Before the action gets underway, we go backstage where Roxy Malone is standing by with Zane Scott.
This is a Cross-Hemisphere division match. As Zane comes to the ring, commentary debates whether or not there is an actual conspiracy against him, as we are reminded that Zane was removed from last month’s Global Challenge due to a “clerical error” and replaced with the Dark Destroyer.
Zane very aggressive to start the match, driving Hide back with right hands, but Hide pushes back and staggers Zane with a spinning backfist. Hide spins Zane back around to chop his chest and looks to hammerlock suplex Zane, but the Professional escapes out of it, turning the hold into a kneeling fireman's carry takeover where Zane locks in a chin lock. With Johnny shouting from ringside, Deathwish elbows himself free. Zane stops Hide trying to get some speed by meeting him at the ropes with a knee lift and clubs him repeatedly with forearms to the back. Hide gets back up in a daze and Zane lands his spinebuster on Hide for a two count, before applying a headlock on Hide to keep them grounded.
Hide escapes Zane's suplex by landing out on the apron and resists a rope hot shot by uppercutting Zane away. Hide steps into the ring and jumps off the bottom rope to catch Zane with a guillotine choke hold. Zane struggles and appears to lose his balance. Zane's technical expertise allows them to counter the hold by wrapping his arm around Hide's head and sits out to compress Deathwish. Zane kicks Hide to the ropes and drags them up. Hide gets whipped into the ropes and rebounds into a judo throw. Zane then looks for a powerbomb, but Hide backdrops out of it. The Professional holds his back, slowly rising as Hide gets back to his own feet. As Zane approaches, Hide superkicks Zane and goes immediately into The Tower, but Zane grabs the ropes almost immediately. Realizing his mistake, Hide pulls Zane away from the ropes, and the Professional gets free from Hide, fakes a superkick to make Hide double over to duck and quickly grabs him for Exiled and Erased, covering for a two count.
Zane argues with the official, in disbelief that Hide kicked out. The official insists Deathwish kicked out on two, and Johnny is now up on the apron to join the argument despite it already going in his favor. Zane quickly pivots and grabs Johnny, yanking him over the ropes into the ring. Zane grabs him by the throat, backing him into the corner and glaring at him, and Hide splashes Zane from behind, driving him into Johnny. Zane drops to the mat and rolls away as Johnny collapses in the corner, and Hide goes to a knee, checking that Johnny is okay. Hide rolls to the outside and helps Johnny out of the ring, and Johnny seems to be okay, loudly declaring that Zane is an unhinged lunatic. Hide slides back into the ring, but Zane is recovered and waiting, connecting with Kneed to No, and following up with In Cold Blood to pick up the three.

The Globotron shows a special message from the Empire!
The World Champion faced a stiff challenge when he faced off against The Showman and the reigning Chaos Champion. From the beginning it appeared that Centurion’s interest wasn’t totally in the match, and something was off about Savage.
At first the two reigning champions went after each other as if to prove dominance. Savage asserted himself early, using his greater size, extensive arsenal and raw power to force the World Champion back into a corner. He landed a few of his corner strikes, mixing jabs with crosses and hooks to leave Centurion reeling before dropping him with a DDT.
He turns and walks straight into a spinning backfist from Montague. Montague proceeds to work Savage over with the various kicks in his arsenal, which eventually leaves him down to one knee on the mat before he’s taken down with a Shining Wizard. He lights Tony up with a few knife edged chops, then pulls him up and dumps him into the corner with a fall-away powerbomb. He pulls him up for an Argentine DDT but is suddenly blasted in the face with a dropkick which sends him to the mat and inadvertently assists in the DDT.
Centurion pops to his feet and goes on the attack, alternating between suplexes and knee strikes for his opponents. He alternates from one to the other to keep both of them off balance, running from corner to corner and combining dropkicks, clotheslines, running uppercuts and finally a good ol’ fashioned boot to the mouth for good measure on both. He lands the 1,000 Mile Slam on Savage and gets a two before Montague literally falls on top of them to break it up.
Centurion recovers and pulls Montague into a second 1,000 Mile Slam. He floats over into the pin, but it’s broken up at two by a vicious boot to the head from Savage. Savage tries to throw Centurion from the ring but ends up being thrown into the post. Centurion turns to press his advantage against Montague and finds him running across the top rope. Montague leaps and connects with a top rope version of a blockbuster and Centurion finds himself being thrown from the ring.
Savage stumbles out of the corner and right into Lament for A Toy Factory. Montague looks like he’s going to go up for Stick the Landing, but notices Centurion heading back towards the ring and settles for the quick roll up on Savage for the three, then pops up and rolls from the ring as Centurion nearly gets to him. He responds with a dramatic bow, leaving the World Champion fuming in the ring.
Winner: Montague Cervantes

Backstage, Donovan Hastings meets with the Creative Director.
It’s MAIN EVENT time! Our main event sees two people who are on redemption “tours” of sorts. On the one hand is the current Conquest Champion, Phrixus Deimos, who recently captured the vacant Conquest Championship on Synergy #362. A legend in his own right, Deimos has fallen on ignominious times as of late and views the Conquest Championship as his way to reshape the UGWC in his image once he’s World Champion. His opponent is Lucy Wylde. Wylde is a former World Champion and Grand Slam Champion. She too has fallen on slightly hard times lately after the loss of the Cooperative Championships with Rogan MacLean seemingly leading to his temporary departure from the company. While the match has two participants who are looking at it as a chance to rebuild their legacy, only one will walk out as Conquest Champion.
Instead of Lucy, we get Jenova, her alter ego. Deimos seems intrigued by this, although not intimidated. Not that anyone would know, as Demios’ expression changes about as much as the expressions of the Presidents on Mount Rushmore do. Glenn calls for the bell and Jenova throws herself at Deimos with unrestrained aggression. She drives him back with a flurry of punches until she backs him up to the ropes and finally knocks him from the ring with a clothesline. She doesn’t give him time to recover, immediately flinging herself over the top rope and sending both of them crashing to the floor with the “Meteor Strike”.
She pulls Deimos back up and drags him back to the ring, following him in. She uses her greater speed and agility to keep him off balance, finally using a spinning heel kick, a Shining Wizard and a flying headbutt to take him down again. She leaps up and stalks him, then strikes with a “Fury Brand”. She goes for the pin but he kicks out at two. She leaps up onto the turnbuckle and comes flying off with another flying headbutt. It connects and she pulls him up and whips him into the ropes before she drops him with “Wyle Liberation”. She goes for the pin, but Referee Glenn Burke has to stop it after Deimos gets his foot on the bottom rope. She pops up and demands to know why it wasn’t a three and Glenn tells her.
She goes back on the attack, but Deimos springs up and catches her by surprise with a facebuster! He works over her legs until she’s visibly hobbling, then takes her to the mat with a dropkick before he locks her in an Indian Deathlock. She looks like she might tap out, but finally frees herself by getting her free leg to the rope. Deimos breaks and resumes working over her weakened leg with leg and knee bars, a dragon screw leg whip, driving her knee into the mat and finally a single-leg crab. Jenova almost manages to get herself freed, but Deimos breaks the hold and drags her back into the middle of the ring, pulls her up and drives her into the mat with “The Numbing”. He immediately follows it up with “Fainting” and the “Meteor Press”, but Lucy/Jenova rolls out of the way. Deimos crashes into the mat and Glenn begins the count.
Lucy makes it to her feet first. She attempts “Keep Your Chin Up”, but Deimos avoids it and rolls her up for a quick desperation roll up for the three count!
Winner: Phrixus Deimos
