Hans Lieberjosch walks out onto the stage and stands behind the podium.
Lieberjosch: I'm here to talk about one of the many occasions on which I was proven to be right. In 2010 I, Doctor Hans Lieberjosch, the most educated man in this industry, made a prediction that a debuting Entertainment Professional had the potential to dominate this business for years to come. From the moment I slapped eyes on him I knew he was money, he had everything going for him, the physique, the power and that secret ingredient that captivates the audience.
Over the past few days we have seen a vast array of incredible talents from around the world. I can certainly say that UGWC's roster is at it's strongest since inception, and the various guests we have had from OWF have proved that the industry is full of incredible workers. However, the man I saw in 2010 could have stood head and shoulders above them all and drawn the numbers of people who have attended this 4 days on his own, had his career been handled correctly.
On numerous occasions I offered him my services, it made perfect sense, his raw talent and potential, aligned with my experience and world renowned mind would have taken this industry to a whole new level. He could have become the most recognisable face in the entire world had he accepted my proposition. Unfortunately he was never in a state where he was receptive to my idea's, he could never really appreciate the true value of how I could help him.
Instead I was forced to watch on from the commentary table, powerless to help as I saw him waste his potential. Of course he made a huge impact on the business, I would not be standing here, of all places, had he not, but his list of achievements is merely a fraction of what he could have claimed had he been under my stewardship.
He held both the UGWC Cooperative Championship and the UGWC World Heavyweight Championship once in his career, which for a man of his ability is a severe case of underachievement. He was also the Outlast Champion in 2011 and is one of only a handful of individuals to successfully retain the World Heavyweight Championship in the main event of Horizons. He bested the likes of Gabrielle Montgomery, Jet Somers, Travis Pierce and four time UGWC Word Heavyweight Champion Donovan Hastings during his record 259 day reign at the top of UGWC, before vacating the title as he disappeared back from whence he came.
But it's quite something to say that list of achievements was a disappointment given what he could have been. He was arguably the man to take the UGWC World Heavyweight Championship to a whole new level than what it had ever experienced before, he was dangerous, he was hairy, he was vicious, but most of all he was the best. He was Tyvola.
And with that the crowd applauds as a highlight reel of his career is played in his absence.
