Welcome, one and all, to LWF: Outlast! The rules tonight are simple: two teams of four face off against each other, eliminating members until an entire team has been eliminated! Three of these matches will be held tonight, with those who Outlast challenging Phoenix for the Federation Title in the main event!
A large object sits at ringside by the bottom of the ramp, covered by a white sheet! What could it be, and what impact will it have here tonight?
“Fight” echoes through the arena, and Stupify hits to massive heel heat as the reigning tag team champions, CoolJ and TMA, walk out to the stage. Master of Puppets hits, and Lock and Commissioner Robert Ooley join Team Obliteration on the stage, and the entire Regime makes its way down the ramp and into the ring. The white pyro blows as Too Cold hits to a strong pop, and Iceman leads Crow and Psycho Charlie down the ramp amidst the blue flames. They stop suddenly on the ramp, and the flames die down. The Regime members look at each other, somewhat confused, and Ice smiles triumphantly as he stands on the ramp. What’s going on?
Lit Up hits to an earth shattering pop, and Sergeant Savage walks out to the stage! It’s Sergeant Savage, he’s come to be the fourth member of Team Authority here tonight! Savage raises his arms to the crowd, then points to the Regime members in the ring and laughs hysterically. He joins his teammates on the ramp, and Crow slides into the ring to start the match against TMA.
Crow and TMA brawl in the center of the ring to start off the match. Crow fights TMA into the ropes, then whips him across the ring. TMA bounces off the far ropes and Crow charges and drives his knee into TMA’s chest, then hits a swinging neckbreaker. Crow scales the ropes and goes for a cross body tackle as TMA is getting up, but TMA catches Crow and counters with a powerslam. TMA starts to set up a figure four, but Crow kicks him away. TMA stumbles into the corner, and Crow splashes him. TMA slumps in the corner and Crow pounds away on him. TMA shoves Crow away and starts to climb through the ropes, but Crow grabs him by the leg and pulls him back into the ring. TMA hops on one leg, and hits an enziguri! TMA sets up and locks in the figure four leg lock! Crow is in intense pain in the center of the ring! TMA tightens the hold, but Crow stretches and grabs the ropes. TMA makes the tag to CoolJ, and the other half of the tag team champions storms into the ring and chop blocks Crow’s leg out from under him. CoolJ pulls Crow up and sets up the Shader, but Crow shoves him away. CoolJ bounces off the ropes and Crow spears him to the mat, then rolls and makes the tag to Iceman. Ice comes in and CoolJ goes for a clothesline, but Ice ducks it and wraps CoolJ up in a waistlock, then hits not one, not two, but three consecutive German suplexes. Ice sets CoolJ up for a dominator, but CoolJ floats out and hits a neckbreaker. CoolJ staggers up and makes the tag to Robert Ooley. Ooley kicks Ice in the chest, then sets up and hits a pump handle slam. Ooley covers, but Ice kicks out at one and a half. Ooley bounces off the ropes and charges. Ice tries to counter with a clothesline, but Ooley sidesteps it and hits a side russian leg sweep. Ooley stomps away on Ice, then pulls him up and sets up Damage Inc, but Ice counters it into an unprettier! Ice dives and makes the tag to Psycho Charlie. Ooley starts to get up, only to get speared back to the mat by Charlie, who climbs on top of Ooley and starts to repeatedly poke him in the eyes! Ooley shoves him off, then stands up, rubbing his eyes. Charlie charges, but Ooley big boots him away and makes the tag to Lock. Lock charges into the ring and Charlie goes for the Descent Into Madness, but Lock lands on his feet! Lock kicks Charlie in the chest, and hits the Lockdown! Lock covers, one, two, three!

Iceman starts to come into the ring, but Sergeant Savage stops him, and Savage comes into the ring to a tremendous pop from the crowd! Savage and Lock stare at each other from across the ring, then break out into a massive brawl in the center. Savage swings for a clothesline, but Lock dodges and hits a full nelson slam. Savage gets up, then grabs Lock by the arm and pulls him into a full nelson slam of his own to a pop from the crowd! Savage pulls Lock up and hits a neckbreaker, then does a fancy elbow drop and covers, one, two, Lock kicks out. Lock starts to get up, but Savage hits a DDT and covers again, one, two, again Lock kicks out. Savage pulls Lock up and shoves him into the corner, but Lock kicks him away. Savage staggers and Lock grabs him behind and pulls him into the Lockmission, but Savage snapmares out of it. Lock rolls to his feet, then kicks Savage in the chest and sets up Lockdown, but Savage backdrops out of it, and Lock lands on his feet! Lock goes to kick Savage again, but Savage catches his legs and shoves it away. Savage kicks Lock in the chest, and hits the Ranger Recker! Savage hits the Ranger Recker on Lock to a tremendous pop from the crowd! Savage covers, one, two, three!

Savage hurls Lock through the ropes to the outside as CoolJ comes into the ring. Savage and CoolJ brawl as Lock comes to on the outside. Lock throws a fit and starts to come back into the ring, but the referee cuts him off. A swarm of referees streams down the ramp and starts to herd Lock up the ramp. Savage stomps on CoolJ in the corner as Lock starts to fight through the referees on the stage. Savage turns around and sees Lock fighting through the crowd, and he rolls out of the ring and walks to the object covered by the white sheet. Lock shoves a referee and starts to storm down the ramp as Savage pulls off the sheet, revealing his hummer! The sheet was covering Savage’s hummer! Lock freezes on the middle of the ramp at the sight of the vehicle, and Savage climbs in and starts the engine. Savage drives the car up the ramp, and Lock starts to slowly back away. Savage floors it, and Lock takes off up the ramp, with Savage in pursuit in his hummer! Savage chases Lock backstage as the bell rings!

Crow comes into the ring and charges at CoolJ, who counters with a drop toe hold, then stomps on the injured knee of Crow. TMA calls for a tag, and CoolJ gives it to him. Crow starts to get up, but TMA comes in and hits a swinging neckbreaker. TMA starts to go for the figure four, but Crow kicks him away. Crow gets up and TMA kicks him in the chest to set up the TMA Driver, but Crow backdrops TMA right into the turnbuckle! TMA tumbles to the mat, holding his back, and Crow walks past him into the corner. Crow sets up and hits the Final Flight! Crow covers, one, two, three!

Crow stands over TMA and shouts at him as Robert Ooley climbs into the ring behind him. Ooley grabs Crow and hits Damage Inc! Ooley covers, one, two, three!

Iceman comes into the ring and Ooley charges, but Iceman counters with a Lou Theiz press, and follows it up with the Freezing Point! Iceman stands up and point to the turnbuckle to a pop from the crowd. Iceman climbs to the top rope, then leaps off for the View From the North Pole, but Ooley rolls out of the way and Ice tastes mat. Ice staggers up and Ooley hits a Russian leg sweep, then floats into the cover, one, two, Ice kicks out. Ooley pulls Ice up, whips him into the ropes, and sets up a backdrop, but Ice sees it and counters with a facebuster. Ice covers and hooks the leg, one, two, Ooley kicks out. Iceman bounces off the ropes and charges, but runs into a big boot from Ooley. Ooley sets up and hits a pump handle slam, then covers, one, two, Iceman kicks out. Ooley bounces off the ropes as Ice gets up, but Ice scoops Ooley into the Icy Depths! Ice covers, one, two, three!

CoolJ comes into the ring and Ice goes to whip him across the ring, but CoolJ reverses it. Ice uses the ropes to launch himself into the air and hit a flying forearm to CoolJ. Ice pulls CoolJ up and shoves him into the corner, then rips into him with several hard rights. Iceman whips CoolJ across the ring, then chases him, but CoolJ uses the far turnbuckle to vault into the air, and Iceman runs underneath the airborne CoolJ and into the turnbuckle. CoolJ suplexes Ice out of the corner and floats into the cover, one, two, Ice kicks out. CoolJ pulls Ice up and goes to whip him across the ring, but Ice pulls CoolJ back and sets up the Deep Freezer, but CoolJ counters with a knee to the chest, then hits the Shader! Shader to Iceman! CoolJ covers, one, two, three!

More Human Than Human hits to strong heel heat, and Xecutioner, Flame Demon, Curmanian Devil, and Ghostdad walk collectively out to the stage. They make their way down the ramp and into the ring. Elend hits to a face pop as the arena fills with mist for what may be the final time. Therion walks out to the stage, and unless he outlasts in this match, it is likely his last match as a member of the federation! He pauses on the ramp and stares at the Fallen patiently. Rollin hits to a strong pop as Monoxide leads Evildeathro and Psiko down the ramp to meet Therion on the ramp. The faces walk to ringside and Evildeathro rolls into the ring to start the match against Flame Demon.
They brawl to open the match, and Flame Demon whips Evildeathro into the ropes. Flame Demon goes for a spinning wheel kick, but Evildeathro dives and rolls under it. Flame Demon pops to his feet and Evildeathro bounces off the ropes again, and connects with a spinning wheel kick of his own! Evildeathro bounces off the ropes again as Flame Demon sits up and dropkicks the Fallen member right in the face! Evildeathro covers with a lateral press, but Flame Demon kicks out emphatically at one. Flame Demon gets right up and lifts Evildeathro into a scoop slam. Flame Demon stomps repeatedly on Evildeathro, then makes the tag to Curmanian Devil. Devil climbs the turnbuckle and goes for the Gun Shot, but Evildeathro rolls out of the way and makes the tag to Therion to a large pop. Curmanian Devil charges, but Therion catches him in a sidewalk slam. Therion pulls up Curmanian Devil and shoves him into the corner, then pounds on Curmanian Devil with several right hands. Therion goes to whip Curmanian Devil across the ring, but Devil reverses it and Therion runs into the turnbuckle. Devil charges across the ring and hits a monkey flip, then scales the turnbuckle and hits the Gun Shot! Curmanian Devil starts to go for the cover, but Therion sits up! Curmanian Devil can’t believe it, and he turns and makes the tag to Xecutioner. Therion starts to get up, and Monoxide starts clapping his hands in the People’s Alliance corner, and he wants the tag! Xecutioner stares intently at Monoxide, and Therion gives the people what they want and tags in Monoxide! Monoxide charges into the ring and takes Xecutioner down with a clothesline, then another. Monoxide bounces off the ropes and goes for a third clothesline, but Xecutioner ducks it and counters with his own brutal clothesline, the impact of which echoes throughout the arena. Monoxide gets up slowly, holding his throat, and Xecutioner lifts him into a torture rack for several seconds before slamming him to the mat. Xecutioner covers, but Monoxide kicks out at one and a half. Xecutioner pulls Monoxide up into a suplex, but Monoxide floats out. Monoxide goes for another clothesline, but Xecutioner ducks and locks in the Shaftmission! Xecutioner has Monoxide in the Shaftmission, but Monoxide snapmares out of it, then bounces off the ropes and hits a swinging DDT. Monoxide covers, one, two, Xecutioner kicks out. Xecutioner starts to get up, but Monoxide kicks him back down, then goes for the Eagle’s Grasp, but Xecutioner kicks him away. Both men get up and Xecutioner whips Monoxide into the ropes, but Psiko reaches over and makes a blind tag to Monoxide as he bounces off the ropes. Xecutioner, unaware of the tag, catches Monoxide by the throat and signals for the Demanufacturer as Psiko climbs the turnbuckle. Psiko leaps off the turnbuckle and hits a diving spear to Xecutioner, and Monoxide rolls to the outside. Xecutioner gets up and Psiko pounds on him with right hands, then goes to whip him across the ring, but Xecutioner reverses it, then floors Psiko with a big boot. Xecutioner makes the tag to Ghostdad. Psiko charges, but Ghostdad counters with a fireman’s carry. Ghostdad pulls Psiko up into a vertical suplex, and holds the former Havok champion in the air for nearly ten seconds before slamming him to the mat! Ghostdad floats into the cover, but Psiko kicks out at one and a half. Ghostdad pulls him back up into the vertical suplex position, but Psiko floats out, and hits a running bulldog! Psiko makes the tag to Evildeathro, and the People’s Champion storms into the ring. Evildeathro brawls with Ghostdad, until the big man grabs him and whips him across the ring. Ghostdad backs into the Fallen corner as Evildeathro bounces off the ropes and charges, and Ghostdad lifts him into the air as Curmanian Devil leaps off the apron for the Unholy Slaughter! Evildeathro staggers in the ring, and Ghostdad lifts him up for the Ghostdad Dominator, but Evildeathro floats out of it! Evildeathro schoolboys Ghostdad, one, two, three!

Curmanian Devil comes into the ring to replace Ghostdad and stomps furiously on Evildeathro. Devil pulls him up and shoves him into a neutral corner and pounds on him for several seconds, then hits a monkey toss, hurling the People’s Champion out of the corner into the center of the ring. Evildeathro crawls towards his team’s corner, but Curmanian Devil grabs him by the leg, then pulls him back and up into a waistlock. Evildeathro flails backwards with his elbow, knocking the Fallen member away. Evildeathro stumbles to his corner and makes the tag to Therion. Curmanian Devil charges at Therion, but the big man simply lifts him overhead into a military press, and hurls Curmanian Devil over the top rope to the outside! Therion climbs through the ropes, grabs Devil by the throat, and drags him up the ramp. They reach the stage, and Therion lifts Curmanian Devil up and chokeslams him off the stage to a tremendous pop as the bell rings!

Therion has gotten himself eliminated, but leaves the Federation the same way he came in, chokeslamming a victim off the stage! The crowd gives this young man a standing ovation, and he stands for several moments on the stage and stares into the crowd before heading backstage.
Evildeathro charges into the ring as Xecutioner climbs in himself, and Xecutioner catches him by the throat. Xecutioner slowly shakes his head, then hits the Demanufacturer! Xecutioner steps on Evildeathro’s chest and stares at Monoxide as the referee counts the fall on Evildeathro, one, two, three!
Elimination: Evildeathro via Pinfall by Xecutioner
Xecutioner kicks Evildeathro to the outside as Monoxide comes into the ring. Xecutioner brawls with Monoxide for several seconds, then the Cross-Hemisphere Champion whips the person he defeated for it into the ropes. Monoxide bounces off the ropes and Xecutioner catches him by the throat. Xecutioner sets up the Demanufacturer again, but Monoxide counters with a kick to the chest and hits a DDT. Monoxide covers, one, two, Xecutioner kicks out. Monoxide rolls to the side of the ring and Xecutioner charges, but Monoxide backdrops him over the top rope to the outside. Xecutioner leans under the ring, then slides back in under the bottom rope, and he’s got his mace! Monoxide takes a step back, and Xecutioner smashes him in the chest with the mace as the referee calls for the bell!

Monoxide falls to his knees, and Xecutioner grabs him by the throat and chokeslams him before the referee forces him out of the ring. Flame Demon comes into the ring and covers the helpless Monoxide, one, two, three!
Elimination: Monoxide via Pinfall by Flame Demon
Psiko comes into the ring, and it’s down to two people in this match, as Psiko squares off against Flame Demon! They brawl in the ring, and Psiko kicks Flame Demon in the chest and goes for the Psikotik, but Flame Demon counters with a vertical suplex. Flame Dmeon pulls Psiko up, but Psiko knocks his arm away and hits a reverse tornado DDT. Psiko climbs onto the second rope and signals for Poetic Justice to a pop from the crowd. Flame Demon staggers up and Psiko goes for the finisher, but Flame Demon steps out of the way and Psiko crashes akwardly into the mat. Flame Demon pulls him up and whips him into the ropes, then sets up the Soul Crusher, but Psiko floats out of it, and hits the Touch of Insanity! Psiko covers, one, two, three! Psiko Outlasts!

The Hardcore Hava Nagila hits, and Ruff Rabbi, the Havok Champion, walks out to the stage, followed by Mister Jim and Phatty McNasty. Although this match is currently three on three, there will be two more people added to this match! The threesome climbs into the ring, and who will be their partner tonight? Summer Song hits, and Joe Fantasy makes his return to the Federation! He walks down the ramp, pausing to do a sexy dance, then proceeds to join his teammates in the ring. Frayed Ends of Sanity hits, and Fear walks nervously out to the stage. Stinkfist hits, and Alan Fernandez joins Fear on the stage. He goes to put his hand on Fear’s shoulder and say something to him, but Fear pulls away and stares at the Talk of the Town bug-eyed. Battery hits to a face pop, and Arelas joins his teammates on the stage. Who will their partner be tonight? This Is Your Life hits, and the team in the ring begins laughing hysterically as Big Dick Togo, the Jobber Champion, walks out to the stage as the fourth team member! If Togo pins anybody in this match or forces them to submit, that person will become the new Jobber Champion!
Alan Fernandez starts the match against Mister Jim, and Jim charges into a roundhouse kick from the Innovator of Offense. Jim gets up but walks into a topspin facebuster from Fernandez, who covers, one, two, Jim kicks out. Jim tries to get up, but Fernandez hits a T-Bone Suplex, slamming Jim hard to the mat. Fernandez pops up, and Togo is calling furiously for a tag. Fernandez obliges him, and Togo charges into the ring, but runs into a kick from Jim and a DDT. Mister Jim makes the tag to Joe Fantasy, who actually gets a pop as he climbs into the ring for the first time in nearly two months. Togo starts to get up, but Fantasy spinebusters him back to the mat. Fantasy stomps on Togo, then pulls him up and hits the inverted brain buster, Dreamland! Fantasy covers Togo, one, two, three!

Arelas comes into the ring as Fantasy tags out to Ruff Rabbi. Rabbi charges, but Arelas superkicks him into the corner, then tears at him with some stiff cross chops. Arelas sets Rabbi up on the top rope, then superplexes him off. Arelas hits the Angels Wings, then covers, one, two, Ruff Rabbi kicks out! Arelas pulls Rabbi up, but Rabbi grabs him and hits a belly to belly suplex, then props himself up onto the second rope. Rabbi goes for a gillotine leg drop, but Arelas rolls out of the way and Rabbi crashes into the mat. Arelas makes the tag to Fear as Ruff Rabbi makes the tag to Mister Jim. Jim charges at Fear, who counters with a fireman’s carry. Jim rolls to his feet, bounces off the ropes and charges again, but Fear counters with an overhead belly to belly suplex. Jim staggers to his feet and swings for a clothesline, but Fear sidesteps it and hits the Blue Fish! Fear covers, one, two, three!

Joe Fantasy comes into the ring and Fear charges, but Fantasy counters with an arm drag. Fear rolls up and off the ropes and hits a dropkick. Fear covers, but Fantasy kicks out at one and a half. Fear pulls Fantasy up, but Fantasy whips him into the corner. Fantasy chases Fear, but Fear hits the Whisper in the Wind, knocking Fantasy to the mat. Fear climbs to the top rope and goes for the Paranoia Press, but Joe Fantasy stands up and counters it into Sweet Dreams! Fantasy covers, one, two, three!

Arelas comes into the ring as Fantasy again tags out, this time to Phatty McNasty. Arelas charges, but McNasty counters with a backdrop. McNasty goes for the Phat Bomb, but Arelas rolls out of the way. Arelas hits a springboard forearm, but McNasty is hardly fazed, and he kicks Arelas in the chest and hits a powerbomb. Phatty covers, one, two, Arelas gets the shoulder up! McNasty starts to pull Arelas up, but Arelas slaps his chest, backing the fat man away. Arelas turns to make the tag to his partner, but Phatty grabs his leg and pulls him back. Arelas hops on one leg and hits an Enziguri, then locks McNasty into the Last Prayer! McNasty taps out!

Arelas makes the tag to Alan Fernandez as Joe Fantasy comes back into the ring. Fantasy brawls with Fernandez, then arm drags him across the ring. Fernandez wobbles up and Fantasy kicks him in the chest and hits a swinging neckbreaker, then covers, one, two, Fernandez kicks out. Fantasy pulls him up and goes to whip him across the ring, but the Talk of the Town pulls him back into the Panda Buster! Fernandez hops onto the top rope and hits Ill Met by Starlight, then covers, one, two, three!

Ruff Rabbi charges into the ring and goes for a superkick, but the Innovator of Offense sidesteps it and hits the Crossface Halo. Fernandez covers, one, two, Rabbi kicks out! Fernandez pulls Rabbi up and prepares to tell him Shut Your Mouth, but Rabbi pulls away and hits the Meshuganator! Ruff Rabbi covers, one, two, three!

Ruff Rabbi stands and turns, and gets nailed by a missile dropkick from Arelas off the ropes! Arelas covers Rabbi with a lateral press, one, two, Rabbi gets the shoulder up. Arelas pulls Rabbi up, but Rabbi knocks his arm away and hits a vertical suplex. Rabbi pulls Arelas up and sets up the Circumcisor, but Arelas pulls away and superkicks Ruff Rabbi into the corner. Arelas sets up and hits the Redeemer, then covers, one, two, three!

A highlight package is shown featuring the events leading to the main event. Phoenix cleans house at the end of Lockdown. Sergeant Savage returns at the beginning of Outlast. Savage eliminates Lock, then chases him out of the arena in his hummer. CoolJ pins Ice to sucessfully Outlast. Therion chokeslams Curmanian Devil off the stage, marking the end of his career in the Federation. Psiko pins Therion to successfully Outlast. Joe Fantasy returns. Arelas pins Ruff Rabbi to sucessfully Outlast. Finally, Phoenix is shown again, holding the Federation Title over his head at the end of Lockdown.
Battery hits, but Arelas is already in the ring. The ring announcer reannounces him, and he steps onto the apron and brandishes his sword as the white pyros blow. Arelas steps back into the ring and waits patiently for his opponents. And Justice For All hits to a face pop, and Psiko walks down the ramp to the ring. He climbs onto the second rope, raises his right arm into the air, and slowly brings his left arm straight across his abdomen. The Fight Song hits to strong heel heat, and CoolJ walks out to the stage. He struts down the ramp and starts to hand his custom shades to a young kid, then pulls them away to heat from the crowd. Psiko rolls out of the ring and attacks CoolJ at ringside. The referee gets between them and forces them apart, and the lights suddenly go out in the arena. The stage explodes as Machinehead hits to an earth-shattering pop, and Phoenix, the Federation Champion, rises from the flames. He takes off the championship belt and holds it over his head, then walks down the ramp to the ring, as all three off his oppoents watch him intently. CoolJ and Psiko both stand on the apron in opposite turnbuckles, and Arelas waits for Phoenix in the center of the ring. Phoenix slides into the ring, then climbs an empty turnbuckle and holds the title over his head as flashbulbs go off all over the crowd. He steps back down into the ring and hands the title to the referee as he squares off with Arelas.
Phoenix locks up with Arelas and hits a fireman’s carry, but Arelas lands back on his feet. Phoenix slips behind Arelas and goes for a suplex, but Arelas floats out of it. Arelas goes for a superkick, but Phoenix sidesteps it, then wraps Arelas up in a waistlock and hits a German Suplex. Phoenix bounces off the ropes, then hits a hurricarana on Arelas. Phoenix stands up, and CoolJ leans over the ropes and tags him. CoolJ slides under the bottom rope, rolling under Phoenix and taking his legs out from under him. CoolJ whips Arelas across the ring, but Arelas springboards off the ropes and hits a flying forearm. Arelas goes to put CoolJ into the Last Prayer, but CoolJ wiggles out of it. Arelas shoves CoolJ into the corner and tears into him with some cross chops, then goes to set up the Redeemer, but CoolJ powerslams Arelas off of the ropes to the mat. Arelas staggers up, and CoolJ grabs him and hits the Shader! Shader to Arelas! CoolJ covers, one, two, three!

Psiko comes into the ring, and CoolJ tags Phoenix. Phoenix stares at CoolJ for a moment, then grabs him and pulls him over the top rope, and CoolJ tumbles to ringside to a strong pop from the fans. Phoenix squares off with Psiko in the ring, and they lock up. Psiko gets Phoenix into a hammerlock. Phoenix reverses it into a suplex, but Psiko floats out of it. Psiko goes for a running bulldog, but Phoenix shoves Psiko away. Psiko bounces off the ropes and goes for a spinning heel kick, but Phoenix ducks under it. Phoenix goes for a suplex, and Psiko again floats out. Psiko swings for a clothesline, but Phoenix ducks it, then wraps up Psiko in a waistlock and hits a German Suplex as CoolJ climbs back onto the apron. Psiko springs back to his feet, they lock up again, and Psiko whips Phoenix across the ring, but Phoenix comes back and hits a hurricarana! Phoenix covers, one, two, Psiko kicks out! Psiko gets up, but Phoenix scoop slams him to the mat. Phoenix hops onto the top rope, then leaps off for Ashes to Ashes, but Psiko rolls out of the way! Psiko goes to make the tag to CoolJ, but CoolJ steps off the apron. Psiko turns around and Phoenix kicks him in the chest as CoolJ climbs back onto the apron. Phoenix sets up a DDT, then lets go of Psiko and quickly grabs CoolJ, monkey tossing him into the ring. The referee signals for a tag as Phoenix climbs out of the ring. CoolJ gets up and stares at Phoenix, when Psiko suddenly grabs him from behind and hits the Touch of Insanity! Psiko covers CoolJ, one, two, CoolJ kicks out! Neither the crowd nor Psiko can believe it, as Phoenix watches expressionlessly from the apron. Psiko goes for the reverse figure four leg lock, but CoolJ kicks him away. Psiko bounces off the ropes and runs into a fireman’s carry from CoolJ, who follows up with a suplex. CoolJ starts to cover, but changes his mind and locks in the JMission! Phoenix whips CoolJ across the ring and chases him. CoolJ runs to the turnbuckle and thrusts himself into the air and over Phoenix, but Phoenix corkscrews out of the corner himself, landing again behind CoolJ. Phoenix lifts him for Rise No More, but CoolJ shoves Phoenix away at the last moment into the corner. CoolJ charges, but Phoenix superkicks him to the mat, then hops onto the top rope. Phoenix leaps off and hits Ashes to Ashes on CoolJ, then hooks the leg, one, two, thr—no! CoolJ kicks out! CoolJ kicks out of Ashes to Ashes, and the crowd can’t believe it! CoolJ slowly starts to get up, and Phoenix wraps him up in a sleeper hold. CoolJ looks to be fading, but counters suddenly with a jawbreaker, and both men are down. Phoenix starts very slowly to get up, but CoolJ grabs him and hits an Evenflow DDT, then covers, one, two, Phoenix kicks out! CoolJ uses the ropes to pull himself up, then for leverage as he stomps away on Phoenix. CoolJ pushes himself off the ropes and into the air before driving his knee into Phoenix’s chest. CoolJ pauses for a moment to catch his breath, then goes to pull Phoenix up, but the champion grabs his arm and pulls him to the mat into an armbar! Phoenix wrenches on the arm of CoolJ, but the challenger swings with his free arm and punches Phoenix off. CoolJ gets up and shakes his hurting arm for a moment, then waits as Phoenix slowly gets up. CoolJ goes for the Shader, but Phoenix shoves him away. CoolJ bounces off the ropes and swings for a clothesline, but Phoenix sidesteps it, then grabs CoolJ and hits Rise No More! The Authority versus The Regime
“Fight” echoes through the arena, and Stupify hits to massive heel heat as the reigning tag team champions, CoolJ and TMA, walk out to the stage. Master of Puppets hits, and Lock and Commissioner Robert Ooley join Team Obliteration on the stage, and the entire Regime makes its way down the ramp and into the ring. The white pyro blows as Too Cold hits to a strong pop, and Iceman leads Crow and Psycho Charlie down the ramp amidst the blue flames. They stop suddenly on the ramp, and the flames die down. The Regime members look at each other, somewhat confused, and Ice smiles triumphantly as he stands on the ramp. What’s going on?
Lit Up hits to an earth shattering pop, and Sergeant Savage walks out to the stage! It’s Sergeant Savage, he’s come to be the fourth member of Team Authority here tonight! Savage raises his arms to the crowd, then points to the Regime members in the ring and laughs hysterically. He joins his teammates on the ramp, and Crow slides into the ring to start the match against TMA.
Crow and TMA brawl in the center of the ring to start off the match. Crow fights TMA into the ropes, then whips him across the ring. TMA bounces off the far ropes and Crow charges and drives his knee into TMA’s chest, then hits a swinging neckbreaker. Crow scales the ropes and goes for a cross body tackle as TMA is getting up, but TMA catches Crow and counters with a powerslam. TMA starts to set up a figure four, but Crow kicks him away. TMA stumbles into the corner, and Crow splashes him. TMA slumps in the corner and Crow pounds away on him. TMA shoves Crow away and starts to climb through the ropes, but Crow grabs him by the leg and pulls him back into the ring. TMA hops on one leg, and hits an enziguri! TMA sets up and locks in the figure four leg lock! Crow is in intense pain in the center of the ring! TMA tightens the hold, but Crow stretches and grabs the ropes. TMA makes the tag to CoolJ, and the other half of the tag team champions storms into the ring and chop blocks Crow’s leg out from under him. CoolJ pulls Crow up and sets up the Shader, but Crow shoves him away. CoolJ bounces off the ropes and Crow spears him to the mat, then rolls and makes the tag to Iceman. Ice comes in and CoolJ goes for a clothesline, but Ice ducks it and wraps CoolJ up in a waistlock, then hits not one, not two, but three consecutive German suplexes. Ice sets CoolJ up for a dominator, but CoolJ floats out and hits a neckbreaker. CoolJ staggers up and makes the tag to Robert Ooley. Ooley kicks Ice in the chest, then sets up and hits a pump handle slam. Ooley covers, but Ice kicks out at one and a half. Ooley bounces off the ropes and charges. Ice tries to counter with a clothesline, but Ooley sidesteps it and hits a side russian leg sweep. Ooley stomps away on Ice, then pulls him up and sets up Damage Inc, but Ice counters it into an unprettier! Ice dives and makes the tag to Psycho Charlie. Ooley starts to get up, only to get speared back to the mat by Charlie, who climbs on top of Ooley and starts to repeatedly poke him in the eyes! Ooley shoves him off, then stands up, rubbing his eyes. Charlie charges, but Ooley big boots him away and makes the tag to Lock. Lock charges into the ring and Charlie goes for the Descent Into Madness, but Lock lands on his feet! Lock kicks Charlie in the chest, and hits the Lockdown! Lock covers, one, two, three!

Savage gets up, then grabs Lock by the arm and pulls him into a full nelson slam of his own to a pop from the crowd! Savage pulls Lock up and hits a neckbreaker, then does a fancy elbow drop and covers, one, two, Lock kicks out. Lock starts to get up, but Savage hits a DDT and covers again, one, two, again Lock kicks out. Savage pulls Lock up and shoves him into the corner, but Lock kicks him away. Savage staggers and Lock grabs him behind and pulls him into the Lockmission, but Savage snapmares out of it. Lock rolls to his feet, then kicks Savage in the chest and sets up Lockdown, but Savage backdrops out of it, and Lock lands on his feet! Lock goes to kick Savage again, but Savage catches his legs and shoves it away. Savage kicks Lock in the chest, and hits the Ranger Recker! Savage hurls Lock through the ropes to the outside as CoolJ comes into the ring. Savage and CoolJ brawl as Lock comes to on the outside. Lock throws a fit and starts to come back into the ring, but the referee cuts him off. A swarm of referees streams down the ramp and starts to herd Lock up the ramp. Savage stomps on CoolJ in the corner as Lock starts to fight through the referees on the stage. Savage turns around and sees Lock fighting through the crowd, and he rolls out of the ring and walks to the object covered by the white sheet. Lock shoves a referee and starts to storm down the ramp as Savage pulls off the sheet, revealing his hummer! The sheet was covering Savage’s hummer! Lock freezes on the middle of the ramp at the sight of the vehicle, and Savage climbs in and starts the engine. Savage drives the car up the ramp, and Lock starts to slowly back away. Savage floors it, and Lock takes off up the ramp, with Savage in pursuit in his hummer! Savage chases Lock backstage as the bell rings!

Crow comes into the ring and charges at CoolJ, who counters with a drop toe hold, then stomps on the injured knee of Crow. TMA calls for a tag, and CoolJ gives it to him. Crow starts to get up, but TMA comes in and hits a swinging neckbreaker. TMA starts to go for the figure four, but Crow kicks him away. Crow gets up and TMA kicks him in the chest to set up the TMA Driver, but Crow backdrops TMA right into the turnbuckle! Ooley pulls Ice up, whips him into the ropes, and sets up a backdrop, but Ice sees it and counters with a facebuster. Ice covers and hooks the leg, one, two, Ooley kicks out. Iceman bounces off the ropes and charges, but runs into a big boot from Ooley. Ooley sets up and hits a pump handle slam, then covers, one, two, Iceman kicks out. Iceman whips CoolJ across the ring, then chases him, but CoolJ uses the far turnbuckle to vault into the air, and Iceman runs underneath the airborne CoolJ and into the turnbuckle. CoolJ suplexes Ice out of the corner and floats into the cover, one, two, Ice kicks out. CoolJ pulls Ice up and goes to whip him across the ring, but Ice pulls CoolJ back and sets up the Deep Freezer, but CoolJ counters with a knee to the chest, then hits the Shader! Shader to Iceman! More Human Than Human hits to strong heel heat, and Xecutioner, Flame Demon, Curmanian Devil, and Ghostdad walk collectively out to the stage. They make their way down the ramp and into the ring. Elend hits to a face pop as the arena fills with mist for what may be the final time. Therion walks out to the stage, and unless he outlasts in this match, it is likely his last match as a member of the federation! He pauses on the ramp and stares at the Fallen patiently. Rollin hits to a strong pop as Monoxide leads Evildeathro and Psiko down the ramp to meet Therion on the ramp. The faces walk to ringside and Evildeathro rolls into the ring to start the match against Flame Demon.
They brawl to open the match, and Flame Demon whips Evildeathro into the ropes. Flame Demon goes for a spinning wheel kick, but Evildeathro dives and rolls under it. Flame Demon pops to his feet and Evildeathro bounces off the ropes again, and connects with a spinning wheel kick of his own! Evildeathro bounces off the ropes again as Flame Demon sits up and dropkicks the Fallen member right in the face! Evildeathro covers with a lateral press, but Flame Demon kicks out emphatically at one. Flame Demon gets right up and lifts Evildeathro into a scoop slam. Flame Demon stomps repeatedly on Evildeathro, then makes the tag to Curmanian Devil. Devil climbs the turnbuckle and goes for the Gun Shot, but Evildeathro rolls out of the way and makes the tag to Therion to a large pop. Curmanian Devil charges, but Therion catches him in a sidewalk slam. Therion pulls up Curmanian Devil and shoves him into the corner, then pounds on Curmanian Devil with several right hands. Therion goes to whip Curmanian Devil across the ring, but Devil reverses it and Therion runs into the turnbuckle. Devil charges across the ring and hits a monkey flip, then scales the turnbuckle and hits the Gun Shot! Curmanian Devil starts to go for the cover, but Therion sits up! Curmanian Devil can’t believe it, and he turns and makes the tag to Xecutioner. Therion starts to get up, and Monoxide starts clapping his hands in the People’s Alliance corner, and he wants the tag! Xecutioner stares intently at Monoxide, and Therion gives the people what they want and tags in Monoxide! Monoxide charges into the ring and takes Xecutioner down with a clothesline, then another. Monoxide bounces off the ropes and goes for a third clothesline, but Xecutioner ducks it and counters with his own brutal clothesline, the impact of which echoes throughout the arena. Monoxide gets up slowly, holding his throat, and Xecutioner lifts him into a torture rack for several seconds before slamming him to the mat. Xecutioner covers, but Monoxide kicks out at one and a half. Xecutioner pulls Monoxide up into a suplex, but Monoxide floats out. Monoxide goes for another clothesline, but Xecutioner ducks and locks in the Shaftmission! Xecutioner has Monoxide in the Shaftmission, but Monoxide snapmares out of it, then bounces off the ropes and hits a swinging DDT. Monoxide covers, one, two, Xecutioner kicks out. Xecutioner starts to get up, but Monoxide kicks him back down, then goes for the Eagle’s Grasp, but Xecutioner kicks him away. Both men get up and Xecutioner whips Monoxide into the ropes, but Psiko reaches over and makes a blind tag to Monoxide as he bounces off the ropes. Xecutioner, unaware of the tag, catches Monoxide by the throat and signals for the Demanufacturer as Psiko climbs the turnbuckle. Psiko leaps off the turnbuckle and hits a diving spear to Xecutioner, and Monoxide rolls to the outside. Xecutioner gets up and Psiko pounds on him with right hands, then goes to whip him across the ring, but Xecutioner reverses it, then floors Psiko with a big boot. Xecutioner makes the tag to Ghostdad. Psiko charges, but Ghostdad counters with a fireman’s carry. Ghostdad pulls Psiko up into a vertical suplex, and holds the former Havok champion in the air for nearly ten seconds before slamming him to the mat! Ghostdad floats into the cover, but Psiko kicks out at one and a half. Ghostdad pulls him back up into the vertical suplex position, but Psiko floats out, and hits a running bulldog! Psiko makes the tag to Evildeathro, and the People’s Champion storms into the ring. Evildeathro brawls with Ghostdad, until the big man grabs him and whips him across the ring. Ghostdad backs into the Fallen corner as Evildeathro bounces off the ropes and charges, and Ghostdad lifts him into the air as Curmanian Devil leaps off the apron for the Unholy Slaughter! Evildeathro staggers in the ring, and Ghostdad lifts him up for the Ghostdad Dominator, but Evildeathro floats out of it! Evildeathro schoolboys Ghostdad, one, two, three!

Curmanian Devil comes into the ring to replace Ghostdad and stomps furiously on Evildeathro. Devil pulls him up and shoves him into a neutral corner and pounds on him for several seconds, then hits a monkey toss, hurling the People’s Champion out of the corner into the center of the ring. Evildeathro crawls towards his team’s corner, but Curmanian Devil grabs him by the leg, then pulls him back and up into a waistlock. Evildeathro flails backwards with his elbow, knocking the Fallen member away. Evildeathro stumbles to his corner and makes the tag to Therion. Curmanian Devil charges at Therion, but the big man simply lifts him overhead into a military press, and hurls Curmanian Devil over the top rope to the outside! Therion climbs through the ropes, grabs Devil by the throat, and drags him up the ramp. They reach the stage, and Therion lifts Curmanian Devil up and chokeslams him off the stage to a tremendous pop as the bell rings!

Therion has gotten himself eliminated, but leaves the Federation the same way he came in, chokeslamming a victim off the stage! The crowd gives this young man a standing ovation, and he stands for several moments on the stage and stares into the crowd before heading backstage.
Evildeathro charges into the ring as Xecutioner climbs in himself, and Xecutioner catches him by the throat. Xecutioner slowly shakes his head, then hits the Demanufacturer! Xecutioner steps on Evildeathro’s chest and stares at Monoxide as the referee counts the fall on Evildeathro, one, two, three!

Xecutioner kicks Evildeathro to the outside as Monoxide comes into the ring. Xecutioner brawls with Monoxide for several seconds, then the Cross-Hemisphere Champion whips the person he defeated for it into the ropes. Monoxide bounces off the ropes and Xecutioner catches him by the throat. Xecutioner sets up the Demanufacturer again, but Monoxide counters with a kick to the chest and hits a DDT. Monoxide covers, one, two, Xecutioner kicks out. Monoxide rolls to the side of the ring and Xecutioner charges, but Monoxide backdrops him over the top rope to the outside. Xecutioner leans under the ring, then slides back in under the bottom rope, and he’s got his mace! Monoxide takes a step back, and Xecutioner smashes him in the chest with the mace as the referee calls for the bell!

Monoxide falls to his knees, and Xecutioner grabs him by the throat and chokeslams him before the referee forces him out of the ring. Flame Demon comes into the ring and covers the helpless Monoxide, one, two, three!

Psiko comes into the ring, and it’s down to two people in this match, as Psiko squares off against Flame Demon! They brawl in the ring, and Psiko kicks Flame Demon in the chest and goes for the Psikotik, but Flame Demon counters with a vertical suplex. Flame Dmeon pulls Psiko up, but Psiko knocks his arm away and hits a reverse tornado DDT. Psiko climbs onto the second rope and signals for Poetic Justice to a pop from the crowd. Flame Demon staggers up and Psiko goes for the finisher, but Flame Demon steps out of the way and Psiko crashes akwardly into the mat. Although this match is currently three on three, there will be two more people added to this match! The threesome climbs into the ring, and who will be their partner tonight? Summer Song hits, and Joe Fantasy makes his return to the Federation! He walks down the ramp, pausing to do a sexy dance, then proceeds to join his teammates in the ring. Frayed Ends of Sanity hits, and Fear walks nervously out to the stage. Stinkfist hits, and Alan Fernandez joins Fear on the stage. He goes to put his hand on Fear’s shoulder and say something to him, but Fear pulls away and stares at the Talk of the Town bug-eyed. Battery hits to a face pop, and Arelas joins his teammates on the stage. Who will their partner be tonight? This Is Your Life hits, and the team in the ring begins laughing hysterically as Big Dick Togo, the Jobber Champion, walks out to the stage as the fourth team member! If Togo pins anybody in this match or forces them to submit, that person will become the new Jobber Champion!
Alan Fernandez starts the match against Mister Jim, and Jim charges into a roundhouse kick from the Innovator of Offense. Jim gets up but walks into a topspin facebuster from Fernandez, who covers, one, two, Jim kicks out. Jim tries to get up, but Fernandez hits a T-Bone Suplex, slamming Jim hard to the mat. Fernandez wobbles up and Fantasy kicks him in the chest and hits a swinging neckbreaker, then covers, one, two, Fernandez kicks out. Fantasy pulls him up and goes to whip him across the ring, but the Talk of the Town pulls him back into the Panda Buster! Fernandez hops onto the top rope and hits Ill Met by Starlight, then covers, one, two, three!

Ruff Rabbi charges into the ring and goes for a superkick, but the Innovator of Offense sidesteps it and hits the Crossface Halo. Fernandez covers, one, two, Rabbi kicks out! Fernandez pulls Rabbi up and prepares to tell him Shut Your Mouth, but Rabbi pulls away and hits the Meshuganator! Ruff Rabbi covers, one, two, three!

Ruff Rabbi stands and turns, and gets nailed by a missile dropkick from Arelas off the ropes! Arelas covers Rabbi with a lateral press, one, two, Rabbi gets the shoulder up. Arelas pulls Rabbi up, but Rabbi knocks his arm away and hits a vertical suplex. Rabbi pulls Arelas up and sets up the Circumcisor, but Arelas pulls away and superkicks Ruff Rabbi into the corner. Arelas sets up and hits the Redeemer, then covers, one, two, three!

A highlight package is shown featuring the events leading to the main event. Phoenix cleans house at the end of Lockdown. Sergeant Savage returns at the beginning of Outlast. Savage eliminates Lock, then chases him out of the arena in his hummer. CoolJ pins Ice to sucessfully Outlast. Therion chokeslams Curmanian Devil off the stage, marking the end of his career in the Federation. Psiko pins Therion to successfully Outlast. Joe Fantasy returns. Arelas pins Ruff Rabbi to sucessfully Outlast. Finally, Phoenix is shown again, holding the Federation Title over his head at the end of Lockdown.

Battery hits, but Arelas is already in the ring. The ring announcer reannounces him, and he steps onto the apron and brandishes his sword as the white pyros blow. Arelas steps back into the ring and waits patiently for his opponents. And Justice For All hits to a face pop, and Psiko walks down the ramp to the ring. He climbs onto the second rope, raises his right arm into the air, and slowly brings his left arm straight across his abdomen. The Fight Song hits to strong heel heat, and CoolJ walks out to the stage. He struts down the ramp and starts to hand his custom shades to a young kid, then pulls them away to heat from the crowd. Psiko rolls out of the ring and attacks CoolJ at ringside. The referee gets between them and forces them apart, and the lights suddenly go out in the arena. The stage explodes as Machinehead hits to an earth-shattering pop, and Phoenix, the Federation Champion, rises from the flames. He takes off the championship belt and holds it over his head, then walks down the ramp to the ring, as all three off his oppoents watch him intently. CoolJ and Psiko both stand on the apron in opposite turnbuckles, and Arelas waits for Phoenix in the center of the ring. Phoenix slides into the ring, then climbs an empty turnbuckle and holds the title over his head as flashbulbs go off all over the crowd. He steps back down into the ring and hands the title to the referee as he squares off with Arelas.
Phoenix locks up with Arelas and hits a fireman’s carry, but Arelas lands back on his feet. Phoenix slips behind Arelas and goes for a suplex, but Arelas floats out of it. Arelas goes for a superkick, but Phoenix sidesteps it, then wraps Arelas up in a waistlock and hits a German Suplex. Phoenix bounces off the ropes, then hits a hurricarana on Arelas. Phoenix stands up, and CoolJ leans over the ropes and tags him. CoolJ slides under the bottom rope, rolling under Phoenix and taking his legs out from under him. CoolJ whips Arelas across the ring, but Arelas springboards off the ropes and hits a flying forearm. Arelas goes to put CoolJ into the Last Prayer, but CoolJ wiggles out of it. Arelas shoves CoolJ into the corner and tears into him with some cross chops, then goes to set up the Redeemer, but CoolJ powerslams Arelas off of the ropes to the mat. Arelas staggers up, and CoolJ grabs him and hits the Shader! Shader to Arelas! CoolJ covers, one, two, three!

Psiko comes into the ring, and CoolJ tags Phoenix. Phoenix stares at CoolJ for a moment, then grabs him and pulls him over the top rope, and CoolJ tumbles to ringside to a strong pop from the fans. Phoenix squares off with Psiko in the ring, and they lock up. Psiko gets Phoenix into a hammerlock. Phoenix reverses it into a suplex, but Psiko floats out of it. Psiko goes for a running bulldog, but Phoenix shoves Psiko away. Psiko bounces off the ropes and goes for a spinning heel kick, but Phoenix ducks under it. Phoenix goes for a suplex, and Psiko again floats out. Psiko swings for a clothesline, but Phoenix ducks it, then wraps up Psiko in a waistlock and hits a German Suplex as CoolJ climbs back onto the apron. Psiko springs back to his feet, they lock up again, and Psiko whips Phoenix across the ring, but Phoenix comes back and hits a hurricarana! Phoenix covers, one, two, Psiko kicks out! Psiko gets up, but Phoenix scoop slams him to the mat. Phoenix hops onto the top rope, then leaps off for Ashes to Ashes, but Psiko rolls out of the way! Psiko goes to make the tag to CoolJ, but CoolJ steps off the apron. Psiko turns around and Phoenix kicks him in the chest as CoolJ climbs back onto the apron. Phoenix sets up a DDT, then lets go of Psiko and quickly grabs CoolJ, monkey tossing him into the ring. The referee signals for a tag as Phoenix climbs out of the ring. CoolJ gets up and stares at Phoenix, when Psiko suddenly grabs him from behind and hits the Touch of Insanity! Psiko covers CoolJ, one, two, CoolJ kicks out! Neither the crowd nor Psiko can believe it, as Phoenix watches expressionlessly from the apron. Psiko goes for the reverse figure four leg lock, but CoolJ kicks him away. Psiko bounces off the ropes and runs into a fireman’s carry from CoolJ, who follows up with a suplex. CoolJ starts to cover, but changes his mind and locks in the JMission! Psiko is in lots of pain, and CoolJ wrenches with the vicious submission maneuver! Psiko stretches out, and he grabs hold of the ropes! CoolJ releases the hold, and waits behind Psiko as he pulls himself up with the ropes. Psiko turns around, and CoolJ grabs him and hits the Shader! Shader to Psiko! CoolJ covers, one, two, three!

It’s down to two, as Phoenix slowly climbs into the ring. CoolJ stomps mercilessly on the beaten Psiko, kicking him to the outside. Phoenix taps CoolJ on the shoulder, and CoolJ turns around right into a punch to the face from the champion. CoolJ staggers along the ropes to the turnbuckle, where Phoenix beats on him. Phoenix whips CoolJ across the ring and chases him. CoolJ runs to the turnbuckle and thrusts himself into the air and over Phoenix, but Phoenix corkscrews out of the corner himself, landing again behind CoolJ. Phoenix lifts him for Rise No More, but CoolJ shoves Phoenix away at the last moment into the corner. CoolJ charges, but Phoenix superkicks him to the mat, then hops onto the top rope. Phoenix leaps off and hits Ashes to Ashes on CoolJ, then hooks the leg, one, two, thr—no! CoolJ kicks out! CoolJ kicks out of Ashes to Ashes, and the crowd can’t believe it! CoolJ slowly starts to get up, and Phoenix wraps him up in a sleeper hold. CoolJ looks to be fading, but counters suddenly with a jawbreaker, and both men are down. Phoenix starts very slowly to get up, but CoolJ grabs him and hits an Evenflow DDT, then covers, one, two, Phoenix kicks out! CoolJ uses the ropes to pull himself up, then for leverage as he stomps away on Phoenix. CoolJ pushes himself off the ropes and into the air before driving his knee into Phoenix’s chest. CoolJ pauses for a moment to catch his breath, then goes to pull Phoenix up, but the champion grabs his arm and pulls him to the mat into an armbar! Phoenix wrenches on the arm of CoolJ, but the challenger swings with his free arm and punches Phoenix off. CoolJ gets up and shakes his hurting arm for a moment, then waits as Phoenix slowly gets up. CoolJ goes for the Shader, but Phoenix shoves him away. CoolJ bounces off the ropes and swings for a clothesline, but Phoenix sidesteps it, then grabs CoolJ and hits Rise No More! Rise No More to CoolJ! Phoenix covers, one, two, three!
Winner: Phoenix via Pinfall to retain the Federation Title and become 2001 Outlast Champion
The crowd explodes in celebration as Phoenix stands triumphant! He has Outlasted the entire Federation and retained the Federation Title! Phoenix stands in the center of the ring with his title over his head, as CoolJ sits on the ramp and watches, an envious look on his face.
