Welcome to GlobalTrollz LIVE Synergy Coverage for October 7th, 2019!
Championship Roll Call:
World Heavyweight Champion: Sarah Grey-Lacklan
Cross-Hemisphere Champion: Angelic Vaughn
Cooperative Champions: Sebastian and Sloane
Chaos Champion: Kenzi Grey-Lacklan
The annual Outlast tournament is in the rear view mirror, and we have a new World Champion! Sarah Grey-Lacklan picked up the biggest win of her career, but it wasn't without controversy, with LACKLAN directly impacting the finale of the tournament.
Outlast also saw another brutal assault on Angie Vaughn by her former partner, Dave Rydell. Rydell has left Vaughn unable to compete for the time being, and has also provoked the wrath of the rest of the #CoolKids, who he will face in cooperative action tonight alongside the Cooperative Champions.
Your Synergy coverage begins, now…

The new World Champion welcomes us to Synergy.
The Dark Destroyer is first to come to the ring as commentary notes that something terrifying is clearly happening behind his mask. Jay notes that it is inferior to his own ninja mask, which Hans reminds us is a bath towel. Gabby enters the ring and plays to the crowd as the Dark Destroyer screams at nobody in particular that her femine wiles cannot compare to the power of EVIL.
They meet in the center of the ring as the bell rings to officially start the match, and the Dark Destroyer promptly grabs Gabby in a bear hug. He wrenches the hold with great effort, clearly straining as he crushes her in his grip, though it appears to have no actual effect and Gabby looks a bit confused as to what is happening.
The Dark Destroyer shifts his grip, going to lift Gabby up, but somehow struggles to do so and sloppily drops her on her face. With Gabby down on the ground the Destroyer attempts a springboard something, but hits the ropes awkwardly and ends up dropping himself on his head with his foot tangled in the ropes. An annoyed Gabby gets to her feet as the Dark Destroyer is screaming about the power of evil up until the very moment that Gabby connects with a basement dropkick to his face. The Destroyer’s foot comes loose and he slumps to the mat, screaming and holding his face like he’s been shot.
Side note, the Dark Destroyer reminds me of that episode of Spongebob when Barnacle turns to the darkside and joins the group “Every Villain is Lemons”, otherwise known as E.V.I.L. Any who, Gabby drags the Dark Destroyer to the center of the ring without much effort and puts him into Wrapped in Caramel, but instead of screaming in pain the Destroyer just rants about how his evil can overcome the meager hold.
Gabby appears realize that the Destroyer is too dense to tap out, and she releases the hold and pops to her feet. The Dark Destroyer tries to get up but falls to a knee, and cries out in pain from the impact of landing on the knee. Gabby rolls her eyes before yanking him into the 34 DD DDT, and that’s good for a three.

Before the match, it was announced that due to unforeseen circumstances, Crystal Zdunich will be unable to compete tonight, and therefore the match is now a triple threat.
The most notable thing about the entrances is that Travis Robert's has stopped wearing his white linen ring gear, and is now wearing something resembling his old ring attire, but covered in stains and creases. As Travis enters the ring Alan leans towards him and nods with a cautious smile. Travis just turns away into his corner and awaits the introductions.
When the bell rings Hide charges towards Travis, but is knocked into the ropes from the side by Wallace, who then hip tosses him to the canvas. As Yamazaki gets back to his feet Alan motions to Travis to join him as they execute a double suplex. As they spring to their feet Travis quickly hits Alan with a headlock takedown and then tries to transition into an armbar, only for Yamazaki to almost take his head clean off with a stiff kick.
Hide scoops up Travis looking for a powerslam, but Alan jumps up and dropkicks Roberts’ back, sending him down on top of Hide, into a cover. After some momentary disorientation ‘Deathwish’ manages to kick out just after the two count, but commentators note that ‘Vain’ did not try to break the cover.
Travis gets back on his feet and he immediately turns and superkicks Alan in the jaw, sending him into the corner. This is just before Yamazaki grabs ’The Headliner’ and heaves him over his shoulders with a Canadian Backbreaker, and then spins him and hits him with a Death Valley Driver. Yamazaki covers and looks certain of victory until Alan Wallace makes the save, putting a boot into Deathwish’s back.
Hide gets back on his feet and ducks a clothesline attempt by Wallace before hitting him with a lariat, he then throws him into the corner and follows him in with a running knee strike. ‘Vain’ crumples to a seated position. Hide starts laying the boots in, and then Travis Roberts joins him, they then both lift Alan to his feet, who clearly looks at Travis and says ‘Really?’, in the moment before Yamazaki and Roberts loft him up and hit a Double Crucifix Powerbomb.
Hide then immediately grabs Travis and hits him with a drop kick to the knee’s, and then a knee to the face. He then lifts ‘The Headliner’ up and hits the ‘Wheel of Fortune’ and makes the cover, and once again is thwarted by Alan Wallace, who dives across the ring to break the cover just before the referee’s hand hits it for a third time.
Hide rolls off of Roberts and growling he charges towards Wallace, who sidesteps and manages to hit a german suplex on Hide, but Yamazaki dulls a full rotation and much to the surprise of the audience he lands on his feet, the gaps cause Wallace to turn around and Hide instantly grabs him and hits ‘The Devil’.
Travis gets to his knees and looks over as Hide makes the cover on Alan, but by the time the referee's hand hits the canvas for the third and final time he has barely made the effort to get to his feet, let alone break the pin.
Winner: Hide Yamazaki
Time: 12:10
Hide and Johnny leave in celebration, as Travis slowly rolls out of the ring and out to the floor. Wallace is a bit wobbly as he gets to his feet, and he throws his arms up in the air as he looks down at Travis. Roberts shows no emotion as he glares up at Wallace for a moment, before turning and heading up the ramp.
It’s time for the Boneyard!!!
“The Iceman” enters first to a massive cheer. He walks down slapping hands with the fans, tossing out bottles of ice water and generally playing up to the fans adoration. Once in the ring he douses himself with ice water, shakes hands with referee Brian Chartreuse and waits for Travis Pierce to enter. Pierce enters and storms the ring. He leaps on Raab before Chartreuse has even rung the bell, taking him down and barraging him with punches. He drags Raab to his feel, yells at him that he ended Jet’s career and viciously punches him in the face. He continues to barrage Raab with stiff punches until Chartreuse finally pulls him off and gets him back to his corner. Chartreuse checks on Raab, who insists that he’s ok, at which point Chartreuse calls for the bell.
Pierce explodes out of his corner and takes Raab down again as he drives him into his corner and proceeds to mercilessly stomp on him. He does this for a couple of moments, then yanks him out of the corner, spins him around and throws him shoulder first into the post. Raab slumps down and Pierce begins stomping on his back. He jerks Raab out of the corner, throws him chest first into it and lays in forearm shot after forearm shot to Raab’s back, yelling at him the entire time about how he ended Jet's career. He does it until Chartreuse pulls him away.
Pierce nearly shoves Chartreuse away but controls himself. He goes back on the attack and continues to work over Raab's back with a variety of back breakers until Raab is writhing in agony. Pierce goes for a pin, but Raab kicks out at two. Pierce smiles sadistically and resumes his attack on the back of "The Iceman".
He continues his assault with a barrage if suplexes, making sure to slam Raab into his back as hard as he can. He rolls Raab into his side, locks him in a chinlock and then rolls the German into a modified surfboard with he knees driven into Raab's back. Raab yells in pain, but refuses to submit. This seems to both please and incense Pierce, who appears to go for "The Truth Hurts", but spins Raab around into a modified lungblower. He goes for another pin, but Raab kicks out again.
Pierce ascends the turnbuckle as Raab rolls over onto his stomach as he clutches at his agonized back. Pierce goes for "The Piercing Blow", but eats canvas as Raab rolls away at the last second. Both men lay on the mat, Raab obviously in much worse condition. They both manage to get to their feet, although Raab uses the ropes to pull himself up in the corner. Pierce charges but gets met with a back elbow and a DDT. Raab goes for a suplex, but his back gives out and he drops Pierce awkwardly and almost onto his head.
Both men collapse back to the mat, Raab because of his back while Pierce is still dazed from almost being dropped on his head. Chartreuse begins the standing 10, but stops when Raab pulls himself back to his feet. He tries to dig into his suplex arsenal again, but his back gives out. He switches to his ground game and focusing on Pierce's leg and ankle. It culminates with a sharpshooter that leaves Pierce crawling for the ropes. He finally grabs the bottom rope and Raab breaks the hold as Referee Chartreuse backs him off so he can check on Pierce.
Pierce gets up and storms over to Raab. The two lock up and Raab takes down Pierce with an armdrag, flattens him with a spinebuster when Pierce charges him and drops an elbow. He gets back up, clutching at his back and grabs Pierce’s leg. He goes for a kneebar, but Pierce kicks him away into the ropes. Raab bounces off and connects with a double knee facebreaker, which flattens Pierce and makes Lieberjosch rage about “move theft”.
Raab goes for a cover, which almost sends Lieberjosch through the roof, but Pierce kicks out at two. Raab goes for a quick flying elbow drop, but his beaten up back slows him down. He leaps off and right into a “Truth Hurts” from Pierce. Unfortunately for Pierce the momentum sends Raab from the ring. Pierce slams the mat in frustration and rolls out. He drills Raab with a kick, then runs back to the opposite corner and lines his opponent up. He smiles evilly, breaks into a run and goes to drive Raab’s head into the ring steps with a kick, but Raab moves at the last second. Pierce foot slams the steps and flips over them and crashes to the floor in clear agony. Raab pulls himself to his feet, grabs Pierce and hefts him into the ring in spite of his sore back, then rolls in after him. He immediately locks in the “Ice Lock”. Pierce struggles against it for what seems like an eternity before he finally taps out.
Winner: Konrad Raab

It’s a star-studded affair here for the Main Event tonight, as every UGWC Champion not named Angelica Vaughn will be sharing the ring for a huge six-man cooperative match. The #CoolKids are looking as lovely as ever, as the new UGWC World Champion teams with her beloved, the reigning UGWC Chaos Champion Kenzi Grey, and with the woman whom she defeated at Outlast to become World Champ, Roxy Cotton. They will be taking on the reigning Cooperative Champions Sebastian Everett-Bryce the Third and Sloane Taylor, and their partner for the night, Dave Rydell. Both teams make their entrances, and the match is underway.
Rydell yelled at his own partners and told them to get the <redacted> out of his ring, and as he turns back towards the center of the ring, he is forcefully knocked back into his own corner via a running hip attack from Roxy Cotton. Irish whip attempt by Cotton, but Dave reverses, and Roxy crashes into the #CoolKidCorner. Rydell takes off full speed towards the former World Champ, but Roxy moves at the last second, and Rydell goes chest-first into the corner. Cotton to center-ring now and moves towards Rydell, connect with a handspring elbow that catches Dave flush in the jaw.
Cotton back-pedals and then begins complaining to Glenn Burke about something, causing Burke to begin checking her right eye. This gives Sarah and Kenzi the opportunity to begin beating the hell out of Rydell with rights and lefts. Rydell finally drops and rolls out of the ring, rubbing at his jaw as he paces back and forth out on the floor. Cotton bounces off the far ropes, makes her way across the ring, and jumps feet-first through the ropes, dropkicking Dave and knocking him back into the guardrail. Having held onto the top rope, Roxy positions herself out on the ring apron, springboards off the middle rope, and connects with an Asai moonsault. Roxy pulls Dave to his feet and rolls him back into the ring. She goes for the cover, but only gets a two-count.
Roxy back to her feet andpulls Rydell to his, and sends him back into the corner of the #CoolKids. She begins connecting with multiple kicks to his stomach, and then Sarah tags herself in. Entering the ring, Sarah begins connecting with multiple kicks to Rydell’s stomach, until Kenzi tags herself in. Kenzi enters and follows suit with her partners, connecting with multiple kicks. Each time Burke gets to four on his count, a different #CoolKid tags themself in, forcng him to begin his count all over again. Definitely some retribution from the #CKs for what Rydell did to their bff. Totes obvs. Anywho, three full rounds of this occur, before Kenzi is back in the ring as the legal participant of the match.
Kenz takes a step back, jaws at Rydell for a moment, and then pokes him in the eyes with her patented Super Kick. Rydell stumbles out as Kenzi takes off towards the far ropes, and she returns with a clothesline that staggers the bald-headed, bearded bastard. Kenzi off the ropes again with a crossbody, but Rydell catches her, and pitches her overhead with a fallaway slam, the back of the oft-injured knee of Kenzi slamming against the middle rope. Rydell grabs her by the hair and rips her to her feet, applying a front facelock. He lifts her off the mat and flings her backwards with a snap suplex, and Kenzi’s leg once again hits hard on the ropes. Rydell talks trash to both Sarah and Roxy, causing each of them to attempt to get into the ring, and forcing Glenn Burke to intervene and keep them out. As Kenzi gets to her feet, Rydell comes barrelling in from the side, focusing on that problem child of a knee of the Chaos Champ with a chopblock. He then grabs her by the leg and drags her towards his own corner, before reaching out and slapping the should of Sloane Taylor, tagging her into the match.
Rydell barking orders at Sloane, causing Seb to step over and get in Dave’s face, as Sloane enters the ring and looks down at Kenzi with concern on her face. She attempts to help Kenzi up, asking her if she’s ok, but Kenzi jerks her arm away from ‘The Sky Queen’, and tells her to shut up and fight. The two lock up, with Sloane easily overpowering Kenzi due to her not being able to put her full weight onto that leg. Sloane drives her back into the corner of the #CoolKids, and then releases the hold, taking multiple steps back towards the center of the ring as she tells Kenzi to tag someone else in. Back in her own corner, Rydell is screaming at her for being weak, but Sloane ignores him, as she again asks Kenzi to tag someone else in. Before Kenzi can tell her what she really thinks, Sarah tags herself into the match. The two share a few hushed words, and whatever Sarah says works, as Kenzi finally steps through the ropes and takes her place out on the apron.
Sarah in now, and she and Sloane share a few words before both nodding and locking up. Side headlock applied by Sloane, but Sarah immediately connects with a few forearm shivers to Taylor’s back. Sarah shoves Sloane towards the ropes, missing a clothesline as Sloane ducks underneath. Taylor returns and sends Sarah down with a sling blade, but Sarah bounces right back up, only to walk into a headscissors takeover. Both women back to their feet, and this time it’s Sloane that misses with a lariat, as Sarah ducks under. Sloane turns back around, but is sent to the mat by a spinning heel kick from Sarah. Sloane back up quickly, but is sent back down to the mat by a leg sweep from the World Champion. Sarah quickly with a cover, but Sloane kicks out at one.
Both women back to their feet and lock up, with Sarah sending Sloane to the ropes. Sarah bends at the waist for a back-body drop, but Sloane jumps into the air and slides over the back of Sarah. Grey-Lacklan quickly back upright, and jumps into the air, connecting with a pele kick just as Sloane turned back towards her. Sloane is staggered but maintains her footing, allowing Sarah time to get back to her feet and connect with a spinning chop. She applies a front facelock and looks to possibly be going for a brainbuster, but Sloane manages to float over and land on her feet, turning Sarah away from her before jumping up and executing a reverse frankensteiner. Sloane back to her feet and connects with a standing shooting star press that she lands and hooks the leg, but Sarah kicks out at one-and-a-half.
Sloane pulls Sarah to her feet and sends her to the ropes, but Rydell connects with a knee to the small of Sarah’s back, causing Kenzi and Roxy, as well as Seb and Sloane, to begin admonishing him for it. He flips them all the bird as he stands there and smiles, and Seb reaches out his hand and requests the tag from Sloane. Seb in and pulls Sarah back to her feet, and then sends her back to the mat with a belly-to-belly. Grabbing her by the legs, he turns her over and applies a Boston crab. Sarah struggling to push herself up, but she manages to do so, and is able to roll through to take the pressure off her back. He finds herself in a pinning predicament though, and just manages to get her shoulder up at two, as Seb had shifted all of his weight onto her. ‘The Sophisticated Suplex Machine’ then begins showing everyone why he has that nickname, as he tosses Sarah around the ring with various German, T-Bone, belly-to-back, and release over-the-head suplexes, but after two more near falls, it still hasn’t been enough to put Sarah away. He steps out onto the ring apron and waits for Sarah to get to her feet, before jumping up to springboard off the top rope. Sarah sees it coming though and dives towards the ropes, causing Seb to lose his footing. She immediately grabs him around the head and spikes him to the mat with a variation of a slingshot brainbuster. She makes the cover, but Rydell is in to connect with a kick to the back of her head that breaks the count.
Kenzi in now trying to get at Rydell, but both Burke and Sarah try to push her back. This gives Dave the opportunity to connect with a straight kick to the bad knee of Kenzi, sending her down to the mat hard. Seb grabs the arm of Rydell and spins him around, asking him what he thinks he’s doing, but Dave jerks his arm from the grasp of Bastian, and shoves past him by driving his shoulder into Seb’s. Sarah helping Kenzi through the ropes, and Roxy tags herself into the match so that the World Champ can tend to her beloved. Seb over to make the tag to Sloane, but Rydell slaps him on the arm before he tags out to Sloane. Dave into the ring and ducks out of the way of a leg lariat from Roxy, and then knocks the taste out of her mouth with a superkick. Pulling her back to her feet, he looks over and sees Sarah still tending to Kenzi on the apron. He takes off running towards the corner of the #CoolKids, flinging Roxy towards her partners, and causing her to crash into both of them, knocking Kenzi down on the apron, and Sarah out onto the floor. Kenzi working her way back to her feet again as she looks out at Sarah, while rubbing her leg, and Roxy instinctively tags out, as she suffers the effects of hers and Sarah’s head clanging together.
Burke out on the floor checking on Sarah and Roxy, as Dave begins to smile. Turning, he bumrushes his own corner, and clobbers Seb with a vicious forearm that knocks him to the floor. Grabbing Sloane by the hair and drags her over the top rope and hits a rope-hung Virus of Life onto her, just as Kenzi turns to see what is going on. Before she can enter the ring, a hooded figure hops the ring barrier and grabs the legs of Kenzi, yanking her off the apron, and causing her to land awkwardly on her leg. Glenn Burke sees this happen, and immediately calls for the bell.

Pulling the hood down, we see that the man who hopped the guardrail is ‘The Embodiment of Fear’ Phrixus Deimos. He walks around the ringside area and sees Seb getting to his feet, and he explodes towards him, folding him up like an accordion with a vicious spear. Pulling him back to his feet, Fear shoves Seb into the ring. Rydell pulls Seb to his feet, only to jump up and connect with an After Shock. Deimos is now perched up on the top rope, and as Sloane begins to stir, takes flight and connects with a Meteor Press.
With the reigning UGWC Cooperative Champs laid out in the ring, Deimos and Rydell turn their attention towards the #CoolKids, and begin the process of keeping Sarah, Roxy, and even the hobbled Kenzi out of the ring, as the show goes off the air.
