The Training at the Gym after Konrad’s Victory on Dave Rydell at Infinity. Tuesday 12th February
After Konrad’s visit to the doctor of which he had discovered the problems of his heart being overstressed which was led to his constant vomiting and no appetite which had begun Fizz to worry on it since it began, Konrad had begun to take his prescribed calming tablets as well as heart tablets as prescribed by Dr. Stevens. Although it had been less than twenty four hours since he had received the news on Alan Wallace losing the World Heavyweight Title to Angelica Vaughn Konrad was determined to continue his training at the intense level at which he had become to win in UGWC.
It was then that Jerry Flack, Konrad’s mental trainer, entered the gym but was unknown to Konrad as he was training so hard by hitting the arms of the training dummy so intensely that his breathing is coming out in grunts.
Jerry Flack: “Konrad.”
Jerry’s voice shows that he is warning Konrad to calm down as he is worried on Konrad possibly giving himself another heart attack with how intensely he is training, but Konrad grabs the arms of the dummy to stop it’s flailing as he turns to Jerry with a pained smile that shows he’s happy but still hurting in his abdomen.
Jerry Flack: “How are you feeling?”
Konrad Raab: “I’m feeling well Jerry although my stomach is sore I am feeling less stressed today as I have received some good news.”
Jerry Flack: “Have you taken your calming tablets?”
Konrad Raab: “Yes Jerry you ask me that each time we talk and I have answer you each time that I am taking the calming tablets, but that is not why I am feeling less stressed today.”
Jerry Flack: “Then I should give you congratulations on winning your victory against Dave Rydell during the first pay per view of the year. Your losing streak is over Konrad, and you can begin feeling that you have a place in UGWC.”
Konrad Raab: “While it is true that starting the year with a victory at an important show like Infinity will hopefully lead to earning a solo title shot very soon and that I have hopefully finally given Dave Rydell a reason to stop saying my victory over him was a fluke that is not the most important news Jerry.”
Jerry grows impatient as he watches Konrad’s breathing from his mouth slowly settle to a rhythm more normal for when he isn’t training so intense.
Jerry Flack: “What is it, then Konrad?”
Konrad Raab: “As if you know I have been very concerned and fearful that I might lose respect for myself for cutting corners and buying my way to a solo titles shot as everyone including you has been advising me that I should do. I was convinced after we talked on spending purse money to pay revenge on Alan Wallace for attacking me after our match and that I would spend purse money to have a match to take my revenge on him on March 4th.”
Jerry Flack: “Yes, I agree as I had spoken to Ichabod about your decision. He approved of your decision.”
Konrad nods his head and reaches for a bottle of water that was sat on a table near the training dummy and takes a sip then pours some over his head to cool down his sweating since he had been training in the gym for over four hours when Jerry came in.
Konrad Raab: “That is good as Ichabod had made a point to speak to me backstage after I lost to Alan Wallace and Kenzi Grey even though I didn’t take the pin in the match and he made me believe he had taken notice of me. I thought he might give me a solo title shot then since I have been here for six months with no opportunities. Even though that is the case, McWrestleface got an opportunity already and he has only been here for one months, but I think Ichabod wanted to test me so he gave me an opportunity to show everyone not just Dave that I am not a fluke as I have proven in places like SCW.”
Jerry Flack: “Speaking of SCW are you ready for the next show?”
Konrad Raab: “I am, but I have signed up for Chill as well.”
Jerry seems surprised at this news.
Jerry Flack: “I know that this gym training is calming for your stress and your heart to try and control your vomiting but maybe you are overextending yourself Konrad.”
Konrad Raab: “I will address that in a moment Jerry, but let me finish telling you why it is I am feeling so less stress today as yesterday I have just found out Alan Wallace was defeated by Angelica Vaughn last night.”
Jerry Flack: “But Konrad that means the match that Ichabod agreed to let you purchase will not be a shot for the World Heavyweight Title.”
Konrad Raab: “Some of the other wrestlers had confirmed what you told me about using my purse for other things than a title match so that I didn’t have to feel as if I were losing respect for myself by having paid for my opportunities as I made up my mind that I would earn my opportunities here.”
Jerry Flack: “Yes, I remember we were trying to explain that many others who have been successful in UGWC have purchased their solo match title shots.”
Konrad puts a hand up to dismiss Jerry from saying the same old things he has been saying for weeks.
Konrad Raab: “It doesn’t matter Jerry, because I can use my purse to pay to take my revenge on Alan Wallace for what he did and not have to worry about that I paid my way on to my opportunity since he is no longer the World Heavyweight Champion and I won’t have to spend my purse to make I a title match even if I will purchase the match if Ichabod requires it. I broke Alan Wallace mentally like no one ever has and when I give Alan Wallace a taste of the Iceman then Ichabod will be proven on my deserving to have earned a title shot opportunity.
Jerry Flack: “I agree with you Konrad, this is the best news that could have happened to make sure you keep on your morals while still using what you’ve earned to take vengeance on Alan Wallace. But why have you signed up for Chill?”
Konrad Raab: “I have asked for one of the hardest matches possible in order to prove that I can adapt to the way of life in UGWC. This is a very stacked company competition-wise, and I want to test myself so I will see if I can test my morals by participating in a match up that is very difficult and violent without resorting to the old ways of becoming violent on my opponent. I like to pay respects to my opponents and I have nothing to bad mouth that roster on as I know they are trying to make it in the sport I have so much respect for.”
Jerry Flack: “You want to put yourself in a match that allows weapons so you can make sure you keep yourself from using them even though the match will have your opponent allowed to do it. This is to make sure that even though you are using your purse to purchase a match due to Alan Wallace’s attack on you, you won’t be tempted to use it to purchase a solo title opportunity.”
Konrad Raab: “That’s right, Jerry, and now Chill will become Iceinated.”

A show of respect to Captain 80s before our match on Chill #6 youtube.com shoot.
“I have to say I don’t know anything about you Captain 80s before our match on Monday to make my debut on the Chill brand when we will have our cage match. I know that you are a beloved fighter but we have many things in common for which I can give you respect on.
I have had many matches in the UGWC since I started six months ago but only a handful of wins though I continue to train. Having so many losses has brought me a lot of stress so that my health has been affected greatly due to so many losses. It would be very easy to walk away from UGWC and focus on my success in other companies where I have had many more successes, but my love and respect for the sport keeps me training more than twenty hours a week so that I will convince management that I have earned a solo’s title shot.
You are one who has had many losses as well and it can be admirable that you do not lose your fighting spirit but continue to train and arrive to the arena for the Chill Brand show optimistic of your success. That is inspiring for one such as me even though I haven’t interacted with you yet or seen how you wrestle.
I have started to win however with proving Dave Rydell wrong on being a fluke win that I got over him for the second time. I will continue to win on the Chill Brand and start to build a streak that will end with me defeating Alan Wallace when I take vengeance on him on March 4th. If McWrestleface can earn a solo’s match title shot for having one win over Dave Rydell, then when I have a victory on him and on the Chill Brand as well, I will have earned my shot.
You will bounce back from this loss as you have proven on yourself to do many times in the past, so even though I respect you it is time for you to get Iceinated by the Iceman!”
