Vinegar: Welcome to another action packed webisode of Synergy!!
Covert Jay: HUTTAH!!
Leiberjosch: ....
Vinegar: We’re going to get right to the action, folks.
Dennis: Introducing first, from Hartford, Connecticut; he is DONOVAN HASTIIIIIIIIIIINGS!!
‘Ripper’ by Chinchilla begins to play as Lord Hastings makes his way out onto the ramp. Just by his body language, you can see he is upset. He doesn’t even pause on the ramp. He climbs the stairs and enters the ring then tosses his cloak to the outside.
Dennis: And his opponent, hailing from Ishikawa, Japan; he is MAREK DAISUUUUUUUUKEEEEEE!!
The lights in the arena dim and on the screen we see a lion walking toward the screen. It stops and then lets off a roar that echoes through the sound system. We see Marek walk out from under the GlobalTron carrying a microphone in his hand as ‘You’re The Best’ by Joe Esposito begins to play. He calmly walks down to the ring and slides in under the bottom rope then gets to his feet as his music stops.
Vinegar: The usually quiet Marek seems like he has something to say.
Marek: Donovan, I understand your frustration with the current Head of Creative. In my opinion, this match does not make any sense. I do not have any issue with you. And with saying that, you do not have issue with me. We are not friends but we are also not enemies. I respect you and I gracefully decline this match.
Marek sets down the microphone and bows respectfully toward Donovan. Marek then turns around to exit the ring but is grabbed from behind and launched into a back suplex with enough force to cause him to roll out of it into the ropes. Donovan quickly gets back to his feet and stalks toward Marek, who is using the ropes to recover from the sneak attack.
Vinegar: It seems the ‘insults’ have gotten to Hastings.
Right before Donovan reaches Marek, he lunges forward with a knee to the face, knocking Marek from the ring. Blood begins pouring from his face as Donovan leaves the ring and lifts Marek up to his feet. Marek cocks his hand back to fight his attack but Donovan halts the movement with a headbutt to the face and tosses Marek back into the ring. Donovan lifts Marek into a DDT position and drops down, holding on so he can roll back to his feet before lifting Marek vertically into the air....
Covert Jay: DESTINY’S CALL!!
Vinegar: Marek isn’t moving. This has gone far enough.
Donovan stands up, attempting to wipe Marek’s blood off himself but just smears it like war paint. He then jumps on Marek and locks in the Hands of Fate, bridging to lock it in further as Marek screams in pain.
Vinegar: Odd choice for a hero, but at least this is over.
Out of nowhere, Ezekiel slides into the ring, kicking Donovan in the ribs to break the hold. Ezekiel scoops him up and tosses him from the ring before turning back to attend to Marek, whose face is covered in blood. Donovan gets back to his feet and walks backwards up the ramp as trainers slide into the ring to check on Marek.
Covert Jay: That seems like a definite message toward Moss.
