Background:First introduced to fans in January 2018 as a cocky young egomaniac with a taste for older ladies, Jerry-Joe Floyd was surely destined to become one of Jersey’s most despicable villains. At least that’s what everyone though, but it didn’t take long before his crisp ring style, his magnetic charisma and his smouldering good looks elicited positive reactions from the fans.
By the time he won last years Hyper Juniors Cup he was one of the most popular members of the roster. He has established himself as NJPW’s favourite underdog and his recent feud with Dos Tequila Jnr, born of his opponents jealousy at Jersey Jerry’s popularity with the local ladies, has leads to his biggest opportunity in NJPW to date.

Background: Son of 90’s high flying New Jersey legend Dos Tequila, Matador Borracho joined NJPW as a bright eyed prospect in 2017. A Party Boy at heart, with a high flying styler designed to enthrall the masses, he struggled to connect with the NJPW fans. Even winning the Hyper Juniors Cup in 2017 did nothing to endear him to the fans.
After a year of working hard to win them over, in 2018 Dos Tequila Jnr opted to spend more time in bars than gyms, reasoning if the fans did not appreciate his efforts, why should he try. Rather than relying on his hereditary in ring skill he turned to more devious methods to succeed in the ring.
Not long after his change in attitude he defeated The Camden Carrot, after attacking him with a cheese grater when the referee was knocked from the ring, to win his first NJPW Inter-Municipal Championship, a reign that has now surpassed 8 months.

Background:Having made his debut against Jerry-Joe Floyd during February’s ‘Love Me? Love Me Not?’ show, despite losing the Jersey Enigma made a huge impact on the crowd. His ‘never say die, balls to the wall’ attitude was prevalent in the ring, but a twisted and cocky personality made him heavily dislikable. He showed flashes of ultra violent tendencies in his match with ‘Jerry Wrestling’, attempting to introduce a barbed wire tennis racket into proceedings before a wily official prevented him from doing so.
Despite hating the man the fans are intrigued to see where his path in NJPW takes him.

Background: Fintan O'Connell first made a name for himself in the barefist fighting pits in Dublin, Derry and Dundalk. It wasn't until 2005 when the the then 35 year old bar room brawler met former NJPW referee, Johnny Blue, that he entered the wrestling business.
Despite his late start Fintan became a sensation across Europe, winning numerous tournaments and championships.
In 2014, like many of our forefathers, he took a boat west from his home of Ireland hoping for success in a brave new world. He made an instant impression on the NJPW fans and quickly became one of the most popular acts on the card and had a great deal of success.
His greatest moment was winning the NJPW Heavyweight Championship for the only time in 2017, beating 5 other competitor's in a St Patrick's Day scramble.
Despite rapidly approaching his 50th birthday, ‘The Fighting Irishman’ continues to prove those that believe his best days are behind him wrong.

Background: ‘Ice Hard’ Barry Harris is one of NJPW's longest serving stars. First breaking into the business in 2003, it wasn't until a year later when his brother, Paul ‘Crusher’ Harris, joined him that he tasted any success.
As ‘Two Brother Army’ they have dominated the NJPW tag team scene for the better part of two decades, amassing a staggering 14 Title Reigns, and numerous match of the year candidates.
Barry's brutal and punishing ring style, with ferocious strikes and a ‘do anything to win’ attitude have made him one of NJPW's most hated roster members. Alongside his brother they have gleefully attempted to incite many a riot, and often need protection to leave the venues.
In singles competition Barry has found himself overshadowed by his more successful brother, having only managed one short reign as Inter-Municipal Champion having won a tournament after his brother was forced to vacate the title in 2016.
NJPW Highlights: 14 time NJPW Tag Team Champion, 1 time Inter-Municipal Champion.
Background: Paul ‘Crusher’ Harris has been both NJPW's most loved and most hated superstar in its history, he is also the company's most decorated competitor.
Joining his brother in NJPW in late 2004 for the best part of the decade the two dominated the tag team division, disposing of every team put in front of them, much to the annoyance of the fans.
In 2014 on the 10th anniversary of his arrival at his brothers side, Barry betrayed Paul, throwing him head first into a Trophy Cabinet. The resulting year long feud was the bloodiest and bitterest in NJPW's History, but Paul ‘Crusher’ Harris came out on top in an electrifying Double Deathmatch Of Doom at Doomfest 2015
When he emerged from the battle with his sibling Paul realised the fans were behind him, and he used their momentum and support to immediately capture the Inter-Municipal Championship at the next show and went hold it for a whole year.
His reign came to an end only when he defeated Phobos Timore in the main event of GrappleKingdom 15 in 2016 to become the NJPW Heavyweight Champion for the first time in one of the most emotional scenes ever witnessed by our fans.
Over the next three years he would win the Heavyweight Championship another 3 times, becoming the only 4 time holder in history. He also had a brief run as Tag Team Champion with Fintan O'Connor at the end of 2018.
Having lost the Tag Titles to ‘Wrestlemon Orange’ in January Harris shockingly attacked ‘The Fighting Irishman’ and joined forces with his brother, and declared their intentions on the Tag Team Championships once more.

Background: Arguably NJPW’s most recognisable star ever, Peekatyou has been a revelation amongst fans since joining in 2013. His cute, adorable and wacky antics have made him one of the most beloved stars of recent years. But don’t let his adorable personality fool you, Peekatyou is not to be underestimated in the ring.
Something of a Tag Team Specialist having held the title with both The Camden carrot and Wrestley McWrestleface, Peekatyou’s most notable early feud was in 2015 when he and The Camden Carrot (Wrestlemon Orange) had an epic six month feud with his evil nemesis Sneekinyou and his partner The Staten Island Sausage (Wrestlemon Brown), banishing the no good duo over the river for good.
In late 2017 he finally achieved his dream since the day he was hatched at became NJPW Heavyweight Champion and embarked on a run that last over half a year before being brutally dethroned by the villainous Phobos Timore.
In January he and The Camden Carrot embarked on their third reign as NJPW Tag Team Championships, only to be targeted by the reuniting Harris Brothers setting up a dream match for NJPW fans old and new.
NJPW Highlights: 1 time NJPW Heavyweight Champion, 5 time NJPW Tag team Champion.
Background: First appearing in NJPW in 2010 as Bro-Zilla, the hulking presence at the side of Phobos Timore during his first Tenure of Terror, he was integral to the man he referred to as ‘The Guiding Light’ dominating the company for close to two years. His raw strength and brutality ensured the scales would often be tipped in the favor of his leader.
When Phobos withdrew from the spotlight due to injury, Bro-Zilla left with him.
He re-emerged in 2017 as his former master’s surprise Tag Team partner, with the new name of X-Bro 420. Obsessed with video gaming and chilling with his friends, his once terrifying demeanour replaced by a charismatic and engaging personality the fans found easy to get behind. Two reigns as Tag Team Champions with his friend followed.
After the shocking events of GrappleKingdom 17, X-Bro 420 confronted his friend Phobos Timore, trying to convince him that turning back to the dark side was not a wise move, begging him to consider their friendship and the adulation of the fans. Timore responded by brutally attacking his friend with a tire iron, incapacitating him ahead of his NJPW Heavyweight Championship match with Peekatyou later that night. ‘The Manifestation of Panic’ then took his place and the second Tenure of Terror began.
The assault on X-Bro took him out of action until now, and he has been granted his Championship match in his first match back against the man he once considered a squadmate and friend. He has promised he won’t be playing games with Timore when he finally gets his hands on him.
Background: Formerly known as ‘Terror’ when he joined NJPW in 2003, initially a sideshow, he was an afterthought until New Jersey legend ‘The Jersey Devil’ took him under his wing and made him his partner. Teaming as ‘Heaven’s Demons’ the pair were hugely popular and one of the few teams to come close to challenging ‘Two Brother Army’ in terms of success., until one day the true side of Terror was revealed. Evil and sadistic, he thrives on unleashing his namesake upon others.
After he brutally betrayed and retired ‘The Jersey Devil’, condemning him forever to the Hall of Fame in 2008 the following year saw him reveal his true name, Phobos Timore, and unleash a new brand of evil. In 2009 he made a huge impact as a singles competitor, capturing the Inter-Municipal Championship on three occasions and winning the inaugural Hyper Junior Cup in the space of that year.
It was in December 2010, during NJPW’s annual 20 man over the top rope battle royal, The December Donnybrook, he captured the vacant NJPW Heavyweight Championship and began what became known as The Tenure of Terror, dominating the top of the card for close to two years.
An unfortunate injury suffered in a match with Paul ‘Crusher’ Harris in late 2012 saw Phobos withdraw to the shadows and not make his return until late 2014. When he returned his attitude had changed, he became the self-appointed moral compass of NJPW. He fought for the honor and traditions of the organization and demanded that the history of the institution be preserved by whatever means necessary. This colossal shift in personality saw him become beloved by the fans and saw him capture his second NJPW Heavyweight Championship in the Summer of 2016.
Despite losing the title a few months later Timore remained one of the most popular stars on the roster winning numerous Inter-Municipal and Tag Team Championships, and having marquee matches with such special guests as Two Time LWF Cross-Hemisphere Champion ‘The Big Time’, former GIW Icon Brandon Brown and former UGWC World Heavyweight Champion Mil Vidas Jnr.
During GrappleKingdom 17 in 2018, as the main event concluded and huge fan favourite Peekatyou celebrated successfully defending the NJPW Heavyweight Championship in a gruelling Last Man Standing match with ‘Ice Hard’ Barry Harris, Phobos Timore turned his back on the fans and his principles, delivering a beat down on his already exhausted opponent. At the following event,’All Hallows Beatings’, he claimed his third NJPW Heavyweight Championship and proclaimed that the second Tenure of Terror had started. To date no-one has been able to prove him wrong.

Background: With the grace and agility of a gymnast, the height of a pre-teen and the girth of a manatee, Bobo Baggin’s is one of the Tri-State Area’s most recognisable stars. NJPW are delighted that this former Inter-Municipal and Tag Team Champion is making his return to our ring for the first time since 2017.
His Tag Team Championship run with ‘The Quick Bay Kid’ spanned much of 2015, the highlight coming when they successfully defended against world renowned tag team, and former two time UGWC Cooperative Champions, The Thames Valley Hit Squad in a blistering Porcupine Corner Match at GrappleKingdom 14.
Bobo is also known for his charity work and spends a great deal of time visiting ailing Children across the state and auctioning off romantic meals with him to aid numerous foundations.
