Six titles are on the line, and the card includes a Ladder Match and the exciting Three Levels of Hell Match! A new commissioner will be determined here tonight! Finally, in perhaps the biggest main event in federation history, CoolJ will defend the Federation Title against Phoenix!

Fear versus Tie-Dye Guy
Frayed Ends Of Sanity hits to a decent pop from the crowd, and Fear, one half of the tag team champions, makes his way down the ramp and into the ring. Love Shack hits, and the lounge chair rolls down the ramp, delivering Tie-Dye Guy to the ring. He gets off the chair and climbs into the ring. He meets Fear in the center, and tie-dye colored lights shoot off around the ring.
Fear grapples with Tie-Dye and they stagger into the ropes, and Fear whips Tie-Dye across the ring, then takes him down with a fireman’s carry. Tie-Dye gets straight up and Fear dropkicks him, knocking him back into the ropes. Tie-Dye staggers back towards Fear, who spears him down and covers, one, two, Tie-Dye kicks out. Fear pulls Tie-Dye Guy up and wrenches his arm into a hammerlock, but Tie-Dye reverses it, and hits an atomic drop on Fear! Fear staggers, and Tie-Dye shoves him into the corner. Tie-Dye picks him up and body slams Fear, then goes top rope for Flower Power, and he hits it! Tie-Dye covers Fear, one, two, Fear kicks out! Fear starts to get up, but Tie-Dye bounces off the ropes and leaps at Fear, clotheslining him down. He picks up Fear by the leg and puts him into the Tie-Dye Tangle! Tie-Dye Tangle to Fear! Fear shouts out in pain, and Tie-Dye Guy tightens the hold. Fear stretches, reaches out, and he grabs hold of the bottom rope! Tie-Dye Guy releases the hold, and Fear rolls on the ground in pain. Tie-Dye Guy runs and bounces off the ropes as Fear gets up, but Fear catches him and counters with a belly to belly overhead suplex, and both men are down. The referee starts the ten count, and both get up at six. Tie-Dye grabs Fear and whips him into the ropes, then sets up a backdrop, but Fear sees it and counters with a facebuster. Tie-Dye staggers and Fear goes for the Blue Fish, but Tie-Dye elbows him away. Tie-Dye Guy kicks Fear in the sternum, then lifts Fear for the Peace Drop, but Fear floats out, and he hits the Blue Fish! Fear goes top rope and leaps off for the Paranoia Press! Paranoia Press to Tie-Dye Guy! Fear covers, one, two, three!

Cross-Hemisphere Title Match: TMA © versus Crow versus Iceman versus Lock
We Rite Here hits to a strong pop, and Crow runs out to the stage. He shouts at the crowd to psyche himself up and heads to the ring. The white stage pyro blows as Too Cold hits to strong heat, and Iceman walks down the ramp through the blue flames to the ring. He climbs into the ring and stares at Crow as For Whom the Bell Tolls hits to massive heat. Lock steps out to the stage, his trenchcoat billowing slightly. He walks down the ramp and takes the coat off, tossing it aside as he walks up the steps and into the ring. The first person to score a pinfall or a submission here will walk out as the Cross-Hemisphere Champion. Lock and Iceman close in on Crow as Stupify hits to a strong pop, and TMA, the Cross-Hemisphere Champion, runs out admist the flickering blue and red lights. He drops the title at the bottom of the ramp and Ice turns to wait for him as Lock brawls with Crow.
TMA slides in and brawls with Iceman as Crow whips Lock into the corner. Crow charges and splashs into Lock, and Lock staggers out of the corner. Crow charges again, but Lock backdrops him over the top rope to the outside. Iceman whips TMA into a superkick from Lock, and TMA tumbles through the ropes to the outside. Ice leans on the ropes and shouts at TMA, and Lock suddenly school boys him, one, two, Iceman kicks out! Iceman is stunned and asks Lock what he is doing, and Lock just shrugs his shoulders. Iceman still isn’t happy, but Crow comes in and clotheslines them both down, then kicks Lock out of the ring. Crow bounces off the ropes and takes Ice down with a swinging neckbreaker, then bounces off the ropes again and leaps in the air, burying his knee in Ice’s chest. Crow covers, one, two, TMA comes into the ring and breaks it up. TMA pulls Crow up and slaps his chest, knocking him back. TMA slaps him again, and Iceman charges, but TMA steps out of the way and Ice brutally spears Crow down, and Crow rolls out of the ring. Iceman turns around, but TMA clotheslines him over the top rope to the outside.
Lock comes into the ring and grabs TMA, whipping him across the ring, and TMA bounces off the ropes into a dropkick from Lock. Lock goes for the quick cover, but TMA kicks right out. Lock rolls away and bounces off the ropes, but TMA takes him down with an arm drag. Lock tries to get right up, but loses his balance and staggers slightly, giving TMA time to grab him in a waistlock and hit a German Suplex. TMA hits a second German Suplex and pins with a bridge, one, two, Lock kicks out. TMA bounces off the ropes as Lock is getting up and hits a swinging neckbreaker. The challenger picks up the champion by the leg and goes to turn him over into a half crab, but Lock pinches TMA’s leg and takes him down, and TMA rolls away. TMA rolls towards the outside, but Lock grabs his leg and pulls him towards the center of the ring. TMA balances himself on one leg and goes for an enziguri, but Lock ducks it and puts TMA into the Lockmission! Lockmission to TMA! Lock has TMA in the Lockmission, but Crow comes in and spears them both down. Crow pulls Lock to the corner and sets up the Final Flight, but Lock reverses it into a frakensteiner! TMA is getting his wind back as Iceman rolls in, and Lock pulls himself up with the ropes, only to get clotheslined by Crow over the ropes, and both spill to the outside.
TMA charges at Iceman, who takes him down with a Lou Thesz Press, and follows it up with the Freezing Point! Iceman goes top rope and leaps for the View From the North Pole, but TMA rolls out of the way and Ice tastes mat, and both men are down. Crow whips Lock into the steel steps at ringside, then pulls him by the hair over to the spanish announce table. Crow goes to slam Lock’s head into the table, but Lock blocks it, then elbows Crow in the chest and bounces his head off the table. Lock pulls Crow on top of the table, then sets up and hits Lockdown! Lockdown on Crow through the spanish announce table, and both Lock and Crow are down on the outside! Iceman whips TMA off the ropes and scoops him for the Icy Depths, but TMA floats out and shoves him away. Ice bounces off the ropes and TMA kicks him in the chest, then goes to set up the TMA Driver, but Ice suddenly slams upward with his head, catching TMA in the chin and knocking him back. Ice grabs TMA and pulls him into the Deep Freezer! Deep Freezer to TMA! Iceman covers, one, two, three!
Winner: Iceman via Pinfall to become the Cross-Hemisphere Champion
Lock stares from the outside as Iceman celebrates his victory in the ring. Lock picks up the Cross-Hemisphere Title and climbs into the ring with it. Ice stares warily at Lock, but Lock presents him with the title, then raises Ice’s arm to strong heat from the crowd.
A clip package is shown highlighting the career of Phoenix to the tune of “My Hero” by Foo Fighters. Phoenix makes his very first entrance during the Elite Eight Tournament and defeats TMA to win his first match. Phoenix becomes the first Cross-Hemisphere Champion. Therion stares in shock as Phoenix rises from the flames after their Inferno Pit Match at Maul. Phoenix defeats Iceman in a Cage Match and becomes the Federation Champion. Phoenix and Therion win the Tag Team Championship. Phoenix gives himself up to save Lexus, only to have her betray him. Xecutioner sacrifices Phoenix. Phoenix defeats Xecutioner in an Inferno Pit Match to become a two-time Federation Champion. Phoenix retains the title at Outlast. Interference by Iceman costs Phoenix the title to CoolJ. Phoenix saves Fear from being sacrificed by Xecutioner. Phoenix eliminates Xecutioner last to win the Massive Melee. Phoenix hits Rise No More on CoolJ the day after Maximum Carnage. The package ends with a shot of Phoenix and CoolJ staring each other down.
Three Levels of Hell Havok Title Match: Alan Fernandez © versus Flame Demon
Superbeast hits to strong heat, and Flame Demon walks out to the stage as flames ignite along the ramp. Flame Demon walks down the ramp to the specially designed Three Levels of Hell Cage. The cage has three levels, and the Havok Title dangles from the ceiling of the third level. The competitors will be able to climb the side of the cage up to the next level and enter it through a hole in that level’s floor. Push It hits to a strong pop, and Alan Fernandez, the Havok Champion, makes his way to the ring, slapping the hands of fans along the way. Alan’s mallet rests in the second level of the cage. To win the match, you need to escape the cage from the door on the bottom level with the Havok Title. Alan enters the cage and the referee shuts the door behind him, and this match is underway.
Flame Demon charges at Alan, who immediately counters with a topspin facebuster. Alan bounces off the ropes as Flame Demon starts to get up and knocks him back down with a scissor kick. Alan thinks for a moment, then pulls Flame Demon up and into the Panda Buster. Alan goes to the top rope, and it looks like he is looking to finish Flame Demon off before he starts his climb. Alan leaps for Ill Met By Starlight, but Flame Demon moves out of the way and the Talk of the Town crashes into the mat! Flame Demon gets up and staggers to the side of the ring, and Alan charges at him, but Flame Demon lifts him right into the cage! Alan collapses on the mat, holding his face.
Flame Demon starts to climb the wall of the cage, and Alan gets to his feet and gives chase. Flame Demon reaches the second level, then looks around for the hole to the third level. He sees it and crosses the ring to it as Alan pulls himself onto the second level. Flame Demon starts to climb the wall of the cage as Alan picks up the mallet, and slams it right into Flame Demon’s back! Flame Demon falls off the wall, and Alan pulls him up and whips him into the wall of the cage. Demon staggers, and the Innovator of Offense grabs him from behind and hits a Crossface Halo. Alan climbs up the wall of the cage and makes it to the third level. He stares at the Havok Title, dangling from the ceiling, and it is out of reach. He glances around, then gets an idea and climbs the wall of the care. Alan makes it to the ceiling, then hangs on to the roof with his hands and starts to climb along the ceiling of the cage. Flame Demon is back up, and climbs up to the third level. Alan makes it to the center of the ceiling, next to the title. Flame Demon walks over, and Alan kicks him away. He holds on with one hand and releases the title, just as Flame Demon grabs him and powerbombs him off the ceiling, and the cage floor breaks! Alan breaks through the cage floor, still holding the Havok Title, and falls through to the second level, which breaks as well! Alan crashes through to the mat! Alan just fell from the top level to the bottom, and the crowd is shocked!
Even Flame Demon looks stunned at what just happened, and he stares through the two holes down to his opponent. Flame Demon glances around, as though considering his options, then dives into the hole! Flame Demon falls through the holes, landing with a crossbody splash on Alan Fernandez! The crowd can’t believe it! Flame Demon rolls away, holding his chest, but it looks like the unconscious Talk of the Town took the worst of it. Flame Demon grabs the title and crawls towards the door of the cage, using the wall to pull himself up. He pushes open the door and collapses out of the cage, and this insane match is over!
Winner: Flame Demon to become the Havok Champion
Clips of the ending of the match are shown. Flame Demon powerbombs the Talk of the Town through two levels of cage, then splashs him from the top level of the cage.
Lightheavyweight Title Match: Anarchist © versus Firestar
Road Rage hits to a pop from the crowd, and Firestar walks out to the stage with her arms wide open. She makes her way down the ramp to the ring and slides in, waving to the crowd. Kerry Getz hits to decent heat, and Anarchist, the Lightheavyweight Champion, runs down the ramp and slides into the ring.
Firestar slaps Anarchist across the face. Anarchist stares at her, and Firestar goes to slap him again, but Anarchist catches her hand and twists her arm behind her, but Firestar reverses it into a full nelson buttdrop, and it looks like Anarchist didn’t expect that! Firestar pulls the champion up and goes to whip him across the ring, but Anarchist reverses it whips the challenger across the ring, and Firestar bounces off the ropes and charges, but Anarchist counters with a backdrop, and Firestar rolls away. She comes back with a clothesline, knocking down the champ. Firestar pulls him up and whips him into the corner, then follows with a clothesline against the post. Firestar whips Anarchist back across the ring and gives chase, but Anarchist steps out of the way and Firestar crashes into the turnbuckle. Anarchist hits a neckbreaker and covers, one, two, Firestar gets the shoulder up. Anarchist whips Firestar off the ropes, and he goes for another backdrop, but she jumps over him and executes a sunset flip, pinning predicament, one, two, Anarchist kicks out of it! Both pop up and Anarchist swings for a clothesline, but Firestar ducks and grabs Anarchist for the Heatwave! Heatwave to Anarchist, and Firestar covers, one, two, Anarchist kicks out! Firestar pauses for a moment, then goes to the top rope and signals for Doomsday, but Anarchist is up and shakes the ropes, causing Firestar to lose her balance, and Anarchist hits a Kiss By Chaos! Anarchist, covers, but Camero runs down the ramp and climbs up on the apron, distracting the referee. Anarchist gets up and starts to walk over, an annoyed look on his face, when Lexus comes out of the crowd suddenly and slides into the ring. She kicks the surprised Anarchist in the chest and hits the Sudden Stop! Lexus rolls out and Camero hops off the apron. The referee turns around, and see both competitors down. He starts the ten count, and at six Firestar staggers up. Anarchist starts to get up, but Firestar grabs him for the Third Degree Burn! Firestar covers, one, two, three!
Winner: Firestar via Pinfall to become the Lightheavyweight Champion
Lexus grabs the Lightheavyweight Title and slides into the ring, then presents the title to the new champion. Firestar is overjoyed, and the three women hug in the ring. Lexus congratulates Firestar gain, then kicks her in the chest and hits the Sudden Stop! Lexus and Camero head up the ramp, leaving the new champ lying in the ring!
A highlight package of the controversy surrounding the Commissionership plays, with One Step Closer as its theme. Arelas defeats Robert Ooley at Maximum Carnage to become the Commissioner. Arelas books Regime members against each other, and Lock eventually actually hurts Ooley. The Regime starts to suffer internal problems. Lock demands a fatal fourway between all the Regime members. The Regime patches things up. Lock fires Arelas. The ladder match for Lockmania is booked to determine the true commish, with the stipulation that they can not be fired.
Commissionership Ladder Match: Arelas versus Robert Ooley
Damage Inc hits to strong heat, and Robert Ooley walks down the ramp to the ring, walking past ladders as he goes. A contract dangles high above the ring, and the first person to bring it down will be the new commissioner. Angel of Death hits to a strong pop, and Arelas walks out to the stage.
The competitors grapple in the ring, and Arelas cuts behind Ooley and goes for a suplex, but Ooley floats out of it and clubs Arelas in the back of the head, then sets up a pump handle slam, but Arelas floats out and shoves him away. Ooley bounces off the ropes, and runs into a superkick from Arelas. Arelas stands over Ooley, then starts to head for the outside, but Ooley grabs his foot and pulls it out from under him. Ooley gets up and pulls Arelas up into a waistlock, then delivers a German suplex. Ooley pulls him back up and goes for a second, but Arelas elbows out of it. Arelas goes to grab Ooley, but Ooley grabs his arm and whips Arelas into the corner. Ooley slaps Arelas’s chest repeatedly, then pulls him out of the corner and into a powerslam. Ooley rolls out of the ring and folds up a ladder, then carries it back into the ring. Ooley uses the ladder like a spear, hurling it into Arelas. Arelas staggers away, and Ooley grabs him and hits a russian leg sweep. Ooley sets up the ladder and starts to climb as Arelas uses the ropes to pull himself up. Ooley is almost at the top of the ladder, but Arelas dropkicks the ladder and it falls over. Ooley lands on the ropes, then falls over to the outside. Arelas rolls out of the ring and picks up a steel chair. Ooley staggers up, and Arelas smashes him with the chair. Ooley falls onto the barricade, and Arelas sets up the chair on Ooley’s head. Arelas hops onto the barriacade and walks down it, then runs back and leaps towards Ooley’s head, but Ooley pulls back! The chair lands on the ground and Arelas lands on top of it! Ooley tumbles back over the barricade to ringside and slowly rolls back into the ring. He sets the ladder back up and starts to climb as Arelas comes back into the ring. Ooley is halfway up the ladder, but Arelas grabs his leg and pulls him off the ladder and slams him on the mat, and puts him in the Last Prayer! Arelas has Ooley in the Last Prayer, and Ooley is tapping out, but the referee just shrugs his shoulders! This match can only end by taking down the contract! Arelas releases the hold and kicks Ooley in the stomach, then repositions the ladder and starts to climb. Arelas has reached the contract, but Ooley knocks the ladder out from under him! Arelas is dangling from high above the ring, holding on to the wire that hangs from the ceiling! Arelas starts to try and release contract, but Ooley folds up the ladder, and hits Arelas with it. Arelas comes crashing down to the mat! Ooley sets the ladder back up and gingerly starts to climb it. Arelas staggers to his feet and starts to climb the ladder on the opposite side. Ooley reaches the top, but so does Arelas! The brawl on the top and Ooley delivers a hard blow to Arelas, knocking him off, but Arelas lands on his feet and bounces off the ropes, shoving the ladder and tipping it over, sending Ooley spilling to ringside.
Arelas sets the ladder back up and climbs, and Ooley is out of it at ringside! Arelas nears the top, and Lock runs out from backstage to strong heat and slides into the ring. He tips over the ladder, and Arelas lands on the ropes and tumbles to the outside. Lock rolls out of the ring and stomps on Arelas, and Ooley staggers up and rolls into the ring. Ooley sets the ladder up and climbs, and Lock rolls Arelas back into the ring. Ooley is near the top of the ladder, and Lock pulls Arelas up into the Lockmission, positioning him to force him to watch as Ooley wins the match! Ooley is at the top of the ladder, and he pulls loose the contract!
Winner: Robert Ooley to become LockWWF Commissioner
Ooley falls off the ladder, collapsing in the ring. Lock releases Arelas, and the vigilante gasps for air. Lock stands over him, pointing to himself and mouthing, “my rules.” Lock helps Ooley out of the ring and they head up the ramp.
A highlight package of CoolJ’s first year in the federation is shown, to the tune of “Time of Your Life” by Green Day. CoolJ debuts and helps the Icebreakers. CoolJ wins the Cross-Hemisphere Championship, defeating TMA. CoolJ forms and leads the Authority. CoolJ delivers a Shader off the cage to TMA at Meltdown. CoolJ becomes the first People’s Champion, defeating Monoxide. CoolJ defeats Lock at Day of Reckoning. CoolJ betrays the Authority and joins the Regime. CoolJ and TMA win the Tag Team Championship. Iceman interferes in a match between CoolJ and Phoenix, and CoolJ wins the Federation Title. CoolJ defeats Psiko at Massive Melee. CoolJ defeats Crow in a photo finish at Maximum Carnage. The package ends with a shot of CoolJ and Phoenix staring each other down.
People’s Title Match: Emperor © versus Psiko
And Justice For All hits to a strong pop from the crowd, and Psiko walks casually down the ramp to the ring. He climbs into the ring, then stands on the second rope and raises his right arm to the crowd. Psiko steps off the ropes and backs into the center of the ring, staring at the stage. Today is a Good Day to Die hits to heat from the crowd, and Emperor walks out to the stage, accompanied by Black Rose. Emperor makes his way to the ring, staring at Psiko. He steps right in front of the challenger, standing over a foot taller than him. Emperor steps away from Psiko and climbs the turnbuckle and staring into the crowd to heel heat. Emperor walks past Psiko and stands on the opposite turnbuckle, and Black Rose starts to mock Psiko from ringside. Psiko stares at her in disbelief, and Emperor takes advantage and attacks Psiko from behind.
Emperor knocks Psiko down with a blow to the head, then stomps on him. Emperor finally takes off the People’s Title and hands it to the referee, then pulls Psiko up and whips him off the ropes, knocking him down with a shoulder tackle. Psiko starts to get up, but Emperor hits an underhook suplex. Emperor laughes at Psiko, then picks him up and hurls him like a rag doll into the corner. Emperor charges and clotheslines Psiko against the post, then whips him with ease into the opposite corner. Emperor charges, but Psiko steps out of the way and Emperor crashes into the turnbuckle. He staggers away, and Psiko hits a running bulldog. Psiko bounces off the ropes as Emperor tries to get right up and hits a swinging neckbreaker. Psiko hops onto the top rope and waits as Emperor gets up, then leaps for a diving spear. Psiko covers, but Emperor kicks out at one and a half. Psiko pulls Emperor up and goes for a reverses tornado DDT, but Emperor blocks it and reverses it into a sidewalk slam. Emperor pulls Psiko up and hits a backbreaker, then stomps on his back as he lies on the mat. The People’s Champion pulls Psiko up and whips him off the ropes, then hits a huge back body drop, and Psiko crashes down hard on the mat. Emperor picks him up by the legs, and turns him over into Hell’s Grasp! Psiko is caught in Hell’s Grasp! Psiko is in horrid pain, but he stretches out, reaches, and he grabs hold of the ropes! The referee orders Emperor to release the hold, but he won’t. The referee starts to count, and at three Emperor finally releases the hold. He argues with the referee, and Psiko uses the ropes to pull himself up. Psiko lets go off the ropes and turns around, but Emperor is ready and lifts him into another backbreaker, and Psiko looks to be in agony. Emperor covers Psiko, one, two, Psiko just barely kicks out!
Emperor gets up and pulls Psiko up by the hair, then lifts him for a brainbuster, but Psiko floats out and hits the Touch of Insanity, and both men are down! The referee starts the ten count, and at six Psiko rolls over and drapes his arm over Emperor, the referee counts, one, two, Emperor kicks out. Both men are down for a few more moments, then both start to get up. Emperor grabs Psiko and whips him off the ropes, but Psiko comes back and floors Emperor with a spear. Psiko gets his bearings, then climbs the turnbuckle and goes top rope, then leaps for a frog splash, but Emperor rolls out of the way and Psiko bounces off the mat. Emperor gets up and waves Psiko up, and Psiko staggers up. Emperor goes to kick him to set up the Deathbow, but Psiko catches his leg and spins him around. Emperor swings for a clothesline, but Psiko ducks, then kicks Emperor in the chest and hits a flowing DDT. Psiko gets on the second rope and signals for Poetic Justice, and he leaps and hits it on Emperor, just as Black Rose climbs up on the apron! Psiko covers Emperor, but Black Rose has the referee distracted! Psiko has Emperor covered for more than enough time, and he gets frustrated. Psiko walks over and nudges the referee out of the way, and Black Rose freaks out. She hops off the apron, and Psiko rolls out of the ring after her. Psiko chases Black Rose around the ring, and she slides in. Psiko follows, but Emperor cuts him off and clotheslines him down in the center of the ring. Emperor covers Psiko, one, two, Psiko kicks out! Black Rose picks up Emperor’s scepter and slides it into the ring, and the referee gets upset and rolls out of the ring, yelling at Black Rose. She argues back, and the referee tells her to leave ringside. Emperor picks up the scepter and waits for Psiko to get up, then swings the weapon, but Psiko ducks it, then knocks Emperor down with a spinning heel kick. Black Rose is forced to leave up the ramp, and Psiko kicks the scepter out of the ring as the referee comes back in. Emperor starts to get up, but Psiko kicks him in the chest and hits the Psikotik! Psikotik to Emperor! Psiko covers, one, two, three!
Winner: Psiko via Pinfall to become the People’s Champion
A highlight package is shown of the feud between CoolJ and Phoenix, with One Step Closer by Linkin Park playing as the theme. CoolJ pins Phoenix to become the Federation Champion. Phoenix wins the Massive Melee, securing his place in the main event of Lockmania. Phoenix embarasses CoolJ in the ring, then executes Rise No More. CoolJ reverses a Rise No More into a Shader. CoolJ asks Phoenix for a truce, then hits a Shader on him anyway. Phoenix hits a Shader on CoolJ off a turnbuckle to ringside. The package ends with a shot of CoolJ and Phoenix staring each other down.
Federation Title Match: CoolJ © versus Phoenix
The stage explodes and Machinehead hits to a tremendous pop as Phoenix rises from the flames. The two-time former Federation Champion calmly walks down the ramp and climbs the steps into the ring. Phoenix stands in the middle of the ring and stares at the stage, and the applause is deafening from the crowd. Phoenix slowly looks around, then walks over to a turnbuckle and climbs it, standing on the top rope with his back to the crowd and his arms extended as flashbulbs go off throughout the crowd. Phoenix repeats on the other three turnbuckles, then steps down and stares at the stage. The Fight Song hits to massive heel heat, and CoolJ strolls out to the stage, holding the Federation Title in his hand. He stares at Phoenix from the stage, then slowly walks down the ramp to the ring. The challenger does not flinch in the ring. CoolJ walks around the ring and lays his coat out on the timekeeper’s table, not once taking his eyes off Phoenix. The champion walks back around the ring, up the steps, and into the ring. He climbs the turnbuckle and holds the title overhead to strong heat from the crowd. CoolJ steps back down into the ring and hands the title to the referee, and continues to stare at his opponent, who has barely moved during his entire entrance. CoolJ takes off his shades and tosses them out of the ring, and walks up to Phoenix and the two stare each other down from only a foot apart as flashbulbs go off like crazy in the arena.
The staredown last for nearly thirty seconds, and CoolJ throws the first punch. CoolJ and Phoenix brawl, and Phoenix fights CoolJ back into the ropes, then whips him across the ring. CoolJ bounces off the ropes and Phoenix buries his knee into his chest, and CoolJ rolls over it to the mat. The champion tries to get right up, but Phoenix grabs him from behind for a side suplex, and floats into the cover, but CoolJ kicks out right away. Both men get right up, and Phoenix wrenches CoolJ into a hammerlock, but CoolJ reverses it and goes for a suplex, and Phoenix floats out and lands on his feet. CoolJ turns around and Phoenix swings for a clothesline, but CoolJ ducks it. CoolJ reaches back for a neckbreaker, but Phoenix elbows him away. CoolJ staggers away, but turns around quickly and kicks Phoenix in the chest, then hits a snap suplex. CoolJ goes for the cover, and Phoenix kicks out at one. Phoenix pops up and CoolJ whips him off the ropes and hits a fireman’s carry, but Phoenix lands on his feet. Phoenix spins around, but CoolJ pulls him into a cradle suplex, then pins with the bridge, one, two, Phoenix kicks out. CoolJ pulls Phoenix up and hits a front suplex, then steps over him and goes to put him into the JMission, but Phoenix rolls out of it. Phoenix gets to his feet and CoolJ charges, but Phoenix counters with a scoop slam. Phoenix hops onto the top rope, then extends his arms and leaps into the air for Ashes to Ashes, and he hits it! Phoenix stands up and turns CoolJ over into Dust to Dust! Dust to Dust to CoolJ! CoolJ is caught in the Dust to Dust, and he cries out in pain, and the ropes are just out of reach! Phoenix tightens the hold, and CoolJ stretches out, and he grabs hold of the bottom rope. Phoenix releases the hold and walks away as CoolJ reaches up and grabs the second rope. CoolJ pulls himself up and Phoenix charges, and CoolJ bends over at the last moment and backdrops Phoenix over top rope to the outside.
CoolJ collapses, then rolls under the bottom rope to the outside as Phoenix staggers up at the bottom of the ramp. CoolJ brawls Phoenix up the ramp, and eventually they reach the stage. CoolJ swings for a clothesline, but Phoenix ducks it and shoves CoolJ towards the side of the stage, and CoolJ trips and falls down on the steel. Phoenix chargse, but CoolJ backdrops him again, and Phoenix lands on the stage and rolls, and he falls over the edge, but grabs the edge of the stage at the last possible moment. Phoenix is hanging over the edge of the stage, hanging several feet above a group of tables. Phoenix looks down at the tables, and CoolJ gets up and stands over Phoenix, an evil sneer on his face. CoolJ stares down at Phoenix for several seconds, then steps on Phoenix’s right hand. Phoenix shouts out in pain, and CoolJ steps off, and Phoenix is holding on with one hand. CoolJ chuckles and goes to step on his other hand, but Phoenix swings his right arm up and pulls CoolJ’s leg out from under him, taking him down. Phoenix pulls himself back onto the stage and rolls past CoolJ. CoolJ gets up and turns around, but walks right into a superkick from Phoenix! CoolJ is knocked back, and he falls off the stage and crashes through the tables, and the crowd can’t believe it!
Phoenix stands overlooking the carnage he just caused, and he stumbles down the ramp and climbs off where the drop is much smaller. He walks over to the mess of splintered wood and drags CoolJ out of it, then grabs him by the hair and pulls him along back to the ring. Phoenix shoves CoolJ into the ring, then rolls in himself. He drags CoolJ to the center of the ring and sets up Rise No More, but before he can lifts CoolJ the champion reaches back and hits the Shader! Shader to Phoenix, and both men are down! The referee starts the ten count, and at eight CoolJ rolls over and lays his arm across Phoenix. The referee counts the fall, one, two, Phoenix gets the shoulder up! Phoenix just barely got the shoulder up there! CoolJ staggers up, then pulls Phoenix up and into the corner. CoolJ tears into Phoenix with knife edge chops, then goes to whip Phoenix across the ring, but Phoenix reverses it and CoolJ crashes into the turnbuckle. Phoenix charges for a spear, but CoolJ grabs the referee and pulls him in the way, and Phoenix accidentally spears the referee into the ringpost. Phoenix stands over the referee in dismay, and CoolJ grabs him from behind and lifts him for the Rise No More! Rise No More from CoolJ to Phoenix! CoolJ covers, but there is no referee to count the fall! There is no referee, and it is CoolJ’s own fault! A second referee runs down the ramp and slides into the ring, he counts, one, two, thr—NO! Phoenix AGAIN got the shoulder up! CoolJ is enraged and screams at the referee, who insists it was only a two count. CoolJ shoves the referee, and he spills over the top rope to ringside. CoolJ turns back to the challenger, and Phoenix has staggered to his feet. CoolJ delivers a punch and Phoenix reels, but comes back with a blow of his own. They exchange several blows as the original referee makes it back to his feet. Phoenix grabs CoolJ by the arm and whips him off the ropes, and CoolJ comes back and dives past Phoenix, then reaches up and school boys him, and CoolJ has a firm grip on the tights! CoolJ is using Phoenix’s tights for leverage, and the referee doesn’t see it! He counts the fall, one, two, three!
Winner: CoolJ via Pinfall to retain the Federation Title
The crowd is shocked, and the jeers flow as CoolJ is presented with his championship belt. Phoenix has his head buried in his hands, and as he takes them off a look of fury is on his face. He stands and turns around, and CoolJ bashes him in the face with the title, and Phoenix is busted open. CoolJ stands over him and holds the title high, talking trash. He rolls out of the ring and starts to walk up the ramp as the second referee pulls the original aside. CoolJ starts to get into it with a fan, and the referees walk over to the annouce table and turn around a monitor. CoolJ walks away from the fan and reaches the stage as the referees talk to the ring announcer, and the announcer picks up his mic.
“Ladies and gentlemen,” he says, “the referees have informed me that due to cheating, this match will continue!”
CoolJ freezes on the stage, a step away from the curtain. He turns around slowly, a stunned look on his face. The look quickly turns to fury, and CoolJ storms back down the ramp, dragging the title behind him. CoolJ drops the title at the bottom of the ramp and slides into the ring, and gets right in the referee’s face, screaming at him. The referee explains to CoolJ that the pin is thrown out because CoolJ used Phoenix’s tights for leverage. CoolJ gives up and steps away from the referee, his head in his hands, and CoolJ is clearly exhausted. He shakes his head, then stands over Phoenix, who is bleeding badly and hasn’t moved. CoolJ pulls him up by his hair and goes to set up the Shader, but Phoenix quickly grabs him and reverses it into an inverted DDT, and both men are down! The referee starts the ten count, and at seven Phoenix rolls over and lays his arm across CoolJ, one, two, CoolJ gets the shoulder up!
CoolJ staggers up first, and he pulls Phoenix up and hooks his arms, and hits an underhook suplex. CoolJ stumbles to the corner and climbs the turnbuckle, then extends his arms, imitating Phoenix. He leaps into the air for Ashes to Ashes, Phoenix’s own manuever, but Phoenix rolls slightly, and CoolJ smashes into the mat, just barely missing Phoenix. CoolJ rolls away, holding his forehead. Phoenix staggers to his feet and goes over to CoolJ, but CoolJ takes him over in a fireman’s carry. CoolJ gets up and stomps on Phoenix, then gets on his knees and shouts at Phoenix. He flicks Phoenix off and stands up, then again grabs a lock of Phoenix’s hair and drags him to his feet. CoolJ goes for the Shader, but Phoenix blocks it, and lifts CoolJ into Rise No More! Rise No More to CoolJ, and the crowd explodes! Phoenix basically collapses on CoolJ, covering him as the referee counts, one, two, three!
Winner: Phoenix via Pinfall to become the Federation Champion
Phoenix rolls off of CoolJ and the referee helps him up, awarding him the Federation Title. Phoenix slumps to his knees in exhaustion, holding the title in his hands. He is still bleeding, but either it doesn’t faze him, or he is too tired to care. He slowly gets up and holds the title with both hands over his head, as flashbulbs go off throughout the arena.

Fear versus Tie-Dye Guy
Frayed Ends Of Sanity hits to a decent pop from the crowd, and Fear, one half of the tag team champions, makes his way down the ramp and into the ring. Love Shack hits, and the lounge chair rolls down the ramp, delivering Tie-Dye Guy to the ring. He gets off the chair and climbs into the ring. He meets Fear in the center, and tie-dye colored lights shoot off around the ring.
Fear grapples with Tie-Dye and they stagger into the ropes, and Fear whips Tie-Dye across the ring, then takes him down with a fireman’s carry. Tie-Dye gets straight up and Fear dropkicks him, knocking him back into the ropes. Tie-Dye staggers back towards Fear, who spears him down and covers, one, two, Tie-Dye kicks out. Fear pulls Tie-Dye Guy up and wrenches his arm into a hammerlock, but Tie-Dye reverses it, and hits an atomic drop on Fear! Fear staggers, and Tie-Dye shoves him into the corner. Tie-Dye picks him up and body slams Fear, then goes top rope for Flower Power, and he hits it! Tie-Dye covers Fear, one, two, Fear kicks out! Fear starts to get up, but Tie-Dye bounces off the ropes and leaps at Fear, clotheslining him down. He picks up Fear by the leg and puts him into the Tie-Dye Tangle! Tie-Dye Tangle to Fear! Fear shouts out in pain, and Tie-Dye Guy tightens the hold. Fear stretches, reaches out, and he grabs hold of the bottom rope! Tie-Dye Guy releases the hold, and Fear rolls on the ground in pain. Tie-Dye Guy runs and bounces off the ropes as Fear gets up, but Fear catches him and counters with a belly to belly overhead suplex, and both men are down. The referee starts the ten count, and both get up at six. Tie-Dye grabs Fear and whips him into the ropes, then sets up a backdrop, but Fear sees it and counters with a facebuster. Tie-Dye staggers and Fear goes for the Blue Fish, but Tie-Dye elbows him away. Tie-Dye Guy kicks Fear in the sternum, then lifts Fear for the Peace Drop, but Fear floats out, and he hits the Blue Fish! Fear goes top rope and leaps off for the Paranoia Press! Cross-Hemisphere Title Match: TMA © versus Crow versus Iceman versus Lock
We Rite Here hits to a strong pop, and Crow runs out to the stage. He shouts at the crowd to psyche himself up and heads to the ring. The white stage pyro blows as Too Cold hits to strong heat, and Iceman walks down the ramp through the blue flames to the ring. He climbs into the ring and stares at Crow as For Whom the Bell Tolls hits to massive heat. Lock steps out to the stage, his trenchcoat billowing slightly. He walks down the ramp and takes the coat off, tossing it aside as he walks up the steps and into the ring. The first person to score a pinfall or a submission here will walk out as the Cross-Hemisphere Champion. Lock and Iceman close in on Crow as Stupify hits to a strong pop, and TMA, the Cross-Hemisphere Champion, runs out admist the flickering blue and red lights. He drops the title at the bottom of the ramp and Ice turns to wait for him as Lock brawls with Crow.
TMA slides in and brawls with Iceman as Crow whips Lock into the corner. Crow charges and splashs into Lock, and Lock staggers out of the corner. Crow charges again, but Lock backdrops him over the top rope to the outside. Iceman whips TMA into a superkick from Lock, and TMA tumbles through the ropes to the outside. Ice leans on the ropes and shouts at TMA, and Lock suddenly school boys him, one, two, Iceman kicks out! Iceman is stunned and asks Lock what he is doing, and Lock just shrugs his shoulders. Iceman still isn’t happy, but Crow comes in and clotheslines them both down, then kicks Lock out of the ring. Crow bounces off the ropes and takes Ice down with a swinging neckbreaker, then bounces off the ropes again and leaps in the air, burying his knee in Ice’s chest. Crow covers, one, two, TMA comes into the ring and breaks it up. TMA pulls Crow up and slaps his chest, knocking him back. TMA slaps him again, and Iceman charges, but TMA steps out of the way and Ice brutally spears Crow down, and Crow rolls out of the ring. Iceman turns around, but TMA clotheslines him over the top rope to the outside.
Lock comes into the ring and grabs TMA, whipping him across the ring, and TMA bounces off the ropes into a dropkick from Lock. Lock goes for the quick cover, but TMA kicks right out. Lock rolls away and bounces off the ropes, but TMA takes him down with an arm drag. Lock tries to get right up, but loses his balance and staggers slightly, giving TMA time to grab him in a waistlock and hit a German Suplex. TMA hits a second German Suplex and pins with a bridge, one, two, Lock kicks out. TMA bounces off the ropes as Lock is getting up and hits a swinging neckbreaker. The challenger picks up the champion by the leg and goes to turn him over into a half crab, but Lock pinches TMA’s leg and takes him down, and TMA rolls away. TMA rolls towards the outside, but Lock grabs his leg and pulls him towards the center of the ring. TMA balances himself on one leg and goes for an enziguri, but Lock ducks it and puts TMA into the Lockmission! Lockmission to TMA! Lock has TMA in the Lockmission, but Crow comes in and spears them both down. Crow pulls Lock to the corner and sets up the Final Flight, but Lock reverses it into a frakensteiner! TMA is getting his wind back as Iceman rolls in, and Lock pulls himself up with the ropes, only to get clotheslined by Crow over the ropes, and both spill to the outside.
TMA charges at Iceman, who takes him down with a Lou Thesz Press, and follows it up with the Freezing Point! Iceman goes top rope and leaps for the View From the North Pole, but TMA rolls out of the way and Ice tastes mat, and both men are down. Crow whips Lock into the steel steps at ringside, then pulls him by the hair over to the spanish announce table. Crow goes to slam Lock’s head into the table, but Lock blocks it, then elbows Crow in the chest and bounces his head off the table. Lock pulls Crow on top of the table, then sets up and hits Lockdown! Lockdown on Crow through the spanish announce table, and both Lock and Crow are down on the outside! Iceman whips TMA off the ropes and scoops him for the Icy Depths, but TMA floats out and shoves him away. Ice bounces off the ropes and TMA kicks him in the chest, then goes to set up the TMA Driver, but Ice suddenly slams upward with his head, catching TMA in the chin and knocking him back. Ice grabs TMA and pulls him into the Deep Freezer! Deep Freezer to TMA! Iceman covers, one, two, three!
Winner: Iceman via Pinfall to become the Cross-Hemisphere Champion
Lock stares from the outside as Iceman celebrates his victory in the ring. Lock picks up the Cross-Hemisphere Title and climbs into the ring with it. Ice stares warily at Lock, but Lock presents him with the title, then raises Ice’s arm to strong heat from the crowd.
A clip package is shown highlighting the career of Phoenix to the tune of “My Hero” by Foo Fighters. Phoenix makes his very first entrance during the Elite Eight Tournament and defeats TMA to win his first match. Phoenix becomes the first Cross-Hemisphere Champion. Therion stares in shock as Phoenix rises from the flames after their Inferno Pit Match at Maul. Phoenix defeats Iceman in a Cage Match and becomes the Federation Champion. Phoenix and Therion win the Tag Team Championship. Phoenix gives himself up to save Lexus, only to have her betray him. Xecutioner sacrifices Phoenix. Phoenix defeats Xecutioner in an Inferno Pit Match to become a two-time Federation Champion. Phoenix retains the title at Outlast. Interference by Iceman costs Phoenix the title to CoolJ. Phoenix saves Fear from being sacrificed by Xecutioner. Phoenix eliminates Xecutioner last to win the Massive Melee. Phoenix hits Rise No More on CoolJ the day after Maximum Carnage. The package ends with a shot of Phoenix and CoolJ staring each other down.
Three Levels of Hell Havok Title Match: Alan Fernandez © versus Flame Demon
Superbeast hits to strong heat, and Flame Demon walks out to the stage as flames ignite along the ramp. Flame Demon walks down the ramp to the specially designed Three Levels of Hell Cage. The cage has three levels, and the Havok Title dangles from the ceiling of the third level. The competitors will be able to climb the side of the cage up to the next level and enter it through a hole in that level’s floor. Push It hits to a strong pop, and Alan Fernandez, the Havok Champion, makes his way to the ring, slapping the hands of fans along the way. Alan’s mallet rests in the second level of the cage. To win the match, you need to escape the cage from the door on the bottom level with the Havok Title. Alan enters the cage and the referee shuts the door behind him, and this match is underway.
Flame Demon charges at Alan, who immediately counters with a topspin facebuster. Alan bounces off the ropes as Flame Demon starts to get up and knocks him back down with a scissor kick. Alan thinks for a moment, then pulls Flame Demon up and into the Panda Buster. Alan goes to the top rope, and it looks like he is looking to finish Flame Demon off before he starts his climb. Alan leaps for Ill Met By Starlight, but Flame Demon moves out of the way and the Talk of the Town crashes into the mat! Flame Demon gets up and staggers to the side of the ring, and Alan charges at him, but Flame Demon lifts him right into the cage! Alan collapses on the mat, holding his face.
Flame Demon starts to climb the wall of the cage, and Alan gets to his feet and gives chase. Flame Demon reaches the second level, then looks around for the hole to the third level. He sees it and crosses the ring to it as Alan pulls himself onto the second level. Flame Demon starts to climb the wall of the cage as Alan picks up the mallet, and slams it right into Flame Demon’s back! Flame Demon falls off the wall, and Alan pulls him up and whips him into the wall of the cage. Demon staggers, and the Innovator of Offense grabs him from behind and hits a Crossface Halo. Alan climbs up the wall of the cage and makes it to the third level. He stares at the Havok Title, dangling from the ceiling, and it is out of reach. He glances around, then gets an idea and climbs the wall of the care. Alan makes it to the ceiling, then hangs on to the roof with his hands and starts to climb along the ceiling of the cage. Flame Demon is back up, and climbs up to the third level. Alan makes it to the center of the ceiling, next to the title. Flame Demon walks over, and Alan kicks him away. He holds on with one hand and releases the title, just as Flame Demon grabs him and powerbombs him off the ceiling, and the cage floor breaks! Alan breaks through the cage floor, still holding the Havok Title, and falls through to the second level, which breaks as well! Alan crashes through to the mat! Alan just fell from the top level to the bottom, and the crowd is shocked!
Even Flame Demon looks stunned at what just happened, and he stares through the two holes down to his opponent. Flame Demon glances around, as though considering his options, then dives into the hole! Flame Demon falls through the holes, landing with a crossbody splash on Alan Fernandez! The crowd can’t believe it! Flame Demon rolls away, holding his chest, but it looks like the unconscious Talk of the Town took the worst of it. Flame Demon grabs the title and crawls towards the door of the cage, using the wall to pull himself up. He pushes open the door and collapses out of the cage, and this insane match is over!
Winner: Flame Demon to become the Havok Champion

Lightheavyweight Title Match: Anarchist © versus Firestar
Road Rage hits to a pop from the crowd, and Firestar walks out to the stage with her arms wide open. She makes her way down the ramp to the ring and slides in, waving to the crowd. Kerry Getz hits to decent heat, and Anarchist, the Lightheavyweight Champion, runs down the ramp and slides into the ring.
Firestar slaps Anarchist across the face. Anarchist stares at her, and Firestar goes to slap him again, but Anarchist catches her hand and twists her arm behind her, but Firestar reverses it into a full nelson buttdrop, and it looks like Anarchist didn’t expect that! Firestar pulls the champion up and goes to whip him across the ring, but Anarchist reverses it whips the challenger across the ring, and Firestar bounces off the ropes and charges, but Anarchist counters with a backdrop, and Firestar rolls away. She comes back with a clothesline, knocking down the champ. Firestar pulls him up and whips him into the corner, then follows with a clothesline against the post. Firestar whips Anarchist back across the ring and gives chase, but Anarchist steps out of the way and Firestar crashes into the turnbuckle. Anarchist hits a neckbreaker and covers, one, two, Firestar gets the shoulder up. Anarchist whips Firestar off the ropes, and he goes for another backdrop, but she jumps over him and executes a sunset flip, pinning predicament, one, two, Anarchist kicks out of it! Both pop up and Anarchist swings for a clothesline, but Firestar ducks and grabs Anarchist for the Heatwave! Heatwave to Anarchist, and Firestar covers, one, two, Anarchist kicks out! Firestar pauses for a moment, then goes to the top rope and signals for Doomsday, but Anarchist is up and shakes the ropes, causing Firestar to lose her balance, and Anarchist hits a Kiss By Chaos! Anarchist, covers, but Camero runs down the ramp and climbs up on the apron, distracting the referee. Anarchist gets up and starts to walk over, an annoyed look on his face, when Lexus comes out of the crowd suddenly and slides into the ring. She kicks the surprised Anarchist in the chest and hits the Sudden Stop! Lexus rolls out and Camero hops off the apron. The referee turns around, and see both competitors down. He starts the ten count, and at six Firestar staggers up. Anarchist starts to get up, but Firestar grabs him for the Third Degree Burn! Firestar covers, one, two, three!
Winner: Firestar via Pinfall to become the Lightheavyweight Champion
Lexus grabs the Lightheavyweight Title and slides into the ring, then presents the title to the new champion. Firestar is overjoyed, and the three women hug in the ring. Lexus congratulates Firestar gain, then kicks her in the chest and hits the Sudden Stop! Lexus and Camero head up the ramp, leaving the new champ lying in the ring!
A highlight package of the controversy surrounding the Commissionership plays, with One Step Closer as its theme. Arelas defeats Robert Ooley at Maximum Carnage to become the Commissioner. Arelas books Regime members against each other, and Lock eventually actually hurts Ooley. The Regime starts to suffer internal problems. Lock demands a fatal fourway between all the Regime members. The Regime patches things up. Lock fires Arelas. The ladder match for Lockmania is booked to determine the true commish, with the stipulation that they can not be fired.
Commissionership Ladder Match: Arelas versus Robert Ooley
Damage Inc hits to strong heat, and Robert Ooley walks down the ramp to the ring, walking past ladders as he goes. A contract dangles high above the ring, and the first person to bring it down will be the new commissioner. Angel of Death hits to a strong pop, and Arelas walks out to the stage.
The competitors grapple in the ring, and Arelas cuts behind Ooley and goes for a suplex, but Ooley floats out of it and clubs Arelas in the back of the head, then sets up a pump handle slam, but Arelas floats out and shoves him away. Ooley bounces off the ropes, and runs into a superkick from Arelas. Arelas stands over Ooley, then starts to head for the outside, but Ooley grabs his foot and pulls it out from under him. Ooley gets up and pulls Arelas up into a waistlock, then delivers a German suplex. Ooley pulls him back up and goes for a second, but Arelas elbows out of it. Arelas goes to grab Ooley, but Ooley grabs his arm and whips Arelas into the corner. Ooley slaps Arelas’s chest repeatedly, then pulls him out of the corner and into a powerslam. Ooley rolls out of the ring and folds up a ladder, then carries it back into the ring. Ooley uses the ladder like a spear, hurling it into Arelas. Arelas staggers away, and Ooley grabs him and hits a russian leg sweep. Ooley sets up the ladder and starts to climb as Arelas uses the ropes to pull himself up. Ooley is almost at the top of the ladder, but Arelas dropkicks the ladder and it falls over. Ooley lands on the ropes, then falls over to the outside. Arelas rolls out of the ring and picks up a steel chair. Ooley staggers up, and Arelas smashes him with the chair. Ooley falls onto the barricade, and Arelas sets up the chair on Ooley’s head. Arelas hops onto the barriacade and walks down it, then runs back and leaps towards Ooley’s head, but Ooley pulls back! The chair lands on the ground and Arelas lands on top of it! Ooley tumbles back over the barricade to ringside and slowly rolls back into the ring. He sets the ladder back up and starts to climb as Arelas comes back into the ring. Ooley is halfway up the ladder, but Arelas grabs his leg and pulls him off the ladder and slams him on the mat, and puts him in the Last Prayer! Arelas has Ooley in the Last Prayer, and Ooley is tapping out, but the referee just shrugs his shoulders! This match can only end by taking down the contract! Arelas releases the hold and kicks Ooley in the stomach, then repositions the ladder and starts to climb. Arelas has reached the contract, but Ooley knocks the ladder out from under him! Arelas is dangling from high above the ring, holding on to the wire that hangs from the ceiling! Arelas starts to try and release contract, but Ooley folds up the ladder, and hits Arelas with it. Arelas comes crashing down to the mat! Ooley sets the ladder back up and gingerly starts to climb it. Arelas staggers to his feet and starts to climb the ladder on the opposite side. Ooley reaches the top, but so does Arelas! The brawl on the top and Ooley delivers a hard blow to Arelas, knocking him off, but Arelas lands on his feet and bounces off the ropes, shoving the ladder and tipping it over, sending Ooley spilling to ringside.
Arelas sets the ladder back up and climbs, and Ooley is out of it at ringside! Arelas nears the top, and Lock runs out from backstage to strong heat and slides into the ring. He tips over the ladder, and Arelas lands on the ropes and tumbles to the outside. Lock rolls out of the ring and stomps on Arelas, and Ooley staggers up and rolls into the ring. Ooley sets the ladder up and climbs, and Lock rolls Arelas back into the ring. Ooley is near the top of the ladder, and Lock pulls Arelas up into the Lockmission, positioning him to force him to watch as Ooley wins the match! Ooley is at the top of the ladder, and he pulls loose the contract!
Winner: Robert Ooley to become LockWWF Commissioner
Ooley falls off the ladder, collapsing in the ring. Lock releases Arelas, and the vigilante gasps for air. Lock stands over him, pointing to himself and mouthing, “my rules.” Lock helps Ooley out of the ring and they head up the ramp.
A highlight package of CoolJ’s first year in the federation is shown, to the tune of “Time of Your Life” by Green Day. CoolJ debuts and helps the Icebreakers. CoolJ wins the Cross-Hemisphere Championship, defeating TMA. CoolJ forms and leads the Authority. CoolJ delivers a Shader off the cage to TMA at Meltdown. CoolJ becomes the first People’s Champion, defeating Monoxide. CoolJ defeats Lock at Day of Reckoning. CoolJ betrays the Authority and joins the Regime. CoolJ and TMA win the Tag Team Championship. Iceman interferes in a match between CoolJ and Phoenix, and CoolJ wins the Federation Title. CoolJ defeats Psiko at Massive Melee. CoolJ defeats Crow in a photo finish at Maximum Carnage. The package ends with a shot of CoolJ and Phoenix staring each other down.
People’s Title Match: Emperor © versus Psiko
And Justice For All hits to a strong pop from the crowd, and Psiko walks casually down the ramp to the ring. He climbs into the ring, then stands on the second rope and raises his right arm to the crowd. Psiko steps off the ropes and backs into the center of the ring, staring at the stage. Today is a Good Day to Die hits to heat from the crowd, and Emperor walks out to the stage, accompanied by Black Rose. Emperor makes his way to the ring, staring at Psiko. He steps right in front of the challenger, standing over a foot taller than him. Emperor steps away from Psiko and climbs the turnbuckle and staring into the crowd to heel heat. Emperor walks past Psiko and stands on the opposite turnbuckle, and Black Rose starts to mock Psiko from ringside. Psiko stares at her in disbelief, and Emperor takes advantage and attacks Psiko from behind.
Emperor knocks Psiko down with a blow to the head, then stomps on him. Emperor finally takes off the People’s Title and hands it to the referee, then pulls Psiko up and whips him off the ropes, knocking him down with a shoulder tackle. Psiko starts to get up, but Emperor hits an underhook suplex. Emperor laughes at Psiko, then picks him up and hurls him like a rag doll into the corner. Emperor charges and clotheslines Psiko against the post, then whips him with ease into the opposite corner. Emperor charges, but Psiko steps out of the way and Emperor crashes into the turnbuckle. He staggers away, and Psiko hits a running bulldog. Psiko bounces off the ropes as Emperor tries to get right up and hits a swinging neckbreaker. Psiko hops onto the top rope and waits as Emperor gets up, then leaps for a diving spear. Psiko covers, but Emperor kicks out at one and a half. Psiko pulls Emperor up and goes for a reverses tornado DDT, but Emperor blocks it and reverses it into a sidewalk slam. Emperor pulls Psiko up and hits a backbreaker, then stomps on his back as he lies on the mat. The People’s Champion pulls Psiko up and whips him off the ropes, then hits a huge back body drop, and Psiko crashes down hard on the mat. Emperor picks him up by the legs, and turns him over into Hell’s Grasp! Psiko is caught in Hell’s Grasp! Psiko is in horrid pain, but he stretches out, reaches, and he grabs hold of the ropes! The referee orders Emperor to release the hold, but he won’t. The referee starts to count, and at three Emperor finally releases the hold. He argues with the referee, and Psiko uses the ropes to pull himself up. Psiko lets go off the ropes and turns around, but Emperor is ready and lifts him into another backbreaker, and Psiko looks to be in agony. Emperor covers Psiko, one, two, Psiko just barely kicks out!
Emperor gets up and pulls Psiko up by the hair, then lifts him for a brainbuster, but Psiko floats out and hits the Touch of Insanity, and both men are down! The referee starts the ten count, and at six Psiko rolls over and drapes his arm over Emperor, the referee counts, one, two, Emperor kicks out. Both men are down for a few more moments, then both start to get up. Emperor grabs Psiko and whips him off the ropes, but Psiko comes back and floors Emperor with a spear. Psiko gets his bearings, then climbs the turnbuckle and goes top rope, then leaps for a frog splash, but Emperor rolls out of the way and Psiko bounces off the mat. Emperor gets up and waves Psiko up, and Psiko staggers up. Emperor goes to kick him to set up the Deathbow, but Psiko catches his leg and spins him around. Emperor swings for a clothesline, but Psiko ducks, then kicks Emperor in the chest and hits a flowing DDT. Psiko gets on the second rope and signals for Poetic Justice, and he leaps and hits it on Emperor, just as Black Rose climbs up on the apron! Psiko covers Emperor, but Black Rose has the referee distracted! Psiko has Emperor covered for more than enough time, and he gets frustrated. Psiko walks over and nudges the referee out of the way, and Black Rose freaks out. She hops off the apron, and Psiko rolls out of the ring after her. Psiko chases Black Rose around the ring, and she slides in. Psiko follows, but Emperor cuts him off and clotheslines him down in the center of the ring. Emperor covers Psiko, one, two, Psiko kicks out! Black Rose picks up Emperor’s scepter and slides it into the ring, and the referee gets upset and rolls out of the ring, yelling at Black Rose. She argues back, and the referee tells her to leave ringside. Emperor picks up the scepter and waits for Psiko to get up, then swings the weapon, but Psiko ducks it, then knocks Emperor down with a spinning heel kick. Black Rose is forced to leave up the ramp, and Psiko kicks the scepter out of the ring as the referee comes back in. Emperor starts to get up, but Psiko kicks him in the chest and hits the Psikotik! Psikotik to Emperor! Psiko covers, one, two, three!
Winner: Psiko via Pinfall to become the People’s Champion
A highlight package is shown of the feud between CoolJ and Phoenix, with One Step Closer by Linkin Park playing as the theme. CoolJ pins Phoenix to become the Federation Champion. Phoenix wins the Massive Melee, securing his place in the main event of Lockmania. Phoenix embarasses CoolJ in the ring, then executes Rise No More. CoolJ reverses a Rise No More into a Shader. CoolJ asks Phoenix for a truce, then hits a Shader on him anyway. Phoenix hits a Shader on CoolJ off a turnbuckle to ringside. The package ends with a shot of CoolJ and Phoenix staring each other down.
Federation Title Match: CoolJ © versus Phoenix
The stage explodes and Machinehead hits to a tremendous pop as Phoenix rises from the flames. The two-time former Federation Champion calmly walks down the ramp and climbs the steps into the ring. Phoenix stands in the middle of the ring and stares at the stage, and the applause is deafening from the crowd. Phoenix slowly looks around, then walks over to a turnbuckle and climbs it, standing on the top rope with his back to the crowd and his arms extended as flashbulbs go off throughout the crowd. Phoenix repeats on the other three turnbuckles, then steps down and stares at the stage. The Fight Song hits to massive heel heat, and CoolJ strolls out to the stage, holding the Federation Title in his hand. He stares at Phoenix from the stage, then slowly walks down the ramp to the ring. The challenger does not flinch in the ring. CoolJ walks around the ring and lays his coat out on the timekeeper’s table, not once taking his eyes off Phoenix. The champion walks back around the ring, up the steps, and into the ring. He climbs the turnbuckle and holds the title overhead to strong heat from the crowd. CoolJ steps back down into the ring and hands the title to the referee, and continues to stare at his opponent, who has barely moved during his entire entrance. CoolJ takes off his shades and tosses them out of the ring, and walks up to Phoenix and the two stare each other down from only a foot apart as flashbulbs go off like crazy in the arena.
The staredown last for nearly thirty seconds, and CoolJ throws the first punch. CoolJ and Phoenix brawl, and Phoenix fights CoolJ back into the ropes, then whips him across the ring. CoolJ bounces off the ropes and Phoenix buries his knee into his chest, and CoolJ rolls over it to the mat. The champion tries to get right up, but Phoenix grabs him from behind for a side suplex, and floats into the cover, but CoolJ kicks out right away. Both men get right up, and Phoenix wrenches CoolJ into a hammerlock, but CoolJ reverses it and goes for a suplex, and Phoenix floats out and lands on his feet. CoolJ turns around and Phoenix swings for a clothesline, but CoolJ ducks it. CoolJ reaches back for a neckbreaker, but Phoenix elbows him away. CoolJ staggers away, but turns around quickly and kicks Phoenix in the chest, then hits a snap suplex. CoolJ goes for the cover, and Phoenix kicks out at one. Phoenix pops up and CoolJ whips him off the ropes and hits a fireman’s carry, but Phoenix lands on his feet. Phoenix spins around, but CoolJ pulls him into a cradle suplex, then pins with the bridge, one, two, Phoenix kicks out. CoolJ pulls Phoenix up and hits a front suplex, then steps over him and goes to put him into the JMission, but Phoenix rolls out of it. Phoenix gets to his feet and CoolJ charges, but Phoenix counters with a scoop slam. Phoenix hops onto the top rope, then extends his arms and leaps into the air for Ashes to Ashes, and he hits it! Phoenix stands up and turns CoolJ over into Dust to Dust! Dust to Dust to CoolJ! CoolJ is caught in the Dust to Dust, and he cries out in pain, and the ropes are just out of reach! Phoenix tightens the hold, and CoolJ stretches out, and he grabs hold of the bottom rope. Phoenix releases the hold and walks away as CoolJ reaches up and grabs the second rope. CoolJ pulls himself up and Phoenix charges, and CoolJ bends over at the last moment and backdrops Phoenix over top rope to the outside.
CoolJ collapses, then rolls under the bottom rope to the outside as Phoenix staggers up at the bottom of the ramp. CoolJ brawls Phoenix up the ramp, and eventually they reach the stage. CoolJ swings for a clothesline, but Phoenix ducks it and shoves CoolJ towards the side of the stage, and CoolJ trips and falls down on the steel. Phoenix chargse, but CoolJ backdrops him again, and Phoenix lands on the stage and rolls, and he falls over the edge, but grabs the edge of the stage at the last possible moment. Phoenix is hanging over the edge of the stage, hanging several feet above a group of tables. Phoenix looks down at the tables, and CoolJ gets up and stands over Phoenix, an evil sneer on his face. CoolJ stares down at Phoenix for several seconds, then steps on Phoenix’s right hand. Phoenix shouts out in pain, and CoolJ steps off, and Phoenix is holding on with one hand. CoolJ chuckles and goes to step on his other hand, but Phoenix swings his right arm up and pulls CoolJ’s leg out from under him, taking him down. Phoenix pulls himself back onto the stage and rolls past CoolJ. CoolJ gets up and turns around, but walks right into a superkick from Phoenix! CoolJ is knocked back, and he falls off the stage and crashes through the tables, and the crowd can’t believe it!
Phoenix stands overlooking the carnage he just caused, and he stumbles down the ramp and climbs off where the drop is much smaller. He walks over to the mess of splintered wood and drags CoolJ out of it, then grabs him by the hair and pulls him along back to the ring. Phoenix shoves CoolJ into the ring, then rolls in himself. He drags CoolJ to the center of the ring and sets up Rise No More, but before he can lifts CoolJ the champion reaches back and hits the Shader! Shader to Phoenix, and both men are down! The referee starts the ten count, and at eight CoolJ rolls over and lays his arm across Phoenix. The referee counts the fall, one, two, Phoenix gets the shoulder up! Phoenix just barely got the shoulder up there! CoolJ staggers up, then pulls Phoenix up and into the corner. CoolJ tears into Phoenix with knife edge chops, then goes to whip Phoenix across the ring, but Phoenix reverses it and CoolJ crashes into the turnbuckle. Phoenix charges for a spear, but CoolJ grabs the referee and pulls him in the way, and Phoenix accidentally spears the referee into the ringpost. Phoenix stands over the referee in dismay, and CoolJ grabs him from behind and lifts him for the Rise No More! Rise No More from CoolJ to Phoenix! CoolJ covers, but there is no referee to count the fall! There is no referee, and it is CoolJ’s own fault! A second referee runs down the ramp and slides into the ring, he counts, one, two, thr—NO! Phoenix AGAIN got the shoulder up! CoolJ is enraged and screams at the referee, who insists it was only a two count. CoolJ shoves the referee, and he spills over the top rope to ringside. CoolJ turns back to the challenger, and Phoenix has staggered to his feet. CoolJ delivers a punch and Phoenix reels, but comes back with a blow of his own. They exchange several blows as the original referee makes it back to his feet. Phoenix grabs CoolJ by the arm and whips him off the ropes, and CoolJ comes back and dives past Phoenix, then reaches up and school boys him, and CoolJ has a firm grip on the tights! CoolJ is using Phoenix’s tights for leverage, and the referee doesn’t see it! He counts the fall, one, two, three!
Winner: CoolJ via Pinfall to retain the Federation Title
The crowd is shocked, and the jeers flow as CoolJ is presented with his championship belt. Phoenix has his head buried in his hands, and as he takes them off a look of fury is on his face. He stands and turns around, and CoolJ bashes him in the face with the title, and Phoenix is busted open. CoolJ stands over him and holds the title high, talking trash. He rolls out of the ring and starts to walk up the ramp as the second referee pulls the original aside. CoolJ starts to get into it with a fan, and the referees walk over to the annouce table and turn around a monitor. CoolJ walks away from the fan and reaches the stage as the referees talk to the ring announcer, and the announcer picks up his mic.
“Ladies and gentlemen,” he says, “the referees have informed me that due to cheating, this match will continue!”
CoolJ freezes on the stage, a step away from the curtain. He turns around slowly, a stunned look on his face. The look quickly turns to fury, and CoolJ storms back down the ramp, dragging the title behind him. CoolJ drops the title at the bottom of the ramp and slides into the ring, and gets right in the referee’s face, screaming at him. The referee explains to CoolJ that the pin is thrown out because CoolJ used Phoenix’s tights for leverage. CoolJ gives up and steps away from the referee, his head in his hands, and CoolJ is clearly exhausted. He shakes his head, then stands over Phoenix, who is bleeding badly and hasn’t moved. CoolJ pulls him up by his hair and goes to set up the Shader, but Phoenix quickly grabs him and reverses it into an inverted DDT, and both men are down! The referee starts the ten count, and at seven Phoenix rolls over and lays his arm across CoolJ, one, two, CoolJ gets the shoulder up!
CoolJ staggers up first, and he pulls Phoenix up and hooks his arms, and hits an underhook suplex. CoolJ stumbles to the corner and climbs the turnbuckle, then extends his arms, imitating Phoenix. He leaps into the air for Ashes to Ashes, Phoenix’s own manuever, but Phoenix rolls slightly, and CoolJ smashes into the mat, just barely missing Phoenix. CoolJ rolls away, holding his forehead. Phoenix staggers to his feet and goes over to CoolJ, but CoolJ takes him over in a fireman’s carry. CoolJ gets up and stomps on Phoenix, then gets on his knees and shouts at Phoenix. He flicks Phoenix off and stands up, then again grabs a lock of Phoenix’s hair and drags him to his feet. CoolJ goes for the Shader, but Phoenix blocks it, and lifts CoolJ into Rise No More! Rise No More to CoolJ, and the crowd explodes! Phoenix basically collapses on CoolJ, covering him as the referee counts, one, two, three!
Winner: Phoenix via Pinfall to become the Federation Champion
Phoenix rolls off of CoolJ and the referee helps him up, awarding him the Federation Title. Phoenix slumps to his knees in exhaustion, holding the title in his hands. He is still bleeding, but either it doesn’t faze him, or he is too tired to care. He slowly gets up and holds the title with both hands over his head, as flashbulbs go off throughout the arena.
