The scene starts with a simple black room. There is no furniture, the walls have no way of letting in light, the only exit, is a large dusty wooden door. Medos is stood precisely in the middle.
Medos: So, the time has come for Revolution. And a World Title shot lays in the path. However with it comes two obstacles in the form of Dirge and Donovan Hastings. Both of whom simply view me as someone who just happens to be there and won't win and that I will make no presence in the match, other than just being physically there. It seems like they expect me to lie down and die. Well, I'll tell you now, this is not the case. Nor will it ever be the case.
Medos: Now, let's think about this. Judging by your comments, I would be quite out of place in this match. After all, I can get these title shots, but can never quite follow through with it. However, those attempts are now in the past. And just like Hastings must forget about his previous matches with Dirge, you must forget about those attempts. They are down in the history books, and will remain there, unchanged. Just because something has happened in the past doesn't mean it will never happen again. Check out Phrixus Deimos and his Hall of Mirrors record. Before Triple M, he had beat Phoenix and Fernandez. Triple M came along and made it 2-1. Then I came along and made it 2-2.
Medos: So if you can't go by the record books? Why not recent events, I suppose they tell you about how your opponents perform at roughly this time. Well, going by that? I suppose you'd say Dirge has the most momentum. But let's be perfectly honest, Dirge has had the only momentum out of us three. Think about it, it's the truth. He choked me out, chokeslammed us both, and has pinned Hastings since No Holds Barred. So momentum to Dirge. Hastings? Well, he's the champion. He beat Red Fusion, to unify the belts, that says something. Then we got me. The one who is supposedly out of place. Mighty Mouse in Dirge's words. So, what have I done? Essentially nothing, I managed to pick up a win last week, and that's about it. However, I'll tell you something I do have over those two. The heart and soul that goes into wrestling every match, as I wrestle with dreams on the lines, I wrestle for everyone around the world, who will be watching, everything has been leading up to now. I don't want it to slip through my fingers once more.
Medos: If you read the card, it reads, Donovan Hastings Vs Dirge Vs Medos. Not Dirge Vs Hastings, oh and Medos just happens to be there so you know why not? So, listening to you two, essentially rivet on about how Dirge is a bad guy, who knew? And how Hastings wants to be a villain but unfortunately in having people like Forewell Boding, or Peterson, the drooling dogsbody with him, people are starting to find him as funny as Nomad was. Or something along that, I'll be honest, Hasting kinda bored me off to sleep. Couldn't help it, see I got so tired of him just underestimating me, that I kinda gathered what he was gonna say, before he said it. Tell you what, I am kinda sick that you guys keep doing it. You see, there's something about me, neither of you two have. That's the tenacity I have in order to perform at every match with the highest of standards. The heart, the soul, the passion, the drive. Everything a good champion needs. I don't deny the talent both of you have. Not in the slightest, I know you are two of the top wrestlers in UGWC. However, what I do deny is the fact, you two both seem to ignore roughly the fact that I'll do anything worthwhile in the match. And this is your flaw. You are underestimating the Lionheart of UGWC. You know I'll be coming at the match, with more determination than the either of you. That's what I'd say.
Medos: I put it to the both of you that neither of you want to focus on me. You simply view me as an annoying fly that 'just happens' to keep coming back and you swat it and that's it, sorted out and you can focus then on your main intentions. After all, if you're in a Triple Threat match and you know one of your opponents has had one of the biggest runs in their time about to head into the main event for your title, you'd focus on that person especially if in your estimation the third had done very little? No, a smart opponent would still focus on both and that is where I'm gonna take you both down. By using that and other traits I have over the both of you...because this match could go any way, not just the way you two see it.
Medos: So, Donovan, Dirge, you're talking about each other, and failing to mention the third wheel in the match. The dark horse, perhaps? Whatever your views, I'm still here with every intention to win the belt, and prove to every fan in that audience I can do the impossible. I don't plan to fall at the last hurdle at Revolution, I don't plan to let Dirge simply lie down and let me pin him, that's a stupid rumour, I'd rather beat both men down and pin either of them, to win the belt. So, this Lionheart plans to leave the arena, with the belt... It's time for the Underdog to become the big dog. Men, see you in the ring.
Medos walks towards the large, wooden door, and opens it.
Medos: As one door shuts, another door opens. And that one is the World Title...
Medos steps through the door as the camera fades to end the scene on black.
