SCENE 1: NOT SAFE (04/25/2018)
The scene opens up in the halls of the hospital wing where Maya Jensen is currently being kept. Mizore is walking down the hall, smiling to herself and carrying a big bouquet of roses. She is wearing a green plaid skirt and striped thigh high socks over white shoes. She is also wearing a white jacket with matching green sleeves, She enters Maya’s room and gives Annabelle a small smile. She sets the fresh flowers on the table, replacing the ones that had started to wither.
{Mizore Payne}
How’s my baby doing today? Anything new?
{Annabelle Jackson}
Not really. Same as she was yesterday. As long as she isn’t getting worse I guess.
Mizore has stopped listening to her as she has spotted something strange. She pulls Maya’s arm up and pulls out the Bonnie doll from Five Nights at Freddy's. She throws it across the room as Annabelle leaps to her feet, looking at the doll surprised. Mizore turns on her..
{Mizore Payne}
Why did you buy her that thing? You know how much I hate Bonnie.
{Annabelle Jackson}
I didn’t buy that for her. And it wasn’t here earlier when they changed her sheets.
Mizore walks out of the room and into the hall, storming down to the nurses station. The nurse looks up and smiles.
{Nurse Jane}
Good evening Mizore, what can I help you with?
{Mizore Payne}
I need to know who all has been in to see Maya today. It’s important.
She pulls up a clipboard and searches it over
{Nurse Jane}
So this morning she was visited by her mother Kristy Jensen. Then Nurse Ruby checked her vitals. Then Annabelle came by. Checked on again by Ruby. Then…..that’s strange. It seems she was checked on less than an hour later by a nurse Scarlet. I didn’t know we had a nurse named Scarlet here. Hey Lucy, did you see this nurse Scarlet.
The girl named Lucy looks up from her paperwork.
{Nurse Lucy}
Oh yeah. She was kind of a tall girl with fire red hair wearing red scrubs. She said she was new here. Weird though while she was in there I swear I saw the lights flicker.
{Mizore Payne}
Elizabeth. Don’t you people screen people before they go in there. What kind of lame ass security are you running here?
She rushes back into the room and goes right for Maya, looking her over carefully. Annabelle is standing back, looking puzzled by all of this.
{Annabelle Jackson}
What’s the matter. Talk to me Mizore.
{Mizore Payne}
Elizabeth was in here. She dressed as a nurse and slid right past security. I expect you will talk to Kristy about tightening up security here.
{Annabelle Jackson}
But why would Elizabeth come here? I know Annie has it out for Maya but Elizabeth has never really shown her any malice. And just to leave a doll?
{Mizore Payne}
She is screwing with me obviously. Trying to get under my skin. She does that with her whole nightmare thing. I can’t wait until Monday. I’m going to put an end to this once and for all.
Mizore is still steaming as she pulls the chair out and sits next to the bed and takes Maya’s hand in hers, brushing the hair from Maya’s face. Annabelle retakes her seat, pulling out her cell phone most likely to call Kristy to inform her of what happened. The camera looks over at the door where Jennifer Houlihan is standing, watching her daughter. She sighs before disappearing from the door, bring this scene to an end.
SCENE 2: BLAST FROM THE PAST (04/27/2018)
The scene changes to a few days later and moves to St. Cloud Minnesota. And the Houlihan family orphanage. We are in the office of Jennifer Houlihan who is sitting behind her desk, looking over at her daughter Mizore. Mizore is wearing a red plaid skirt and striped socks with a white jacket and red sleeves. She looks annoyed as Jennifer has just been watching her for the past few minutes.
{Mizore Payne}
Can we hurry this along mom, I’ve got a match coming up in a few days, I really need to be training.
{Jennifer Houlihan}
I was looking through some old files the other day. Do you remember your little friend Lizzy?
Mizore thinks for a moment before a big smile crosses her face.
{Mizore Payne}
Lizzy. Man I haven’t thought about her in ages. I remember we use to write a bit but I kind of cut her off a bit. She’d talk a lot about missing me and I always worried that she might want to come back. I always felt bad about that. I should try and find her, see if she’d like to catch up. What??
Jennifer is holding out her hands, waiting for Mizore to make the connection. With Mizore still just giving her a blank look, Jennifer sighs.
{Jennifer Houlihan}
I want you to think back Mizore. Tell me about the day she was adopted. Every little detail you can remember.
{Mizore Payne}
I’m not sure what this is all about but whatever. It was a chilly night in late September seven years ago...
FLASHBACK (09/29/2011)
The scene is still the orphanage just many years earlier. In one of the rooms a young redhead is happily stuffing all her possessions into boxes. A young Mizore enters the room, the only real difference is the brown hair. She has her hands behind her back..
{Young Mizore}
Hold out your hands Lizzy, I got a present for you.
The redhead holds out her hands. Mizore pulls out a sealed eWe Hall of Fame edition wrestling figure of Android Eighteen. She hands it to the redhead who looks at it and shakes her head.
{Young Lizzy}
I can’t take this. Eighteen gave it to you right after her induction ceremony. It means so much to you.
{Young Mizore}
That’s why I want you to have it. You mean the world to me too. I want you to know however far we are apart, we will never stop being the best of friends. I’m not taking no as an answer.
The redhead puts the figure in the box and gives her friend a big hug. The original owner Cindy has appeared to take Lizzy down. As they head down the halls, Mizore turns to her old friend
{Young Mizore}
So what are you going to do about your last name? You’ve been Lizzy Spencer for as long as I’ve known you. Going to hold onto it?
{Young Lizzy}
I wouldn’t feel right doing that specially with all Judy and Dave have planned to do for me. I love mom and dad but I think they’d understand. So from now on just call me Elizabeth Jane Blackwell. I think it has a nice ring to it.
The scene very quickly switches back to present day where Mizore has her hands over her mouth, a look of pure horror on her face. Jennifer sighs heavily, giving a small smile.
{Mizore Payne}
Lizzy. Elizabeth. Oh my gawd. I can’t believe it. No wonder she hates me so much.
{Jennifer Houlihan}
It’s about time. I’ve been dropping hints about it for months now..
{Mizore Payne}
Wait. You knew? You knew it was her the whole time and you never said anything?
{Jennifer Houlihan}
I thought maybe you two had a falling out or something. I had no idea you forgot about her..
{Mizore Payne}
What am I going to do? I can’t fight her. I need to talk to her. I need to make this right.
{Jennifer Houlihan}
It’s a little late for that. She’s going to Chill ready for a fight. And Annie is going to be haunting the ringside. If you try and reason with her now, she will destroy you. You have to fight her. Let her get her aggression out then try and talk to her. Hopefully you can get through whatever brainwashing Annie has done to her.
Mizore is looking down at her feet, tears forming in the corners of her eyes. She can’t believe how she handled this all wrong. Jennifer looks at her daughter sadly, not having any idea what to say. The scene fades away to the sound of Mizore’s sniffles.
SCENE 3: RIGHTING WRONGS (04/??/2018)
The scene opens up in a small room. There is a small twin sized bed and a bare dresser. Sitting on the edge of the bed is Mizore, wearing a brown plaid skirt and purple striped socks along with her white jacket with the dark blue sleeves. She looks down at the ground as she talks.
{Mizore Payne}
I had this all planned out differently. Ice everything over. Tell you all about the mistakes you’ve made Elizabeth. But then I was hit with realization. I know why you hate me. I know why you seek to destroy me. And honestly, I don’t blame you. Because I did betray you Lizzy. Yes, I remember you now. My best friend growing up. The one I turned my back on when you got adopted. And why? I’d like to say it was because I didn’t want you to miss me too much. You had a great thing with the Blackwells. But I knew you missed me. I read in your letters how badly you wished we could be together again. And I was worried that maybe you’d mess it up. Come back to the orphanage just so we could be friends again. That’s why I didn’t return all your letters. I wanted you to forget about me. And over the months that turned into years, I put you in the back of my thoughts. But that’s not entirely true. Deep down inside, I was jealous of you.
Mizore shakes her head in shame. She looks up at the camera, a sad look in her eyes.
{Mizore Payne}
I had been at the orphanage longer. But you were the one who got adopted. You were the one who got to go back to a happy home. And i was stuck in that orphanage as couple after couple passed me over. I never understood why no one wanted me. And when I thought of you in the happy home with your new parents, I got mad. I got jealous. That was why I didn’t respond to your letters at first. And after a while, I started feeling guilty about being jealous. But then with learning about my real parents and meeting my love Maya, I got worse. So for all of that Lizzy, I’m very very sorry. And I’m not sure if I can ever make it up to you. But that won’t change Chill will it? You’ve been waiting years to get revenge on me. And while part of me wants to just go out there and let you pound me into the mat as paybacks, I can’t do that Lizzy. Not now.
She stands up off the bed and wipes the tears from her eyes. She gets a much more serious look as she watches the camera.
{Mizore Payne}
You see Lizzy, I’m in a rut here in UGWC. I have only won a single match and that was because you and Annie got Angelica disqualified when Annie attacked me. I can’t afford another loss. Besides, you have aligned yourself with one of my worst enemies. A woman who has made me and Maya’s life hell for years now. She is brainwashing you. The Lizzy I know would never resort to the crap you pulled in LAW. She’d never sneak into a hospital and threaten the love of my life just to try and get into my head, You’ve changed over the years Lizzy. And I will get through to you that Annie Fugate is bad news. Even if it means I have to beat it into you .
Mizore steps forward and ice explodes from her foot, covering the room in a sheet of ice. Mizore smiles as she looks around before pulling a lollipop out of her pocket and popping it into her mouth.
{Mizore Payne}
We use to wrestle around when we were kids. And I always beat you. Do you think the experience you’ve gained from going to Christy Chaos’ school and hanging out with Annie can match not only five years of experience in the ring for me not to mention the bloodline I come from. Lizzy you are stepping into my world. And unlike when we were kids, this time we fight for real. This is a first blood match. Which means all I have to do to win is make you bleed. Can you really call yourself hardcore after one big match with Roxy Cotton? You claim to have loved me, even if you claim to hate me now. Can you bust me open? I’ll do whatever it takes to get back into the winner’s circle. You won’t be Lizzy when the bell rings. You are Elizabeth Blackwell, my enemy.
Mizore looks around the room and back at the camera, her blue eyes now cold as they pierce the camera.
{Mizore Payne}
This is the room our friendship began in. This is where the story of Monica and Elizabeth, the best friends for life started. And at Chill, I’ll bring it to an end. You want to meet outside the ring sometime and talk this out, I’m all for it. But as long as you come at me in the ring, this is where our friendship will end. And when I dust you to the side, I’m going to get my hands on Annie. I’m going to make her pay for everything she has done. On the debut of Chill the name will be very fitting for you Elizabeth. You will become just another victim, trapped under the ice.
Mizore walks out of the room, a loud crack echoing through the room on one of her steps. The camera pans down to a broken picture of a young Elizabeth and Mizore, standing side by side with big smiles. The glass on it is cracked now. The camera stays on this picture before finally fading out.
The scene opens up in the halls of the hospital wing where Maya Jensen is currently being kept. Mizore is walking down the hall, smiling to herself and carrying a big bouquet of roses. She is wearing a green plaid skirt and striped thigh high socks over white shoes.
