Firstly, apologies for missing the first segment Ichy, my only excuse was it was 4am in the morning when I posted it after spending most of the night writing. My bad.
As for Raenius/Felix match, I'm not sure what we were meant to do. Both men no-showed, but in R!'s defence he had a pretty good reason for that. Were we meant to not have a match, or just have pointless no contest? Personally I'm not sure it makes all that much difference.
I want to say thanks to everyone who contributed to the show, even though I did manage to miss some stuff, and I think it turned out really well. Congrats to Andy for winning his first title in his time in GIW/UGWC it's long overdue my man, and obviously congrats to P for a successful return to PPV action.
I honestly enjoyed all the matches on the card, the opener was a solid start to the show, followed by a truly epic Chaos title match. I really enjoyed the coop match, and the A-Kis vs Pierce match was an excellent installment in their long running feud, something tells me it's not over yet. And for what in many ways was an inconsequential match up I think the Runners up match was superb.
And obviously congratulations to our new World Heavyweight Champion, I hope he didn't mind that the end of his match was hijacked.
And then thanks to P again for a thoroughly enjoyable review from Ricardo at the end.
A great job by all this month. Now I'm gonna enjoy the week off!

Yeah, I considered that. A no show at a PPV is just... wow.
He did have a good reason, I agree. It just sucks that one got rewarded and the other didn't. A no contest would have sucked, but they didn't leave much choice.
I maybe would have given the one with the most votes the win but no purse, or something. I dunno. Don't do that now, R! will blame me :-P

Woop, finally got around to finishing this and frankly I think it was a good show. Probably the best we've put together as UGWC. It feels like it helped that (for the most part) everyone stepped up with their promoing during the week too.
There was some great match writing, in my opinion mostly my own match and the World Title match. Congrats to Pierce for winning it. You've had my number this month and if anything the vote should have been more one sided. Anyone who thinks it's over is sorely mistaken. That 1 - 1 on big one on one matches. An epic rubber match is definatly required.
Congrats too to Phrixus Deimos for claiming the World Heavyweight title. Looking forward to seeing how he responds to it.
To respond to 'Ricardo's' review of the Chaos Title match, it's completely fair. In the end I cut the match short a bit because there was a chance of me getting very carried away. That's not an excuse though and the truth is I've never been the best at putting together the crazy and enjoyably absurd matches that sometimes show up. I'd never be able to come up with anything like the Distant Whispers '08 Triple Cage Match.
Finally, what an ending. Donovan finally snapping wasn't a surprise. I've been waiting for that one for a while but Travis going with him, that's something else. It's exciting though. Heel Travis is the one who held the Unified Global Title for almost a year and having him back again opens all sorts of possibilities. I guess starting with some crazy Co-op competition over the next month.
I think that's alot of stuff to go off going into next month. Can't wait.

The answer is ‘ALL of the above’. But you will also be forced to serve as my butler, you will be barred from using any even remotely creative gimmicks, you will be declared as Canadian Champion for the rest of time, have to tag team with Jensen AND be rectally abused while wearing a gimp suit with smelly thumbs.
Yeah, that’s what I thought.
20/10/2010 The day open mindedness returned to UGWC. Lest we forget.

Sorry for not posting this sooner, been flipping nuts since I got back from SDCC. Anyhow; great show guys really enjoyed it, looking forward to the way things are shaping up and all.
As for the whole what happens when Travis misses a segment, personally I would vote for the puppy.
