Vinegar: Welcome to Synergy!
Covert Jay: Huttah!
Vinegar: Last week saw the announcement an annual LWF tradition, the Outlast Tournament, will be making its way to UGWC in just a few short weeks, on September 6, 2010.
Lieberjosch: Six team captains for the event have been announced, and now they all have the challenge of putting together a team that can “outlast” their opponents and earn one of them a shot at the World Heavyweight Championship!
Vinegar: And we might just learn some of their choices as we continue here tonight, so let’s get to our action!
"The Diamontina Drover" comes through the speakers to a generous pop from the audience as Ethan enters from backstage in a Holden Ute. He stops at the top of the ramp and exits the ute before he looks out to the audience, raises his arms causing a shower of red sparks to fall behind him. He continues to walk down to the ring, interacting with some of the fans in the front row. Once he gets to the ring apron, he slides in and poses for the audience on the top right turnbuckle, then proceeds to do the same on the bottom left turnbuckle before hopping down and awaiting the start of the match.
Mitchell: The opening contest of the evening is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, from Cork Station, Diamontina, Central Queensland, weighing in at 240 lbs, Ethan, The Drover, KIIIIIINNNNNNNNNNGGGGG!!!!!
Vinegar: We don’t yet know what team the Drover will be joining at Outlast, but the format of the tournament means that regardless of which it is, the result could see him getting a world title shot!
Lieberjosch: Ethan Drover could get a World Title shot?
Vinegar: Anybody on the roster could, that’s what the tournament is all about!
Covert Jay: Even I participated in Outlast once!
Lieberjosch: I don’t think I like this idea anymore.
“On The Road Again” begins to play and Delicious Randy randomly materializes in the middle of the ring.
Mitchell: Whoa! Coming out of nowhere, his opponent, from Nashville, Kentucky, weighing in at 230 lbs, Randy, The Devil, DELLLLLECIIIOOOOOOO!!!!!
Covert Jay: He appeared out of nowhere like a ninja!
Lieberjosch: Sure he did.
Covert Jay: It was an entrance that couldn’t be expressed in words!
DING DING!
Vinegar: Hazel East has the match underway, and King boots Delecio right down!
Lieberjosch: This match could be viewed as an audition, you never know if the captains are watching, both of these men want to work fast.
Vinegar: Some hard forearm shots by King, whips Delecio off the ropes, and he clotheslines Delecio to the mat! Elbow drop, and now a lateral press!
1!!!!!
2!!!!!
Vinegar: Delico kicks out!
Covert Jay: Deliciously!
Vinegar: King has him by the head, but some hard body shots by Delecio, and he lifts King into a side slam. Delecio setting up an Alabama Slam!
Lieberjosch: King floats over and behind!
Covert Jay: DEATH ADDER!!!
Vinegar: Cover!
1!!!!!
2!!!!!
3!!!!!
Mitchell: Here is your winner, Ethan KIIIIIIIIIIINNNNNNNNNGGGGG!!!!!
Vinegar: An impressive victory by the Drover, making quick work of Delicious Randy here in our opening match!
Lieberjosch: But which of the captains may have noticed?
Covert Jay: Huttah!
