakened knee takes a little of the snap out of their team offense, but they still manage to leave him as a beaten heap on the mat after a Box Office Smash and The Falcon Punch. Kenzi exits as Sarah drops for the cover, but they only get a two when Roberts shows his ring generalship and gets his leg onto the bottom rope. Sarah breaks the count when Chartreuse tells her to but pulls Roberts to center ring. She looks down at him, then walks over and tags Kenzi in.
“The Lord of Pain” steps through the ropes and he and “The Guiding Light” stand and stare at each other for a few moments while the crowd goes crazy. Then Roberts turns, tags in Deimos, steps out and drops to the floor. Deimos responds with an unsurprised sigh and steps in against his long-time nemesis. The two men circle for a few moments, then lock up and proceed to beat each other senseless for the next few minutes. After a couple of minutes, both men are lying on the mat gasping for air. They both begin to slowly crawl towards their respective corners, with Deimos moving slight bit more slowly. Donovan reaches his corner first and tags Sarah in. She leaps through the ropes and darts at Deimos. He leaps up and tags Roberts in a second before Sarah gets to him.
Sarah promptly drives an elbow into Roberts face and drags him between the first and second rope before she drives him into the mat with a DDT. He pulls himself to his feet but suffers a barrage of hand strikes before he’s taken back down with a knee to the chin. Sarah stay on him and slowly drives him back into the corner, punctuating her barrage with a “Cop Killa” that causes Roberts to bounce off of the corner and into center ring before he drops to his knees. Sarah immediately drops him with a “Shining Wizard”. She drops down for the cover, but only gets a two before he kicks out so forcefully that it nearly throws her into her own corner. She reaches up and tags Donovan in, but he just stands on the apron while Roberts pushes himself to his corner to tag Deimos in. As soon as Deimos steps in, Donovan steps back in.
Vinegar comments that Roberts is going out of his way to avoid Hastings and that Hastings seems perfectly happy to let him. The two UGWC legends lock up and push each other around before Hastings arm drags Deimos. Deimos pops up and suplexes Hastings, who quickly gets to his feet and counters an attempted Deimos clothesline with a neckbreaker. He turns to stomp Deimos, who grabs his leg and yanks it out from under him. Donovan lands on his back but rolls to his feet before being taken back down with a spear that almost sends both men through the ropes and out to the floor.
The two men stand up but Deimos is a half-step quicker and goes for “The Numbing”. Hastings twists out and tries to twist Deimos into “Destiny’s Call”, but Deimos knees him in the head and drops to the mat. He grabs Hastings and drives him into the mat with a quick fire “Numbing”. He leaps onto the turnbuckle and connects with an impactful “Millennial Decay”. He goes for the count, but only gets a two before he’s rocked with a “Shining Wizard” the sends him sprawling into his own corner. Roberts tags him but refuses to step in. Chartreuse demands that he do so, but he keeps refusing to, not seeming to care that Sarah has dragged her KOed partner to their corner. Chartreuse turns around just in time to see her pull up Donovan’s hand and slap it. He acknowledges the tag, much to Roberts displeasure.
He steps in and charges at Sarah, but she sidesteps him and catches him in the side of the face with a spinning backfist. Roberts spins around, directly into a “Cop Killa” that sends his mouth guard flying and topples him over onto his back clutching at his jaw. Sarah backs up a few steps and waits as the clearly agonized Roberts pushes himself to his knees with one arm. Then Sarah strikes. One “Walk of Fame” later, Sarah gets the pin and Roberts probably has to go back to the dentist.
Winner:. Kenzi Grey & Sarah Lacklan

This marks the return of Gabrielle Sinn, FKA Gabrielle Montgomery, to UGWC. Hans reminds us about her participation in Ooley’s Human Resources Department for a time, and that she once won Battleground and main evented Horizons. Jet Somers accompanies Pierce to ringside, with Jet apparently reminding Pierce to keep his focus, as Covert Jay reminds us of the more recent history between Pierce and Gabby, much to Hans’ disgust/jealousy.
With Jet providing a final pep talk from ringside as the bell rings, Gabby charges and delivers multiple blows to Pierce, forcing him into the ropes. Gabby whips Pierce across the ring, then charges and knocks Pierce to the mat with a jumping heel kick. Gabby hits several mounted punches that Pierce appears to enjoy far too much, then climbs the turnbuckle. Pierce gets up and Gabby goes for a flying crossbody, but Pierce rolls through it into a scoop slam. Pierce whips Gabby across the ring, then floors her with a high knee. Gabby tries to get up, and Pierce hits a springboard diving facecrusher for a two count.
Pierce whips Gabby across the ring and goes for a backdrop, but Gabby counters with the Butt Shot as Jay makes bad jokes. Gabby pulls Pierce up and shoves him into the corner, stomping away on her former partner. Gabby goes to whip him to the opposite corner, but Pierce reverses it, then follows Gabby, but Gabby uses her momentum to vault onto the turnbuckle and a split-legged rebound into double knees! Gabby goes right into the cover, but Pierce shoves her off at two.
Gabby rolls to her feet, but Pierce is back up and sends her into the cover, but as Pierce charges she performs the classic Butt Wiggle, freezing him in his tracks, and Jet yells at ringside to try to snap him out of it, as Gabby kicks him in the chest and hits the Decadent DDT. Gabby covers, but Pierce kicks out at two.
Gabby starts to pull Pierce up, but Pierce swings his legs around to pull her down into body scissors, and goes for a crossface, but Gabby manages to block his hands before he can lock it on. Gabby knocks one hand away before grabbing the other, and she pins it to her own chest. Pierce relaxes the scissors and Gabby breaks loose, and an exasperated Jet yells at Pierce from ringside. Gabby makes a few lews gestures as Pierce appears mesmerized and Jet is beside himself, but as Gabby steps forward Pierce grabs her and pulls her into The Truth Hurts, and rolls on top for the three.
Winner: Travis Pierce
Time: 7:36
Pierce raises his arms in victory, as Gabby rolls out of the ring. Jet claps for the victory out on the floor, when the lights go out...
With Donovan Hastings replacing his Cooperative partner against Fear and Roberts earlier tonight, ‘The Lord of Pain’ threatened a sit-in if he was forced to compete twice on a Synergy. With Ichabod being busy with actual important items here this evening, he decided he didn’t want to be assed with dealing with Hastings’ shenanigans, so word is that he found a replacement for Hastings for this match.
Sloane Taylor made her entrance, and eagerly awaited her opponent for her first official match as part of the UGWC roster, and much to her surprise, Bobbi London was the one who came down the ramp and entered the ring. London plays to the crowd for a bit, as Taylor loosens up and waits for the bell to ring. Jay points out that Kenzi is just subbing for Hastings as he did for her earlier, reminding Vinegar that London is Kenzi’s LMD and a remarkable likeness.
The bell rings, and Bobbi immediately connects with a running big boot that catches Sloane completely off guard. Bobbi picks Sloane up off the mat and shoots her towards the ropes, sending her back down with a discus clothesline. London back on her haunches as she waits for Taylor to get back to her feet, and sends her back to the mat with a running body block. Bobbi makes an early cover, but only gets a one-count before Sloane rolls her shoulder off the mat.
Bobbi pulls Sloane to her feet and looks for G’DAY MATE, but Sloane is able to avoid the massive headbutt, and connects with a jawbreaker. Bobbi staggers back, but maintains her vertical base. Sloane back up to her feet and connects with a handspring enzuigiri that sends Bobbi down to the mat. Standing shooting star press connects and is parlayed into a cover, but London kicks out at one-and-a-half.
Both entertainment professionals back to their feet now, and Sloane connects with a superkick that sends Bobbi into the ropes. Taylor takes off towards the opposite ropes and sends London back to the mat with a perfectly executed slingblade. Taylor maneuvers in behind of Bobbi, waiting for her to get back to her feet. Once she does, Sloane shoves Bobbi into the ropes chest-first, and then spikes her with a reverse frankensteiner. Taylor with the cover, but only gets a two-count before Bobbi manages to drape her leg over the bottom rope.
Sloane drags Bobbi back to a vertical base and whips her into the opposite corner, and then connects with a hesitation dropkick that causes Bobbi to fall face-first to the mat. Bobbi fighting to get back up to her hands and knees, but Sloane is ready, and connects with Seeing Stars. Sloane quickly steps out to the ring apron and climbs to the top rope, and once Bobbi wobbly makes her way back to her feet, a Skyfall finishes the job, and allows Sloane to get the three-count.
Winner: Sloane Taylor
Tme: 6:21
Sloane has her arm raised in victory, as the crowd roars in approval. She then walks back over to Bobbi and offers her hand, helping ‘Big, Beautiful, and Delicious’ back up to her feet, the two of them sharing a few words with each other, before Bobbi exits the ring, and Sloane celebrates with the fans.
Everyone makes their entrance, the team of Angie and Roxy in a much better place than the tandem of Zane and Holden, from all appearances anyway. Angie looks to be starting things off for her team, but Holden and Zane appear to be in a stalemate. Zane doesn’t appear to be budging though, so Holden reluctantly steps out to the ring apron, and the bell rings.
Orson immediately reaches over and slaps the back of Zane Scott, officially tagging himself into the match. Zane looks at him for a few moments, before stepping out onto the apron. Holden and Angie lock up, with Holden applying a side headlock. Angie manages to slip out of the hold, moving in behind of Orson and applying a hammerlock. Orson reverses into his own hammerlock, before transitioning into an arm wringer. Angie cartwheels over to take the pressure off of her arm and shoulder, and then flings Orson to the mat with an arm drag. Holden bounces back up to his feet, but is sent back down with another one. Holden up once more, but again sent to the mat, this time with a drop toe-hold. He’s quickly back to his feet again, but finds himself on the receiving end of a perfectly executed dropkick from the World and Chaos Champion, and he quickly makes his way to his own corner and slaps Zane on the chest, tagging ‘The Professional’ into the match.
Angie snaps off a few sidekicks that Zane attempts to block, and then comes off the ropes with a clothesline that forces Zane back a step. Vaughn off the ropes again, connecting with another clothesline that forces Zane back another step or two. She goes for a third one, but Zane is waiting for her this time, and slams her to the mat with a snap scoop powerslam. He hooks the leg, but Angie is out before the count of one.
The two of them are back to their feet and lock up, with Zane connecting with a high knee. Interlocking his fingers around the back of Angie’s head, Zane begins connecting with numerous Muy thai knee strikes, before then lifting Angie high into the air in a body press, and dropping her face-first into the top turnbuckle with a snake eyes. Angie staggers around and eats a big boot that sends her crashing to the mat. Dragging Angie back to her feet, Zane lifts her high into the air and drops her with a Splatter Effect. Zane makes the cover, but Roxy is in and lands a kick to the back of his head at two to break the pin attempt up.
Zane back to his feet as Roxy hits the ropes, and she connects with a hip attack that sends him back into his corner, where Holden slaps him on the back, tagging himself back in to the match. Zane watches Orson run into a spinning heel kick from Roxy, and then a dropkick from Angie. Roxy connects with a shining wizard as Holden was attempting to get to his feet, and Zane steps out to the apron as Angie climbs to the top rope and connects with a flying clothesline. She makes the cover and gets a two before Holden kicks out, as Zane stands on the apron watching.
Angie with the tag out to Roxy, and Ms. Cotton hits a running step-up enzuigiri that staggers Orson. She lands a straight kick to the front of Holden’s knee, before reaching down and grabbing his leg. A dragonscrew legwhip sends him down in a heap, where he rolls under the bottom rope and out to the floor. Roxy measures him and then takes off towards the far ropes. Angie with the blind tag, as Roxy tears across the ring and takes flight, connecting with a moonsault that sends Holden crashing to the floor. Angie at the ropes now peering down at the dazed Holden, and she executes a slingshot senton from the ring to the floor, finding her mark across the chest of Holden Orson. Vaughn drags Holden to his feet and shoves him back into the ring.
Angie with the cover, but Orson kicks out at two-and-a-half. Once he gets back to his feet, Vaughn connects with a scissor kick and then a bicycle kick, before making the tag to Roxy. After pulling him back to his feet once more, a superkick from Vaughn sends Orson into the corner, and he slowly slides down to the mat. Angie then connects with a cannonball, which is immediately followed up by Roxy with a Kitty Buster. One Double-D DT later, and this match is in the books for the #CoolKids.
Winner: Angelica Vaughn & Roxy Cotton

Ichabod comes out to the stage and announces that he has just received word that Sloane Taylor is using her title challenge that she earned at WrestleStock to challenge the Cooperative Champions, with a partner that she will announce next week. Ichy turns his attention to Angie and Roxy in the ring and says that means he is ready to announce who their respective challengers will be at UGWC's next Pay-Per-View on August 12. Ichy reflects on the success that each of them have had so far this year, and how dominant each has been. Ichabod brings up the Grand Slam accolade, and notes that all that each of them are missing are the titles that the other holds. He says it's time to find out once and for all which of them is the true dominant force in UGWC today, and in three weeks at UGWC: Grand Slam, they will face each other in a Two out of Three falls match, winner take all, and at the end of the night there will be a new Grand Slam Champion.

Kenzi Grey and Sarah Lacklan vs Phrixus Deimos and Travis Roberts

Gabrielle Sinn vs Travis Pierce

Sloane Taylor v Donovan HastingsBobbi London

Angelica Vaughn & Roxy Cotton vs Holden Orson & Zane Scott
