My biggest question is why the mandatory week off?
Second question is what happens to the key if the winner of said key is no longer in the Fed for that new ppv before horizons?
I might have more but it might just be a flood of ideas for a character that wants so badly to be a prowrestler but just doesn't have it. So he gets a match, is bludgeoned beyond belief, and is in the hospital until BoolZs next week off. Where he tries again.
My biggest question is why the mandatory week off?
There are a couple of reasons for this to be honest.
The first is the fact that as we all grow older a number of our roster find themselves with other commitments and may feel unable to compete on a level playing field against others who can and will post every week. This is an attempt to make our weekly schedule somewhat less demanding for all. As you have also pointed out it may give an opening for people to develop secondary characters if they so wish.
Another reason is that crafting entertaining cards each week can be one of the most complex and demanding parts of running a fed, and the expectation to include everyone every week can lead to less than perfect cards.
It’s important to note we do not discourage participation in other ways during an off week (segments for the show, unofficial RP’s, feedback etc)
Second question is what happens to the key if the winner of said key is no longer in the Fed for that new ppv before horizons?
There are no formal plans for this, but I think in the first instance (depending on circumstances) we would obviously try to contact the Key holder long before. If it is clear they are not returning I believe there are a number of viable options open to us and would not want to limit ourselves to them or spoil any future plans by revealing them now, although I’m sure many of them are easy to guess.
I hope this goes some way to answering your questions.
