This is the second title defense for Rydell with the Conquest Title, as commentary reminds us of the extensive history between Hastings and Rydell.
Hastings calls for a test of strength to start, Rydell agrees but steps right into a sucker punch from Hastings. Hastings shrugs his shoulders as Rydell is visibly irritated, and Rydell charges back at him, running right into a drop toe hold. Hastings floats into position for the Hands of Fate, but Rydell is able to slip out before he can lock it in, and Rydell rolls to the outside.
Rydell paces on the outside, collecting himself, but looks up to see Hastings coming through the ropes with a baseball slide, and he manages to sidestep out of the way and roll back into the ring. Rydell quickly goes for a slide attack of his own, but Hastings lifts up the apron and catches him in it, and he delivers several strikes with Rydell caught in the apron before the referee comes out to ringside and backs him off. Hastings argues that Rydell knows not to get caught in the apron if he doesn’t want to get snuck like that, but Sam Green isn’t having it and orders him to back away.
Rydell has managed to free himself and is up on the apron, and as Hastings turns towards him Rydell cannonballs off, splashing into him. Rydell springs to his feet, grabbing Hastings and hurling him into the barricade before grabbing him immediately and sending him back into the ring. Sam Green now admonishes Rydell as well, and Rydell tells him to get bent before rolling back into the ring himself, but the momentary hesitation gave Hastings time to recover, and Hastings is ready with a chop block to Rydell. He places Rydell’s leg on the bottom rope before using the top rope for leverage to leap into the air and come crashing down on the leg, and Rydell cries out in pain as Hastings tells him that this is necessary.
The referee backs Hastings away as Rydell uses the ropes to pull himself back up, but Hastings immediately delivers another chop block to the same knee, as commentary expresses surprise at the harsh tactics that Hastings is employing against the man he’s partnered with for much of the last several months, and Lieberjosch wonders what the other two were really expecting.
Hastings grabs Rydell and hurls him shoulder-first into the corner, and it looks like he is ready to finish it. He sets Rydell up on the turnbuckle before lifting him off for Inevitability, but Rydell counters into a victory roll, and he gets the three!
Winner: Dave Rydell
Time: 6:49
Rydell rolls out of the ring and is handed his championship, as Hastings looks stunned in the ring. He argues with the referee that it was only a two count, before looking up the ramp, where Rydell glares back at him, shaking his head before smirking and heading backstage with his championship intact.
The bell sounds and the two newcomers go head to head. Vespertine gets the upper hand against Ezra taking him down with an arm drag. Ezra charges into another arm drag. And another. But the fourth time he knows better and doesn’t charge. Vespertine with a clothesline. Ducked under by Ezra. Reverse neck breaker! Ezra whips Vespertine into the corner but she hops the turnbuckles and hits a springboard moonsault! Ezra dodges but Vespertine lands on her feet. Ezra charges once again but gets monkey-flipped by Vespertine. He lands on his feet! She turns but right into a series of kicks! Ezra steadies himself. Lightning strike! SHE DUCKED THE CLOTHESLINE! Vespertine comes off the ropes into a float over DDT. Cover, but kick out at 2.
Ezra is back up and gets whipped to the corner by Vespertine. She follows up with a running knee to the midsection. Ezra staggers out into a series of Muay Thai strikes that send him to his knees. A final kick to the head but Ezra ducks out under it. Vespertine spins from the momentum and Ezra gets her in a reverse wastelock! He goes for a german suplex but ends up getting rolled up instead! Ezra is able to break out before a 1 count. He pops up and as she rises up, he takes her down with a snap headbutt!
Vespertine goes to roll out of the ring but Ezra pulls her back up. He whips her into the corner and gives chase. Vespertine climbs up the ropes and hits him with the Whisper in the Wind! Ezra is struggling to get up and Vespertine is stalking him. He turns right into Epically Diva! NO! He counters into a powerbomb! But wait! She counters that into a hurricarana! Ezra rolls through and as Vespertine turns around, Kickin’ It Old School! He climbs to the top rope, Gravity Falls! Cover for three!

Tempest is the first to the ring, accompanied by Daedalus. They have a conversation in the corner as Seb makes his way out… with a chain. Tempest watches, tilting his head curiously as Seb winks at him. Tempest and Daedalus look at each other in confusion. Seb enters the ring and the bell rings. The Astro Creeps are still in the corner conversing but Seb wastes no time and immediately sprints forward with the chain in hand. He swings and the steel links connect with Tempest’s back. The Spider King arches his back in pain as he tries to scurry out of the corner.
Seb lands some brutal lefts and rights and Covert Jay comments that he had no idea the Chelsea Crippler had such a crisp brawling skill set. Daedalus protests on the other side of the ropes, but still in Tempest’s corner, but Seb promptly eliminates him from the equation, wrapping the chain around his fist and punching him in the side of the head. Daedalus falls in a heap onto the outside of the ring. Lieberjosch talks about how the chain is a representation of the last meeting between The Arsonist and The Spider King.
Tempest attempts to crawl away, but Seb isn’t letting him recover. He squats down on top of Tempest’s back and wraps the chain around his throat. Tempest fights back and manages to buck Seb off of him. He crawls to the corner and gets to his feet, favoring his throat as he stumbles out towards the center of the ring. EMPIRE KICK!
Seb is waiting for him and isn’t letting up! Instead of pinning him, Seb climbs on top of him once more, this time pressing his thumb into Tempest’s right eye socket. Tempest fighting back, he’s got enough of a grip on the Mauler of Market Square’s forearm that he’s keeping him from doing some serious damage. The commentary emphasizes that Seb is more vicious than they expected him to be, even against Tempest.
Hazel East tries to pull Seb off of him, but Seb shrugs her off. He goes back on the attack, slamming the chain against Tempest’s skull. The Spider King rolls to his side, away from Seb’s vicious assault. Seb finally gets to his feet but pulls Tempest up with him. He whips him into the ropes and hits another EMPIRE KICK! And Tempest flails through the air! He glares down at the Astro Creep and unwraps the chain from his arms. Covert Jay makes a joke that he looks like Kratos from God of War. Lieberjosch counters by saying he’s as remorseless as him, too.
Seb stands, staring down at Tempest until he begins to stir, then reaches back and uses the chain as whip. The sound of steel on flesh echoes in the arena as Seb swings once… twice… three times. Mercifully perhaps, Seb finally seems satisfied with the beating he just dished out, and rolls Tempest over and makes the cover, holding the chain across his throat with all of his weight pressed down. 1… 2… 3!
Winner: Sebastian Everett-Bryce

Sebastian stands, breathing heavily as Tempest lies motionless. Outside the ring, Daedalus is still on the floor. The camera focuses on Seb’s expression, which is that of controlled rage. Hazel East hands him the UGWC Chaos Championship and he slings it over his shoulder, still staring down at the Spider King. We fade to commercial just as a sideways smirk starts to form on his face.
The opening bell sounds and both Zane and Maggie are talking trash back and forth. Zane goes for a hard-right but Maggie ducks under. She comes off the ropes and Zane senses it so he dodges a chop block from her. She comes back off the mat slide into a clothesline from Zane. Zane pulls her up and whips her off the ropes and into a powerslam. He contemplates covering for a moment but then glares up towards the backstage area. Commentary makes mention of his paranoia. He quickly snaps out of it and pulls her up into a belly to belly suplex. Zane grabs her again and whips her into the corner. He walks over and starts hitting body shots on her until the referee breaks it up.
Zane lets her out of the corner and Maggie wastes no time. She comes out swinging with a flurry of kicks and strikes. She staggers Zane into the ropes before running across the ring and coming at him with a clothesline over the top. The momentum sends them both over. They crash to the floor and the count begins. After brawling on the outside for a bit, Maggie rolls in and back out to reset the count. Zane is waiting though and whips her right into the steel steps. The ref yells at him to bring it back in and he waves them off.
He yells “you yell at me but not her? For the same thing? Seems fair I guess!” After that exchange, he hits a hard stomp on Maggie on the floor. He pulls her up and whips her into the barricade. Zane rolls back into the ring at 8 and back out to reset the count. Maggie catches him by surprise with a spinning heel kick! She immediately pulls him up and gets him with the Beat Rush! She rolls Zane back into the ring and follows.
Maggie starts hitting mounted fist and forearm strikes on Zane who is trying to cover up but can’t. Finally, he is able to shift the momentum and puts Maggie on the mat and he’s on top. He starts doing the same, fists and forearms. Zane gets up and sets Maggie up for Exiled and Erased but Maggie floats over the back and school boy’s Zane! Kick out at 2! Zane is rising up but catches a Pele kick from Maggie. She quickly goes back to work on him with forearms and fists. She lets up and stalks Zane as he is slowly getting up. She gets behind him and wham! BAM! 7 Seconds Until the End! As she goes for The Black Legacy, Zane pushes her up on the stomp and catches her in a spinebuster! He covers but gets a long 2 count.
Zane rolls off and pulls her up by the hair. He gets warned by the ref again and lets go. At this point, Maggie takes advantage and kicks him in the gut. Black Dawn!!! NO, COUNTER! Zane shoves her off into the ropes! On the rebound, he kicks her in the gut! Exiled and Erased! Nailed it! Zane covers but Maggie kicks out after another long 2 count. That was CLOSE! Frustrated, Zane pounds the mat and yells at the referee, who reminds him of who they are. Zane turns around and pulls Maggie up but catches a desperation superkick! She heads to the corner and climbs up to the top. Zane is staggering up. Maggie leaps for a flying cross body but Zane catches her! He throws her on his shoulders and hits In Cold Blood. Cover for 3!

We’re in for a treat with a battle between two former World Champions who are known for their agility, speed, and in-ring creativity as Lucy Wylde takes on “The Showman” Montague Cervantes. Things get off to a quick start as we see a lot of attempted hurricanranas, head scissors, tornado DDTs, rope walks from Cervantes, an attempted 450 from Wylde that Cervantes barely avoids, but can’t help applaud when Lucy lands on her feet and kips up. The otherworldly agility of both draws an enthusiastic cheer from the fans, and equally enthusiastic praise from the commentary crew, except for Dr. Lieberjosch, who’s a little more tepid towards Wylde because Lieberjosch.
The match kicks into gear in the second phase when Lucy fakes a lockup and tries to slide between Montague’s legs. It doens’t work as planned because Montague grabs her under her arms and hoists her up into a suplex and drops her onto the back of her head. He follows it with an immediate knee strike which catches her flush on the chin and then an overhead chop. He pulls her up and throws her into the corner, drives a thrust kick into her face, and follows it up with a spinning back fist. Lucy staggers out of the corner, right into wheelbarrow suplex and a shining wizard. He attempts a pin, but Lucy kicks out at two. He kips up to his feet and leaps up on the top rope, spins on his heels, and leaps off.
Straight into “Wylde Liberation”!
Lucy rolls over for the pin, but only gets a two. She’s slow to her feet from all of the punishment she’s taken but promptly places Montague in a Lebelle Lock. He struggles against it and eventually gets it broken by using his strength to pull himself to the ropes. Lucy breaks the hold and promptly stomps on his wrist, forcing him to let go, then pulls him back into the ring and reapplies the hold. Montague struggles against it and this time manages to push himself up by one arm and leverage Lucy into a roll-up, which she easily kicks out of. Lucy bounces off of the ropes and hits Montague with a Shining Wizard of her own. She immediately rolls Montague into another LeBelle lock. Vinegar comments on how she looks laser-focused on weakening his neck and head for another “Wylde Liberation”. Lieberjosch says that he’s making too much of that. Jay asks if he can have nachos. Insightful as always, Jay.
Montague struggles against it this time, but this time it’s Lucy who breaks it. She grabs his arm, lifts it and violently slams it down onto the mat. Montague lets out a howl and pushes himself to his feet, only for Lucy to superkick him in the shoulder. He snaps backward and she repeats the kick. She goes for a third but Montague catches her and pushes her straight up, causing Lucy to flip. Somehow she manages to contort herself so that she lands a modified “Fury Brand” which drops Montague on his face. She leaps up onto the turnbuckle and leaps off as Montague gets to his hands and knees, once again planting his face into the mat, this time with a DDT. She leaps up and connects with a quick “Keep Your Chin Up”. She rolls Montague over for the pin. Glenn drops and gets the count to 2.99 when one of Montague’s Creeps suddenly pops up and wraps an opaque bag around his head, interrupting what looked like an imminent three count.
Glenn struggles with the bag and the Creep. The crowd suddenly pops when Creative Director Jet Somers appears on the stage and orders another Referee to the ring. Brian Chartreuse runs out and slides into the ring right as Lucy kicks the Creep from the ring to the floor. Montague pops up, grabs Lucy and plants her with a Fallaway Powerbomb. Montague runs to the turnbuckle and kicks right off as Lucy gets to her feet. He lands “Lament for a Toy Factory” and both slam hard into the mat and end up tangled with each other. Glenn throws the bag away and drops for the pin at the same time Chartreuse does. Neither notices the other!
Both hammer out identical three counts and don’t notice until Burke raises Montague’s hand and Chartreuse raises Lucy’s. This leads to an instant argument between the two officials as Vinegar points out that the two had an arm across the other’s chest as the count happened. We go off the air with Burke and Chartreuse arguing as Jet stands on the stage shaking his head in disbelief.
