Appearance:
Name: Chinatsu Chen
Nickname: Patient Zero, Girl From A Grave
Height: 5'0
Weight: 146 pounds
Age: ...Complicated
Alignment: Face
Hometown: Kyoto, Japan
Currently Residing In: "Quarantine". This answer may or may not be facetious.
Associates: The Crimson Ghost
Entrance Music: "Blackbirds Fall", by Black Moth
Entrance Moves: The blaring anthem hits the PA, and out staggers Chinatsu in a fast-paced, stiff-jointed gait directly toward the ring. She mostly avoids outstretched hands, eyeing a few with temptation in those glassy eyes before shaking her head and keeping her mind on the match at hand. When she gets to the ring, she grabs the bottom rope and pulls herself into a half slide, half roll as she makes it to her feet. There she awaits the opponent, hungry for victory(?)
Fighting Style: Once upon a time, Chinatsu was a very smooth, clean blend between a high flyer and a striker, but these days it seems that some of her old skills have been dulled a bit, replaced by toughness and a real eagerness to brawl, and take things to the outside. Also, despite her height and weight, her attacks have a lot more strength, weight and impact to them. Of course on the flipside, she doesn't seem to have the reflexes that she used to.
Regular Moves:
1) Slamming the opponent down, by their hair or head
2) Snap Suplex, into the steel steps
3) Hard Irish whip into the guard rail
4) Throwing the opponent, into anything (announce table, rows of chairs, etc)
5) Mudhole stomps
6) Hard right hands, various brutal punches
7) Heavy front dropkick, running or otherwise
Signature Moves:
Biting, seriously one of her stronger out of nowhere moves, she can lock in this hold in almost any position, at any point of the match, whether she's in control or as an out of nowhere counter. Not very technical, but very effective.
Rolling Armbar(comes out of nowhere, and Chinatsu bites the hand or fingers.)
Rolling Leglock(comes out of nowhere, and Chinatsu bites the ankle or calf.)
LIGHTS OUT, this isn't so much a legitimate 'move', as it is the overhead lights flickering on and off in moments that would benefit Chinatsu. And it is strange, but while she normally moves very slowly, when the lights go out it seems she regains some of that speed she used to be well known for, sometimes crossing the span of the entire ring before the opponent has had time to prepare, or sometimes appearing behind them.
But, the greatest use of this, is as a sort of counter. When she's in the grip of an opponent, and about to be slammed or suplexed or otherwise destroyed, sometimes the lights will blink out and, when they turn back on, they are accompanied by a blood-curdling scream over the PA system. And when the lights return, it is sometimes revealed that the opponent is not holding Chinatsu, but rather, something foul. Some stuffed dead animal, or some creepy blood-covered mannequin. And of course, Chinatsu is right behind them, waiting...
'Zombie Tackle', not so much a spear as a stumbling, shambling, arms-outstretched attempt to take the opponent down to the ground. It is unclear whether this is an attempt at mindgames, or a genuine attempt to get rid of the rigor mortis that kicks in from time to time.
Dead By Dawn; This itself is not any kind of 'maneuver', but is more a state that sometimes happens in Chinatsu's matches. Sometimes when she reaches a certain pain or damage threshhold she will suddenly seem as if though possessed by something otherworldly. She will laugh and rise to her feet after receiving devastating knockout maneuvers, her head will hang to odd angles and it will be as if though nothing in the world can put her down. This doesn't last long, but it can be demoralizing for opponents to go through this, and can cause them to sometimes make a mistake that Chinatsu can capitalize on. Or at least get in a few good bites while she's able to.
FINISHERS:
MOONSAULT (This used to be one of her general moves, but now with Chinatsu climbing the turnbuckles so rarely, this has officially become an event. Also of note is now, Chinatsu drags the opponent very close to the ropes and turnbuckles before attempting this move, and the rotation is so slight and so slow, that it looks like she might spike herself into the mat, or slam her skull into the turnbuckles on the way down. This is because instead of leaping with all of her leg muscles, she seems to just fall and topple backwards. But it seems even in this state she has enough mastery to pivot, and turn it into a deadly maneuver and not a terrifying accident. And of course, now she hits the opponent like a ton of bricks as opposed to before.)
STUMP-PULLING PILEDRIVER (No need for explanation here.)
Personality: There are flickers of the old Chinatsu here and there, but she is far more aggressive than she used to be and far more willing to get her hands dirty than she used to.
Biography: R.I.P, here lies Chinatsu Chen, former GiW competitor, beloved member of the Chen wrestling family.
Or rather, that was the story out of Japan for a while. Strangely, Chinatsu's recent appearance here at 'Chill' seems to contradict those news reports rather heavily. What on earth is happening?!
