THEN:
Curled up on the couch, Chinatsu enjoyed this very much. She was snug against Hiro, late at night, in his shitty Tokyo apartment, watching the Hardcore Royal Rumble intently. He was always so amazed that she knew Aragato...he was a fan, but Chinatsu wasn't entirely sure why. Sure, Mr. Deathmatch was always really fun to watch in the ring, especially when he got going with those kendo sticks. But Chen suspected that it had to do more with Aragato's refusal to take shit from anyone that enthralled her boyfriend. She was sure he hated his job, as well as most aspects of his life. She glanced momentarily at his tie still on the floor, and down at his sock-covered feet, before returning her gaze to the glowing screen in the dark room, her head nuzzled against his soft, unchiseled side. The scene at hand made her gasp, as well as Hiro.
"Oh! That stuff went right into his mask! Chinatsu, what's in that gunk Aragato spits?? How's he make it??" Chinatsu shrugged, completely unsure. "I dunno. It's kind of hard to talk to him, about anything...he's not entirely there, I don't think..." Soon, however, that was spaced from their minds, as they watched Aragato, completely harnessed, smash Death after Death into the forehead of Savage, the Aryan's blood hitting everywhere, even splashing onto audience members with each deadly impact. Hiro watched, transfixed, eyes wide. Lower, Chinatsu was following suit. Chinatsu was conflicted, however...yeah, she wanted Aragato to win, kind of...but, secretly, she was rooting for someone else...and she noticed that her personal favorite was nowhere to be seen...and she gasped again, as Austin threw Aragato over the ropes, and eliminated him from the match. She felt Hiro's weight shift, and moved away, looking at her boyfriend as he began cursing up a storm, livid that his pick lost, on his Worldwide debut, no less.
"Son of a bitch! D'you see that, Chen-Rabbit?! Fucking cheater, sneaking up like that...I hate that guy, I don't know why your a fan at all..." Chen's brow furrowed, and she was reminded of Hiro's jealousy, of his own insecurities. He was constantly convincing himself that she didn't give up her virginity because he wasn't 'big' enough(she couldn't seem to convince him that it didn't matter), or that she only wanted tough guys who could fight(truth be told, she didn't give a flying fuck that he didn't know how to throw a punch.), or a million other reasons except the one that mattered(such a bold step frightened her, and no part of her was ready.) She kept telling him not to worry about everything so much, but she wasn't entirely sure that would be possible with Hiro Miyamoto, a 5'7, out of shape Japanese cubicle worker. He told her a million times what his exact job was, but it was always so long and boring that she zoned out every time he repeated why he mattered in the world. She spoke up, pouting slightly, irked that they were about to have this conversation, rather then just watch the rest of the match. "I don't see why it matters, or why you need to bring that up now...I was rooting for Aragato just as hard as you, you know." And, she wasn't lying, either. At least, she didn't think she was. No, she was sure of her honesty...
Soon, they were squabbling, and seconds later they plopped down on opposite ends of the couch, in silence, as they watched the remainder of the match, and just then they saw the screwdriver jab into the flesh of Austin, and saw his scream of pain, and they dropped their jaws and came together out of pure sub conscious want for each other. They watched as Austin was crowned Hardcore Champ, and watched about halfway, before turning the TV off, and Chinatsu grinned wide, biting her bottom lip as Hiro placed the record on the record player, the needle softly scratching the vinyl as Danzig's 'Mother' filled the apartment. The lights already lowered, it was the perfect mood. There were no apologies, no words, but each knew that the fight was behind them, as they feverishly made out, and feeling generous, Chinatsu even let Hiro feel up some underboob before grabbing his hands and keeping them back down to her stomach and ribs, secretly loving his relentlessness, though she shot him down every time. Soon, around the time of the guitar solo, she snaked her hand downward, and before it was over she had him exclaiming loudly, face contorted and sweating profusely as they liplocked for a while longer before he fell asleep on the couch, and before joining him she would go into the bathroom and wash her hands, pleased about this night, truly.
ELSEWHERE:
I saw them down the street, and they both were smiling wide as they met me halfway down the street, them side by side even now. Identical twins, the same almond eyes, the same jet black hair(even down to the twist-like hairdo they both had), same sultry yellowish tanned skin and even types of dresses(that Chinese gown thing, though the left had blue, and the right had red as the primary colors. Both had yellow trim.). Some looked on in morbid fascination as we shared a triple French Kiss, three tongues fighting for supremacy, my hands on the outer hips of both, Yes, Tibet was a radical place, alright, a land of extreme social upheaval and turmoil and utter chaos, but I happened to have a haven here, and their names were, ironically, Winter, and Summer(English translations of their actual names.). Winter(the one on the right, with the Red dress) spoke first, in heavily accented English.
"It's been long time, _____. We get to thinking you wouldn't come, you'd forgotten about us." Summer simply looked on, her English non existant but her eyes looked almost sad, though it was a charade. I spoke up in a lousy molestation of their tongue, something to the effect of,
"No way would I forget about you girls. Sorry for hurting your feelings...I got you gifts, though." I pulled from my gym bag a gold jewel encrusted necklace, and placed it around Winter's neck, and her eyes lighted up in delight, grinning wide at the gift, and Summer looked on in approval, before I reached in again and pulled out a matching golden bracelet, locking it around her right arm, and she looked truly happy, thanking me in her impossible tongue. I just grinned wide, looking around at the absolute mess of a place, loving it to death. "So...Your place close by?"
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------------------------------------
Later, I set both nude shapes down on the double bed, grinning wide at them both, at their feet. They still had their jewelry on, and 2 of the four mouths I looked at were smiling at me, 2 were drooling, and all were hairless. They'd been preparing for me...I kissed up their feet, licking their ankles, (Winter's left ankle, Summer's right ankle.) Soon, I was at their waists, and I dragged my tongue along the flesh at their hips that kept them joined, eliciting a gasp from both of them, even as my hands found their inner thighs, tickling them softly, That night was exhausting, as with them I always had to do twice the work I normally did...but, we were all happier for having done this, sweat comming from all of us...I was more sleeping atop Summer, careful not to injure them as I did so. There was absolutely nothing that could drag me away from this life. The Ghost was almost reduced to a whisper by now, I could barely hear him, much less be influenced by him...
NOW:
Superkicking that balding knowitall Gaijin had felt great, but as Aito came to the unknown driveway, he cracked his neck, softly, teeth gritted. It had taken much self control not to slam Gabrielle's head into the ground, and kissing that skin of hers left a bad taste in his mouth. He grunted a goodbye to Brown, slamming the No. 1 contender's car door violently as he walked with purpose. Now that he thought about it, it was a good thing he didn't destroy the whore Princess. After all, Chinatsu would have nearly no backup against four potential wrestlers. Diamond Jack wouldn't have been out there, and crafty as Crimson Ghost was, there was no way he would be able to take on both Aesc AND Dylan James. He supposed, in the long run, there was a reason for things. However, that didn't concern him now. As he slung the title over his shoulder, he walked without stopping toward that smokehouse Travis Roberts' home. Komosube needed to get a few things off his chest. His fists clenched in preparation.
Thank God she had found him...He seemed to be in a hurry somewhere, but Chinatsu had a feeling he just didn't want to see her right now. Maybe he was worried she would taunt him, or that she shared this hatred of him by the rest of the women's division. Anyway, now she had him sitting down, in the cafeteria, and she sat across from him, tearing into a smoked turkey sandwich. She had seen the disgusting process with which Obese Tony slapped them together, but dammit, she was too hungry to care. Besides, it was delicious. She spoke between bites of stale bread and meat that was too dry.
"So, anyway, Mr. Skinny...When I touched your ankle, did I really hurt you that bad??"
He raised a brow, and nodded. "Well, yeah, you had a deathgrip on me, I was worried you were going to break something."
Chen blushed, and suddenly felt bad. She had tried to be as gentle as she could, but apparantely she was still reckless against him. However, inwardly she was grateful he had finally stopped that strange shouting and mis-pronunciation thing he did when he got nervous. It was good he was finally being himself.
"But...I barely touched you...So, if your so delicate, why do you compete? Why do you go in there with guys like Deathman and Chris Austin? Why do you risk your health so severely?" Frankly, Chen didn't quite get it...
Skinny shrugged, and looked off into his plate of cold, untouched food, pushing some peas around with his fork. "I...I dunno. It's just always been my dream...Growing up, I was always called little, always called a pipsqueak. Heck, my Highschool nickname was Scrawny Skinny...I guess I just always looked up to wrestlers, and still do. Guys like Declan Prescott, who go in there, and loved or hated, every single person knows that he's going to give everything he has, you know...that...that respect, that prestige...that's why I go out there, every time I'm able."
Chen nodded, her heart going out to the peer somewhat. She suddenly had immense respect for the guy, and had a feeling he could be such a great wrestler...with a LOT of work, and a Miracle. She spoke up, sipping her Chocolate Milk through the straw. "Well...maybe we could train you? I mean, Crimson Ghost and I...I'm still learning the ropes, but I'm sure we could build you up a little...I mean, I understand where your coming from, but...well, Ghost and I, we're both real worried for your safety...I mean, if I could do that to your ankle...what if you were booked against Aragato? I don't think he knows how to hold back...Or, against that Aesc the Dark guy?" That reminded her, of her own match...and of Misery. Brandon McSkinny merely looked at her, seeming to think over the offer.
"I...I dunno. I think I'd decline the offer. After all, I wouldn't want any of your lessons to conflict with Declan's, when he teaches me..But, thank you for the offer!" Skinny actually smiled, and Chinatsu smiled back, though she was slightly saddened by Brandon's continuing delusion about being anything but a joke to Declan Prescott. It wasn't fair...but, oh well. What can you do? Just then, she looked up and saw her mentor, and knew she had to go...now that she was Champion, she would need to step it up...and, Crimson didn't feel comfortable here, for some reason. So, they were going to his gym, in Mexico, where he trained all his protoges and where he himself was trained. They'd need to leave soon. That was good, because Brandon reminded her of Hiro, and she missed him terribly...
(We see Chen and The Crimson Ghost in a dusty, ratty old ring in a stale looking gymnasium. Suddenly, before Chen has time to react, the Ghost darts in and lands a harsh Armdrag, and Chen hits the ring with a sick sounding THUD!, the ring wobbling from the impact. However, Chen is back to her feet and charges, locking her foot behind Crimson's knee and landing an Armdrag of her own, though it's more Judo styled, as Crimson Ghost would be too heavy for Chen to try and muscle around. This continues for some minutes before the game suddenly switches to staying on one's feet after a sweep or takedown attempt. Chen isn't doing too poorly, but it's obvious Crimson Ghost is holding back. Finally, Chen deflects an eye gouge attempt, but only discovers it's a fake attack after Crimson brutally takes her off her feet with a leg sweep, Chen panting and laying there for a moment. The Ghost stands over her, before offering her his hand. She huffs, gets to her elbows, looking up with a look of frustration, but also one of determination. It's almost the same look Komosube gives opponents, a sample of that competitive rage and possible madness, but less...psychotic. She takes his hand, and is pulled to her feet rather easily. The camera pulls out and we see Jason Reeves clapping softly, giving that fake kind of laugh most news journalists give during dumb interviews on slow news days. Chinatsu shyly smiles and chuckles, and Crimson is very unreadable due to his mask. He drops to his back and rolls out the ring about the same time Chinatsu climbs out, toward the snoop.)
Reeves: Wow, no wonder your the Man Champ, huh?
Chen: (looks at the camera, holding up her index finger and shouting out loud) Chinatsu Chen, Number One Man Champ, baby! Better believe it!
(Everyone laughs real hard at this, Chen hardest of all, Crimson going off camera for a second.)
Chen: No, Gabrielle's right when she said I got lucky winning that belt. I'm going to have to prove I'm for real at Eight against Gabrielle and Misery...Although really, no Triple Threat is ever a definitive contest, I don't think...No, I'd much rather fight one at a time, even if it was like a Gauntlet or such. Then at least I'd get to see whether or not I'm worthy of this award GiW gives me.
Reeves: That's interesting...I don't think I've gotten that philosophy or attitude from most athletes...But, before the Pay Per View, you actually team with the woman who seems to have a grudge against you. Have you seen Oprah this week?
Chen: Yes, yes I have, and it saddens me someone would feel so strongly about the matter...I knew going in I wasn't here to make friends, but I at least thought we could at least not act so spiteful toward one another...Especially for a pro like Gabrielle. However, I'm not going to cry about it. If the likes of Gabrielle refuse to associate with me because they feel wronged, I'm not going to hold it against them. What can we do except move on? But, I just keep talking, don't I? (laughs) I'm sorry to keep babbling, Mr. Reeves...
Reeves: It's quite alright, I'm really here to hear what you have to say, right? So, talk all you want, it's really fine by me...
Chen: True, huh? Ok...On to this match...It would be nice to have Gabrielle's support in this, but I'm not going to hold my breath. So, Gabbrielle-san, if you hear this, then pay close attention right now: I'm going to do my damndest to make sure nothing foul happens to you. Your my tag partner, and I'm going to treat you as such. I might not have your respect, but you've had mine since High School. However, don't think I'm so gullible to just assume the favor's going to be returned, and I don't blame you for turning your back when you should be helping. What better way to soften up the competition, right? However, don't think I'm just going to stand for any cheap shots you may think about taking. Attack me, and I will retaliate.
(By now, Crimson's returned, with a towel draped around his shoulders, and hands one to Chen, who promptly takes it and wipes her face, thanking The Ghost as she does so.)
Reeves: Any thoughts on the return of Misery?
Chen: Yeah, it's about time is what I thought. I mean, seeing Misery destroy in the ring is what made me want to sign with GiW to begin with! That much power, that relentlessness, that technique?! Misery scares me, and when I realized that I knew I had to face her. I mean, who wouldn't jump at a chance to face their greatest challenge?! And her, combined with the Duchess of Hardcore?! This is going to be an uphill battle, to be sure! Oh, that reminds me:
Dylan James, and Aesc the Dark, don't get any bright ideas about trying to get involved. I'd love a chance to face off against you, Mr. James, and maybe one day if I'm ready enough, even you, Aesc. But, this is a match between us girls, and it wouldn't be sportsmanlike to try and do anything unfair, eh?? I actually love watching your matches, so don't ruin my image of you both by turning out to be jerks, please?? Besides, it would be bad to just peg me for a little defenseless girl. Thanks!
(Chen gives her trademark peace sign with one eye closed as she shouts out 'Thanks' in Japanese, and the promo cuts, ending.)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
eD heard the knock at the door, and as he clunked his feet over and with effort swung the door open, he was somewhat shocked to see the current GiW champion crouched down, garbed in his out of ring attire, staring eD square in the face. He gulped, but nodded, noticing the gleaming belt slung over the Champ's shoulder.
"Uhh...if your here to see Travis, he's not-"
Komosube had enough. "Out the way, Creepy!" He reached out, forcing eD to walk backwards rapidly until he fell on his ass, and stood, walking into the room, scanning the room for that dirtbag. It didn't take long to see Travis sitting on a dull couch, leaning back comfortably, dressed in nothing but a pair of unbuttoned jeans, staring into space and staring at nothing in particular. On his left was some pale looking woman, dressed only in a skirt and a bra, but she looked frightened to death of the large Japanese man with the hostile demeaner. Looking around, Komosube saw what he was looking for, and found a steel folding chair, set up some ways away from the couch. He grabbed the rim of it casually, and looked at Travis. By now, the woman had long since retreated into Travis' bedroom. Travis looked up at Komosube, perplexed look on his face, but obviously no fear of what could possibly be Impending Doom. He spoke while attempting to stand up.
"Hey, The Blessed One did not invite you to his abode. He does, however, grant you permission to leave, the sooner the bet-" Komosube placed a stern hand into the chest of Roberts, causing him to gently plop back down on the couch. He looked up, silent now. "Shut the fuck up, hippie. Your going to hear what I have to say."
He now placed the chair in front of Travis, and sat in it, so that he was face to face with the hippie.
"I've never liked you, beanstalk. Nothing about you I find appealing, and the smell of weed and tobacco fails to mask the American stink that oozes from you like slime oozes from a crushed snail. Your defeat keeps eluding me, and one day I'm going to break your neck with my fist. If you die, I'm going to piss on your gravesite and if I ever see your parents I'm going to beat them for having made you. But I'd be lying if I said I didn't find you to be a highly intelligent wrestler, in ring and backstage. I trust you know everyone else here the moment you ever met them, even if you didn't let on the fact.
Now don't think I don't understand you, Blessed Fuckface. I understand why you sabotaged my match, and I understand your 'alliance' with that fool, Prescott. I'll bet your loving having everyone fooled, huh? Letting Prescott believe your oblivious to his treachery, getting the whole goddamn building riled up at your sudden change in behavior." Komosube spat on the ground before continuing, but Travis just looked straight at Komosubed. It was as if, despite the massive language barrier, they could understand each other perfectly. Komosube went on. "Yeah, I'll bet your even laughing at this 'handicap' match. You've got all the bases covered, you think.
"Foreigners are typically ignorant barbarians, but there's always a diamond in the rough. Like Nietzsche, for example. I like him. Like his ideas. He wrote something interesting, gai-jin. I think it applies here. He said, 'Be careful fighting Monsters, lest you become one.' I felt I should warn you, futile though it is, what with ;your impossible grunts and hoots you shitheads call language. But all the same, I think you get the gist of what I'm saying, So then, know this: I'm not angry at you, and when we meet in that ring, we meet not as enemies, but as opponents. I set out not to destroy you, but to conquer. Not with Power, but with Strength. You think me a Puppet Champion. I'll bring you down to my level with your own strings, Fucker, and show you how much control you REALLY have. You are warned."
With that he stood up, and knocked the chair on the ground, folding it as he slammed the door shut. After a few moments, eD approached Travis, brow rung low. He was just about to speak when there was another knock at the door, this one really heavy, and slow. eD gulped, and slowly approached, However, he couldn't approach further, and looked back to see Travis holding his shirt collar, staring straight at the door, actually smiling.
"H-Hey, Travis, what giv-"
He absolutely shrieked as the forearm and shoulder of Komosube smashed through the door, splintering the heavy oak(if that's not it, sorry, Trav.) into nothing. He grinned wide, clutching the title tight in his right hand, and was staring straight into the eyes of the Blessed Icon.
"ALL HAIL HIROSHIMA!!!! ALL HAIL KOMOSUBE!!!!" He simply laughed madly as he stormed off, blood curdling now. He couldn't wait to break that fucker's nose this Saturday.
OOC: I hope everyone will pay attention to how detailed my timelines are. Also, why too much seperation dashes in some places. But, even still, not much to say here. I just loved writing this one.

Thanks!
(Chen gives her trademark peace sign with one eye closed as she shouts out 'Thanks' in Japanese, and the promo cuts, ending.)

eD heard the knock at the door, and as he clunked his feet over and with effort swung the door open, he was somewhat shocked to see the current GiW champion crouched down, garbed in his out of ring attire, staring eD square in the face.
