It’s sinner versus saint and hardcore star versus the star who fears hardcore as Gabrielle Sinn takes on “The Iceman” Konrad Raab. Gabby has had a rough time since her return, and not the kind of “rough time” that she tends to prefer. On the other side of the ring, Konrad has been having his own “rough time” as his quest to overcome his fears of hardcore/chaos wrestling continues. Thankfully for him, UGWC legend, “The Living Weapon” Jet Somers has recently offered his expertise to aid “The Iceman” in his quest. While many consider the advice that Somers gave to “The Iceman” to be unconventional, it may be just the thing that helps Raab get over the top.
Gabrielle enters first and saunters her way seductively down to the ring. Many of the more excitable fans get grabby for Gabby, but to no avail. If there’s one thing that the Queen of Tease knows, it’s her body and how to contort it to do what she wants. That said, Gabby will be Gabby and she still gives the fans a show before her entrance ends. “The Iceman” makes his entrance shortly after Gabby’s ends and where Gabby came out to a loud entrance, the greeting that the fans give to the cult hero of UGWC practically blows the roof off of the arena. Konrad looks both surprised and deeply appreciative of their response as he makes his way to the ring and slaps hands with as many fans as he can. Gabby seems unimpressed by this and uses the time to slide out of the ring and begin searching under it. She immediately comes back up with a steel chair and a malevolent smile, then slides back in.
Konrad finishes his entrance and turns to look at Gabby, who promptly obliterates him with said chair. A motivated Gabby is a dangerous Gabby. Konrad drops to the mat in a heap and Gabby begins to go to town on him. She works him over with the chair until it’s a mangled mess, at which point she leaps onto the turnbuckle and connects with a chair-assisted splash. She immediately hooks Konrad’s leg, but he kicks out at two. Gabby gets up with the chair and resumes pummeling him from pillar to post until the chair is a mangled mess. She drops it fat her feet, pulls Konrad up and connects with the 34 DD DDT. Again, this only gets a two, much to Gabby’s surprise.
She throws the chair from the ring, slides from the ring and begins to rummage around underneath it again. This time two chairs fly into the ring before Gabby comes out with a table, which she sets up at ringside. She slides back into the ring and waits as Konrad pulls himself to his feet. She goes for a step-up enziguri, only for Konrad to counter with a vicious powerbomb that appears to be more out of reflex than intent. He throws both chairs from the ring with a look of disdain on his face and pulls Gabby off of the mat. What happens next can be best described as a suplex exposition that pinballs “The Caramel Coated Goddess” around the ring. He pulls her up and momentarily looks at the open table at ringside before he shakes the thought out of his head, then turns her inside out with a nasty looking clothesline. He pulls Gabby up and lifts her into the air by her throat for “The Iceinator”. Gabby wiggles her way out, slides down his back and lands on her feet while Konrad stumbles back into the ropes.
Hans points out that they’re on the open table side of the ring and if one of them goes through it, that could end the match. Right as he says this, Gabrielle bounces off of the far ropes and charges at Raab. She leaps before she gets to him, looking for either a hurricanrana or a step-up enziguri, but Raab gets both arms under her and heaves her up overhead. Gabby flies out of the ring, a good seven feet in the air. Gabby gets wood, and unfortunately for her it’s not the kind she enjoys.
The table explodes into shards with her in the middle of it. Raab turns around and slams his fist down on the top rope in frustration at having “used” a weapon, then slides out. He pulls what’s left of Gabrielle out of the pile of wood that appears to have shattered her dreams and rolls her back into the ring, then slides in after her. He pulls her up, looking down at her as if he’s conflicted at possibly winning by using the table. He appears to argue with himself for a moment before he’s brought back into the world by Gabrielle moving at his feet. As soon as she does, he puts her back down with a Superkick, which he follows up with “The Iceinator” and three seconds later has a huge win.
Winner: Konrad Raab
Time: 8:43
The entrances of both Kate Steele and Hide Yamazaki pass by without incident, as does Travis Roberts'. The only noteworthy incident at all before the match begins is 'The Headliner' doing everything he can to get in Special Guest Referee Zane Scott's face during Phrixus Deimos' entrance. Zane's only response is a thin smile.
When the match starts Hide makes short work of all three competitors by hitting consecutive clotheslines on each, Travis Roberts is forced into the corner, Steele is knocked over the top rope and Deimos flips and lands on the canvas. The Clothesline Train only halts when Hide almost strikes Referee Zane Scott. Hide stops in his tracks before hitting him, and looks the official up and down, the sheer size obviously suggests to his basest instinct that he must be a threat to Yamazaki, but the referees shirt sends opposing signals.
Before Hide can truly make sense of things Deimos is behind him and he hits an atomic drop and then flings Hide into the ropes, at the exact moment Kate Steele clambers on to the ring apron. The Pub Rock Princess gets thrown back to the outside and crashes into the guard rail.
The collision takes all the speed out of Hide's run and he is able to hold himself against the ropes, but Phrixus had been anticipating the probability and is already upon Yamazaki hitting a dropkick that sends him over the ropes himself. When Fear turns he does so in time to duck under a lariat attempt from Travis Roberts then grabs him and hits him with a German suplex.
He turns to see Hide climbing back into the ring clutching his trusty chain, but Zane Scott is on that in at heartbeat and wrestles it from Hide and admonishes him using only easy to understand hand signals and facial expressions.
Fear turns back as Roberts gets to his feet, but before he can make a move Kate Steele dives off the top rope and lands on his back. A swift elbow removes her and then Deimos scoops her up and slams her across his knee with a back breaker.
As ineffective for Kate Steele as her offensive volley was, it opens the door for Roberts who stools down and hammers a fist into the back of Deimos' knee, sending him down to just one knee, and then Travis slams his own knee into the back of Deimos skull.
Before he can capitalize Yamazaki has relinquished his chain and taken his reprimand from Zane with a puzzled look and is back in the ring. The first thing Travis knows about it is when 'Deathwish' grabs him from behind and Roberts endures his second German suplex of the night
Johnny Bonecrusher screams his approval in his own unique way, some might charitably describe it as a berating, towards his client. This draws a sharp look of disdain from Zane Scott, which in turn draws a tirade from Johnny about there being no rules what he says to his client. The exchange draws Hides attention also, and with the referee glaring at JBC on the outside, Roberts takes the opportunity to hit Hide with a low blow that sends him to the canvas slowly like an oak.
JBC throws his hands in the air, exclaiming his regret at not having his attack dog castrated, and then accused Scott of being a disgrace to the referees shirt. Zane's focus has snapped back to the ring and not being a fool he knows what just happened. What makes it worse is Travis' pleas of innocence are uttered with a knowing smirk, Scott's fists ball up in rage but before he compromises his position as referee Deimos strikes Travis with a low blow of his own from behind. As he does Zane conveniently turns to check on Hide who still lies in the floor, where Travis now joins him.
Kate Steele is back though and she launches herself at Deimos who snatches her and puts her into a sleeper hold looking to render her unconscious. She initially tries to fight but her legs soon stop kicking. But before Zane can check on her Hide nudges him out of the way and tears Deimos arms off of Steele and he then slams a fist into his obscured face.
Deimos and Hide begin to trade punches and soon they spill over the top rope themselves. Deimos throws Hide into the steel steps, but as he does so Hides chain clatters to the floor next to him, and Deathwish instinctively swings it and it wraps around Deimos ankle.
Zane jumps down out of the ring and warns Hide he will not allow him to use the chain any further than he already has, trying to talk him down into dropping the weapon.
During this time Kate Steele starts to climb to her feet, but in that same amount of time Travis Roberts has rolled out if the ring and reentered with a chair. When Steele finally gets vertical he slams the chair over he head, and then grabs her body and hits The White Out on the chair. He halfheartedly kicks it to the edge if the ring and then shouts for Zane. Zane snatches the chain and pulls it from Hides hand, causing Deimos to fall into his own back and then slides into the ring to see Travis covering Steel.
Zane reluctantly makes the 3 count and a scowl crosses his face as Travis' uses his eyes to draw Scott's attention to the chair and smiles as the Special Guest Referee reluctantly slams down on the canvas for the final time.
Winners: Travis Roberts
Time:. 7:22
As Zane reluctantly raises Travis' hand in victory, 'The Headliner smirks once more before hitting Zane with a superkick. He then picks up the chair and as Zane gets back to his feet, he slams it into the midsection of the still unconscious Kate Steele.
By the time Zane gets back to his feet Travis is sliding out of the ring to make his escape, but Scott is right on his tail. Travis flees up the entrance ramp and into the backstage area.
Zane is hot on Travis' heels as 'The Blessed One' bobs and weaves through the corridors, at one point having to stop himself and take a corner sharply as if he forgot a route.
Scott is getting within touching distance when Roberts turns another corner, and as Zane does he stumbles directly into a Cop Killer from Sarah Lacklan. Travis looks back with an exaggerated look of surprise and keeps running. Sarah loudly explains that Zane took her by surprise before attempting to step over him and, slightly stumbling, it leads to her stomping on his arm and hand with her kitten heels.
She then adjusts her hair and clothing and turns the corner and joins Kenzi on her way to ringside.
Sebastian and Sloane make their way to the ring, both entering and holding a conversation with each other as they await the entrance of his opponent. Kenzi’s music then hits…
Hastings takes off his cape and throws it into the face of Sebastian, immediately moving in and connecting with a high knee to the abdomen. Hip toss by Hastings sends Bryce-Everett III down on his back, and Donovan follows it up with an elbow drop across the chest. Donovan with the cover, but Sebastian kicks out at one.
Both men back to their feet, Donovan applying an arm wringer, and then snapping downway on Sebastian’s arm. Maintaining his grip, Hastings makes his way towards the ropes, springboards off the middle rope, and then sends Everett-Bryce III across the ring with an arm drag. S.E.B. III up off the mat, but is lifted into the air and driven into the mat with a spinebuster. Hastings with the cover, but Sebastian kicks out at two.
Donovan feeling good about himself now as he gets back to his feet, smiling down at S.E.B. III as ‘The Nando’s Warrior’ has begun to slowly work his way to his feet. A little smack talk from ‘The Lord of Pain’, but it’s cut short as Sebastian lands a kick to the stomach that doubles Hastings over. A DDT follows, and then Everett-Bryce III kips back up to his feet. Donovan is dazed as he works his way back to his feet, and he never sees the superkick coming. The force of the kick sends Hastings into the ropes, and they serve as the only reason he manages to stay on his feet. Sebastian in behind of him though, and sends him overhead with a release German suplex. ‘The Sophisticated Suplex Machine’ then begins showing why that moniker has been well-earned, as he executes a gutwrench suplex, followed by a belly-to-belly, followed by a fisherman’s suplex into a pin attempt. Hastings kicks out at two-and-a-half.
Sebastian then begins working on Lord Hastings right arm, executing an arm wringer, before parlaying that into a hammerlock, and then executing a cross-arm breaker. S.E.B. III with a cover and hooks the leg, but Donovan gets the shoulder up at two. Both men back to their feet, with Hastings blocking a kick. Donovan with a forearm shiver to the jaw that stuns Sebastian, and ‘The Lord of Pain’ slides in behind of S.E.B. III and executes a German suplex of his own, rolling up and putting Everett-Bryce into a pinning predicament, with Hastings pulling the tights for added leverage. Count reaches two before S.E.B. III is able to power out, reaching up and grabbing Hastings and applying the Wing Roulette. Hastings obviously did his homework though, positioning himself so that S.E.B. is unable to grapevine his legs around Donovan’s waist. Though he looks on the verge of tapping, Hastings is able to shift his weight so that Everett-Bryce’s shoulders are down on the mat, and S.E.B. III has to release the submission hold in order to kick out of the pin attempt.
Both men back to their feet, but Hastings connects with a jawbreaker, and then rolls S.E.B. up with a schoolboy, again grabbing the tights for additional leverage. Sloane is pointing it out to the referee from the floor, but Sebastian manages to kick out at two-and-a-half anyway. Both men back to their feet, with Donovan connecting with a boot to the gut, before lifting Sebastian up and connecting with Destiny’s Call. He grabs at the arm that S.E.B. III worked on earlier before making the cover, and that slight hesitation allows Sebastian to get his right shoulder up at two-and-three-quarters.
Exhaustion setting in for both men now as they slowly make their way back to their feet. Hasting’s throws a right hand, but it is blocked by Sebastian. ‘The Nando’s Warrior’ snaps off a few kicks to the leg of Hastings, the last of which almost causes him to buckle at the knee. Donovan with a wild right hand that Sebastian ducks under, and then he moves in behind of Hastings. Sebastian then feeds Hastings The Full Platter, leaving ‘The Lord of Pain’ all but out on his feet after the standing moonsault kick portion of the combo. Sebastian races to the far corner, and then comes blazing across the ring, connecting with a Bit of a Kick that finally earns him a three-count in this match.
Writer: Sebastian Everett-Bryce III
Time: 9:01
Sloane and Kenzi are yelling across the ring at one another from their respective places out on the floor, as Sebastian allows the referee to raise his hand in victory. Hastings comes to and levels Everett-Bryce III with a clubbing forearm blow to the back of the head, and then things slowly begin to devolve even more…
Roxy and Dave circle each other in the ring as the commentators remind us that Dave could be facing either Roxy or Angie after Grand Slam if he is able to beat Hide Yamazaki there. There's speculation on whether he'll wind up facing his most consistent rival or the one person he can still consider a friend. They're cut off when Roxy nails Dave with a spinning heel kick out of nowhere.
Dave stumbles back, but recovers quickly and fires back with a clothesline knocking Roxy off her feet. She kips back up, but Dave grabs a handful of hair and whips Roxy into the corner, following up with a splash. The splash misses as Roxy dodges and helps Dave slam on the corner with a hand on his back. Roxy mounts up on the second ropes on either side of Dave's back, grabbing his bald head and slamming it repeatedlly into the top of the turnbuckle. After five slams, Roxy shoves off and hits a backflip kick to the back of Dave's head!
After Dave falls backward into the ring like a plank, Roxy covers for a two count. Dave rolls out under the bottom rope, holding his head that has taken a pummeling. Roxy rolls back up to her feet to go on the offensive, but as she steps through the ropes, Dave grabs her by the legs and yanks them out from under her, causing her to crash into the apron hard and crumple to the floor. Dave begins laying in stomps to the Cross Hemisphere Champion. Eventually, he pulls her to her feet, and whips her into the steel steps. Dave runs over and grabs her hair again, stepping up the ring steps and performing a tornado DDT off the steps!
Dave rolls Roxy into the ring and goes for the cover, but only gets the two count. Now that both of the fighters have taken a beating, they're a little slower stirring, but the first to get to their feet is Dave. He stumbles over on his knees to the ropes, pulling himself up to his feet. Roxy manages to get up into a crouch, and suddenly explodes at Dave, sprinting across the ring--only to get caught in an AfterShock!
Dave rolls Roxy up this time, and it seems he has it in the bag, but Roxy manages to get a shoulder up at 2.98 seconds. Dave pounds the mat in frustration before throwing himself at Roxy again, but this time she reverses and rolls Dave into a pinning predicament. She gets an equally long cover, but Dave manages to escape at the last millisecond as well.
We watch painstakingly as each of them take their time getting up, anticipating that the first one who gains their feet and is able to hit the first attack will put the nail in the coffin. The suspense is heavy as inch by inch, both Dave and Roxy rise.
There's a moment when they each size up the other for a moment, but it's Dave who runs first, ducking down for Tip of the Spear. He hits Roxy hard, but she's so close to the ropes that the momentum flings them both back. Roxy turns on her heels, and reverses the move into the Double-D DT!! Roxy goes for the cover and that's the three!!

Roxy Cotton vs Dave Rydell
