Entrance:
"In the Face of Evil" by Magic Sword reverberates over the PA. Row after row, aisle to aisle, those members of the Coalition in attendance rise to their feet throughout the arena and cheer, knowing one of their workhorses is about to appear!
As the second, third, and fourth chords of the theme reverberates, three spotlights shine down, one over another: A green circle, a gold triangle over it, and a crimson line intersecting the other two. On the Tron, his monikers cycle through one after another:
From there, the beat triggers the house lights to illuminate the figure of Larry Tact, standing on stage, looking down as he hones in for the battle ahead.
Larry whips his head up and trudges to one side of the stage, firing up the fans by throwing his arms in the air at them. He then goes to the other side of the stage and beats his chest before opening his arms to the reaction of the Coalition, who hoot and holler back. "GAME ON!" Larry bellows as his arms point around at the crowd. He then returns to center stage and makes his way down to the ring, pounding fists with some fans at ringside before hanging onto the middle rope and pulling himself up onto the apron.
He turns and faces the stands, opening his arms up and making a ‘T’ shape, puffing his chest out. Wiping his boots on the apron, Tact proceeds into the ring. He climbs a turnbuckle and again holds his arms out. “LET’S GO!!!” he exclaims to another pop before descending and making his final preparations for the match.

Brief History:
Larry Tact has been apart of numerous promotions over the years, always bringing his outspoken opinions and sharp tongue along. He's never had a problem clashing with others – whether it be in the ring or on the ‘stick’ – and carries himself with the confidence he can tangle with any contender. He seeks to walk his own path, make his name wherever he goes, and achieve his agenda. Depending on a given promotion's hierarchy, this attitude has either garnered praise or sown discord in the ranks.
After running through the Indie wrestling circuit, Tact debuted on the pro circuit and became a title holder well within his first year, and a World Champion not long after his one-year mark. He was arrogant, wealthy, and saw wrestling as a pursuit of his passion for the sport. He trained with several mentors and peers, intermingling his technician's mindset and skill of the craft with power wrestling, making full use of his size and strength. Larry prides himself on his work ethic in the ring – putting a substantial amount of time into training and preparation.
In 2021, after a six years’ hiatus, Larry reemerged in Level Up Wrestling. He is determined to push his limits to new heights and reclaim his status as a top champion. He has taken on all challengers, as well as stirred up a couple rivalries on his own. Larry has proclaimed himself the ‘Swiss Army Knife’ of Level Up thanks to his having competed in a wide a variety of match types in his time with the promotion. In the latter part of '21, Larry assembled a group behind the name 'Game Changers,' and they began running roughshod through the ranks of the company. At the biggest event of the year, Final Fantasy '21, Larry defeated Duncan Shepard and claimed his Level Up Power Championship, his first title since returning to the ring. After a record-setting reign with the title, Larry met his match in the form of Vhodka Black, who since became a heated rival of his despite their having a single match.
Larry has had a bit of a roller coaster ride in 2023 for UGWC, and it's ultimately given him a wake-up call to reshape his philosophy to fit this era of the industry. He competed early on with Tony Savage over the Conquest Championship, but was unable to wrest the title from the dual threat wrestler/fighter. He then went on to win the WrestleStock Open Cup, defeating The Avenger and Jason Cashe in a hotly contested triple threat finale. Larry rode that momentum into a World Championship match with Sebastian Everett-Bryce, first at Massive Melee and then a rematch at Keeper of the Keys. Despite falling short in his attempts, he did come to a mutual respect with the history-making UGWC World Champion. Along the way, Larry has teamed with SEB, Alan 'Vain' Wallace, and The Avenger, finding success with them all in Cooperative matches. This is partly a credit to how talented these teams are, and partly a reflection of Larry's quest to find a path that builds bridges rather than burning them down.
Likewise, Tact's current goals are to continue shaping himself and his wrestling craft to lift his and other stars, strengthening the industry, and giving respect where its due. For those who want to tear down the sport, he is determined to make them regret crossing him.
