The 2023 Global Challenge is officially underway with Davison taking on Holden in the opening contest, just a few months removed from when Holden ended Baltimore Elite’s impressive Cooperative Championship reign.
Holden opens with a series of Labbokkato strikes, attempting to wear Davison down. Front facelock applied by Holden as he grounds Davison on the mat, and Holden pops him with a knee. Holden stomps on the left arm before applying a side headlock, but Davison works his way back to his feet, using his right elbow to knock Holden loose. Davison whips him off the ropes and into a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker, and Holden rolls out to the apron. He uses the ropes to start to pull himself back up, but Davison sunset flips over the ropes and pulls him into the Fal From Grace!
Davison rolls back into the ring as referee Sam Green starts the ten count, but after a few seconds Davison rolls back to the outside, as commentary reminds us that points matter in the Round Robin and you’d prefer not to take a count-out or disqualification win unless you have to. Davison goes to grab Holden, but Holden charges at him and drives him back first into the side of the ring before cracking him with a spinning backfist. Holden catches the slumping Davison and sends him into the ring before sliding in after him into a cover, but it only gets a two count.
Holden pulls Davison to the ropes and lays the left arm over the bottom rope, uses the top rope as leverage to leap into the air, but Davison yanks the arm away before he can land on it. Davison rolls to one knee and catches the leg on a kick attempt, stands into a dragon screw that takes Holden down. Snap suplex by Davison, floats over into a pin, but Holden shoves him off at two.
Davison goes to grab Holden, but Holden catches him with an open palm strike. He lifts Davison for the Jan Wnęk Driver, but Davison floats off and lands behind him, pulling Holden into a German Suplex. Davison hooks the arms for a tiger driver, but Holden breaks loose and takes Davison down into an arm bar, locking in White, but Davison reaches out with his other arm and grabs the ropes, as commentary again reminds us of the scoring and that submission victories are the most valuable.
Holden wrenches the left arm of Davison again, but has to release it to block a swing from the other hand. Holden looks to set up The Façade, but Davison elbows him away again before he can execute it, and Davison lifts Holden into the Jawdropper! Davison covers and gets the three!

JC enters first, then watches with confusion and bemusement as Violet Rabbit enters with the rest of The Dead Rabbit Society. All we can say about this match, is at that Violet Rabbit made an effort. Unfortunately for him it turns out to not be nearly enough. Violet Rabbit gets off to a fast start with the bell, stinging JC with chops and punches. These seemingly have little effect on JC, who responds to them by looking down at where he’d been struck before he looks up and smiles at his enigmatic opponent. Violet Rabbit responds with a kick to the gut, then whips JC into the ropes and takes him over with a hip toss. JC immediately pops back to his feet and takes another chop, this one across the face. JC runs his finger along the inside of his mouth, looks at it, and smiles. Violet Rabbit runs at JC and connects with the “Rabbit Rainmaker”. JC doesn’t budge. Instead he waggles his finger disapprovingly at the Rabbit.
Then shows him how to throw a proper clothesline.
The clothesline spins Violet Rabbit around and leaves him crumpled on the canvas. JC shrugs and smiles. From there Violet Rabbit gets a lot of air miles courtesy of JC’s “Suplex Airlines”. Mind the landings, they’re brutal. He doesn’t bother with any of his technical moves, instead he just beats the living daylights out of Violet Rabbit. Half and Half Suplex, Belly to Back Suplex, Overhead Belly to Belly Suplex, Butterfly Suplex, Rolling German Suplex, Tiger Suplex, and finally a release German Suplex that leaves Violet Rabbit crumpled in the corner. JC pulls him up, throws him off of the ropes and lands a second devastating clothesline. He pulls the now puddle of Rabbit off of the mat, throws him into the turnbuckle and obliterates him with a “Dance Macabre” that nearly sends the bashed up bunny from the ring. Unfortunately for the Rabbit, the ropes keep him in the ring. He staggers to his feet, only to take a “Big Boot of Death” between the eyes.
He looks out at the crowd and smiles sadistically, then scrapes the Rabbit off of the mat, turns him upside down and drills him head first into the mat with “Schism”.
Yeah, he gets the three count.
Duh.

After a series of strikes and stomps on the Cross-Hemisphere Champion while he’s down, Tempest drops into a cover but only gets 1.5.
Tempest pulls up his opponent, but Ezra swats Tempests hands away. He lays him out with a hard left hand. He drops down with a knee drop, followed by an elbow drop. She shoves him back and goes for a jumping knee strike, but SEB catches her and hits her with a hard slam to the mat. Lucy pops right back up and SEB goes low and rolls her up, flowing right into The Kings Road! Lucy is trying to reverse the hold and fight out but SEB has it just about completely locked in!
